It was clean. The elevator was broken. The hairdryer in my room didnt work, the phone didnt work. The front desk wouldnt answer the phone calling from my cell. When i went downstairs to get a new hairdryer the one i got only worked on low.

Reserved a non-smoking room. The room I got was next to all the smoking rooms, so the entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and weed. My wife is allergic. The hotel was full and they could not change rooms. The elevator was broken and according to other reviews has been broken for a while. The bed frame was bigger than the box springs and stuck out causing an injury to my foot.

Had our truck's drive shaft stolen the first night and we were parked in the front of the hotel. No cameras. Room smelled like mold when the fan was turned on. Bathroom tub had not seen a maid in a long time. Staff were excellent. Very friendly cleaning ladies and reception staff. Breakfast was not all that desireable.

Horrible breakfast choices. The elevator has been out of service for 2 weeks. This is a three story hotel. Check in person was pleasant. With the elevator being out, that set the negative mood for this hotel. The potential is there to be better.

I'm a former smoker that had knee surgery recently. So it was spectacular that they put me in a 3rd floor smoking room with no elevator and even after asking them to vacuum the floor it was still dirty and still hair on the bathroom floor. The room was so nasty I didn't want to take my shoes off. I only stayed two of the four days, went and stayed at the Marriott

The room reserved for Expedia: the tub was clogged, and the floor of the tub was filthy. The room smelled. Although the room was marked as non-smoking, I could smell smoke. There was another smell that I had first thought was urine, but possibly not. It was unpleasant whatever it was. The bath towels were paper thin. The amenities in the room were useful. This property was very close to where we wanted to visit in the city.

The bed was super saggy. No choice but to roll to the middle. The air conditioner banged and clanged all night. The room was a good size and comfortable as long as you didn’t plan on sleeping there. The bathroom had holes in the wall.

I live down the street, we had a small fire in our house that day so me and my wife were going to stay the night there just to get away from the mess. We were turned away due to a no local policy. Meaning people who live here cant rent a room. Luckily not every hotel in town enforce this ridiculously biased policy.

It has been over a week and I still haven't had my $75 "incidentals deposit" returned. I left the room in perfect order after only staying one night. I do not smoke or anything like that and gave them ZERO reasons to keep my deposit. This is criminal.

The hotel is fine. I didn’t realize it’s not near anything. 5 miles south of main Pueblo and only Taco Bell and a hamburger place near by. Room small, but clean and fine. I won’t rebook due to being so isolated and 5mes south if the exit I needed. But otherwise it’s fine if you’re just sleeping

It was close to the hospital where my husband was a patient. Except choice. Room and bed were very comfortable. Everyone I had contact with friendly and professional. Breakfast looked appealing. I left early and just took a yogurt and muffin with me for later. Great experience

Convenient for 1-25 travelers. The rooms are cheap, clean and comfortable and have all the amenities for a quick overnight stay. There’s a gas station and Culver’s within a 1/2 mile.

It was very efficient, clean, and pet friendly. It is convenient to the freeway as well as restaurants and gas stations. We will continue to stay there whenever traveling through there! Excellent service!

Housekeeping clearly does a very basic job, and not a good one at that, but the bed linens were clean, and the mattress was comfortable. That being said, the front desk girl was very friendly. I checked in quite late and left very early. She was there when I checked out and still smiling and friendly. Whoever stayed in the room before had the alarm clock set to 5am and I didn’t notice. Scared the crap out of me so started early as a result. Housekeeping could proably check things like that. I’ve never had that happen before. The breakfast was basic but fine I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place to stop for a night of sleep on a long trek drive. We are on a 3000 mile journey, and this for day four. A comfortable place with lots of amenities and a decent breakfast. Price was manageable, but worth it.

Great staff, very helpful and courteous, they had everything fresh and clean. Great breakfast, waffles, coffee, juice and fresh fruit.

Really nice place to stay at an affordable rate. Room was big, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was just fine and the service was very friendly. Not a lot of space in the parking lot, but there is some street parking available. They could use normal sized luggage carts to avoid having to take multiple trips with their small ones.

This is a nice clean motel if you’re not wanting the Ritz. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Nothing fancy nice place to stay beds and pillows are always comfy. I’ve stayed there several times. I’ve never had the breakfast but other people that I’ve talked to you say that everything is always nice and fresh I will be going back again in the next 4 to 6 weeks to see family again.

The biggest knock on this hotel is the cleanliness. The entrance door had a security pad to enter, but it was not operational. The upkeep was just not there. It is not totally run down to be fair, but it’s not in great shape.
