Served it's purpose for one night

One of if not my worst hotel experiences ever. I wasted $200 because I rebooked at another hotel after 20 min. The property smelled like smoke. The stairs had empty beer cans and bottles as you walked up to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Once in the room. It was like the room was straightened up but not cleaned at all. It honestly smelled like funk and febreze. The bed sheets were dirty and had dog fur on the sheets and pillow. The pillow cases were actually dirty. One had black makeup still on the pillow case. I wanted my hands and the sink backed up and had hair and just unidentified dirt that rose from the backed up water. I was visiting the area with my family so there was no way I could've stayed in those conditions with a 2 year old along with me. I don't know who checks on these type of things but this place needs to be audited for improvements seriously. I don't do reviews like this but since this hotel made themselves the exception, I had to make an exception and write this. I highly don't recommend staying here unless there's proof they literally cleaned up their establishment.
