For the price this was reasonable, check in staff was good and easy. room was okay. location not the nicest but right off the highway.

The room I got was second floor Room 200 the walk elevator was not easy being alone and pulling luggage. Concierge said I could take the stairs and I said how many she said eight and there was no way I was carrying luggage up here in two steps. I got 3 1/2 hours. Sleep are close to it for all I heard over top of my head more than likely be upstairs and he sounded like a jet engine all night. I have been coming through this hotel for many years and I must say this visit was a tough one. I am coming back from the fourth to the seventh. I inquired if I am getting the same room and I was told there was no guarantee in a possibility. So regretful regretfully, I am changing hotels. Thank you

I checked in alone and my son came to meet me at the hotel. He went to the front desk and was given a key to my room after showing his ID at the desk. This was a bit concerning not because I wasn't expecting him but because i have never had that happen before.

We arrived on time, only to find two staff members at the desk. They immediately informed us that four weddings were happening, which seemed to explain the lack of attention to our reservation. They assigned us rooms that were far from acceptable. Room 204 had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a pet or simply an old smell. Room 201 was even worse— the air conditioner was unreliable, the toilet was potentially broken, the tub was clogged, and there were large red stains on the rug, with a broken bed lamp and no microwave. We had booked two rooms, so they replaced room 204 with room 242, an outdated junior suite. Since we were only there for three nights, we tolerated these issues, but it’s disheartening to say we won’t return if we have to stay on floors 1 and 2. And yes, they had breakfast; however, it was in their restaurant, which is the bar at night, and the meal was like 12.00, but the 3 oz cup of coffee was free.

This was once a very nice hotel. It is now dirty, worn and frequented by construction crews. We asked for a pet free room due to allergies and were put into a dirty room that clearly had been occupied by a long haired, black dog. The staff had ensured us that it was a pet free room. We were moved to a different room, but it was the same. Rooms are not cleaned well, furnishing are very worn, basic things like plumbing we’re not maintained. Hotel food was terrible. Location was nice.
