While the bathroom and the sheets were clean, the blanket and pillows were stained. I did appreciate that the nonsmoking room was not smoky, and all the staff members were very friendly.

Older establishment but decent value for the cost. Was disappointed to see a dirty sink upon arrival but the rest of the room was sufficiently clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors tv. All in all it was decent for an overnight stay.

I enjoyed my stay but there was a few minor flaws, there was hair in the shower that wasnt mine or my partners and in the morning i had no access to the wifi hours before check out and the water had ran so cold my partner was unable to shower. I liked everything else about my stay but those few things i think definitely could use some improvement.

We talked to the front desk about our heating unit being a little noisy and they REPLACED THE ENTIRE THING in 20 mins. Wonderful service and very nice. The place was very clean with updates, especially for the price

Good experience. Actually better than I expected. Clean, comfortable, and neat. The fridge was a slim 5 foot one with a freezer and a decent size microwave. Those 2 things are a bonus and both in immaculate condition. The sheets were clean and the bed was made up nice. Bathroom was also clean. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the ‘bathroom sink’ is placed outside of the bathroom close to the microwave and counter which was weird to me.

The clerk was new si it to about 30 minutes for her to check us in. The place is being renovated so dust was everywhere. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The heat was great and the shower was on point. We just needed a place to rest our head.

I only stayed for one night, but was pleasantly surprised at the spacious room, (I stayed in the king room) and for an affordable option, o sleep well and has everything you would need, including a full size fridge. It had a nice tv also. The reviews didn’t steer me wrong.

Great deal for a Saturday night. GF and I went to a show at Foxwoods and stayed here. The room was very clean and the window view was very pleasant while laying in bed. Microwave and fridge were awesome. My only complaint is that the bed was not that comfortable but we would stay here again given the affordable price.

My ac unit went out and I was staying for 2 weeks. They didn’t give us a fan or change our rooms when they said they would. They wouldn’t even compensate us for the HELL we were staying in. Mind you we’re homeless so we had to stay there.

The room was a nice size and clean. The halls needed to be clean, the john did not flush, went to the front desk at 8;50 to let them know that there was a problem, rang the doorbell for 20min. Tried again at 9:30..did the doorbell and called the front desk for about 15 min. Went down again at 10 :15 knowing the desk would be manned (according to the sign at the front desk) and again tried everything I could think of. There was a sign on the front desk next to the doorbell with a phone number on it, called that, left a message, and again heard nothing. Went back to the front desk the next morning at 5:30 (knowing again from their sign that no one would be there until 7:00) went to go to my car only to discover that the front door had not been locked at all that night. Finally around &:30 saw the young man ,gave him the key and informed him about the john not flushing. I then left.

From 1 am until 3:45 am it sounded like the people upstairs were running a marathon in Work boots. I called the front desk at least three times, and they did nothing. On the third time they offered to let me check out and get my money back. It was 3:46 AM in the morning. Where was I going at 3:46 AM in the morning? Their solution was to ask me to leave, not the people upstairs that we’re making all the noise. So I started screaming at the top of my lungs for them to shut the —— up, and finally got quite enough for me to fall asleep. They woke me up at 7:30 with their loud marathon. We will never come back to this place again. Their service is terrible.

I gave the hotel a heads up that I was traveling with a service dog at booking weeks prior, which they didn’t mention at check in and I was pleasantly surprised, thinking they were simply not going to give me a hard time. Quite the opposite. The front desk saw him later on and promptly came to my room and repeatedly called, trying to force me to check out. I had to contact Expedia for support. They were demanding documentation (“service dog ID”) which any legitimate handler knows is not required and illegal to request, but people passing their pets off as service dogs sure love to use these fake documents to bring their pets everywhere. This is a perfect example of how that behavior impacts actual service dog handlers. The hotel was directed to the Americans with Disabilities Act for education but refused

Mattress covers are awfully plastic and sounds like plastic bags when you move. There is no shampoo, hair dryer or iron in the units. Wi-Fi is extremely slow to the extent of not working at all. Area around the hotel is empty. Though the expectations were not high but it was one of the worst stay and we tried to leave as soon as possible.

Run down, gap in the door even when locked. Person above us stomped around and dropped things on the floor until 4am. Breakfast was just coffee. Beds had plastic shee mattress barrier, pillows sucked, and bed was old.

The help was awesome a d the room was very comfortable outside coups use some work and updating.maybe a small free breakfast would be nice .but i would stay again.

Definitely a good low cost option. Very clean. Impressed with the full sized refrigerator. Did have plastic on the mattress’s which really was no big deal. Good location with plenty of dining options.

The rooms are a decent size. I had 2 Queen beds. There was a full sized refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There is free coffee in the lobby from 7-10am.

This is annexcellent value for the price. We highly recommend for a family or even just couples. Closes to shopping, food, and 15 minutes to Mohegan Sun.

A decent place to get a good nights sleep. Reasonably secure - cameras everywhere. Far enough off the main strip that its quiet at night but close enough to the strip that you can go get food ( about a three or four minute drive ) . Close to a 24 hour cvs if you come in late ( up to 1100 at night ) and realize you forgot your toothbrush and need to go get one. Its got nature in the front and the back. It was springtime when I visited and I walked out early to the sounds of red wing blackbirds in the reeds. The interior of the place looks like its been updated recently. Some of the renovations are kind of dyi but thats ok. It seemed clean enough. The floors are tile and vinyl which suggests easy cleaning. The proprietor seemed like a friendly enough guy although he spoke really fast with a strong accent so I couldnt really understand him, but thats ok too since the reservation was all set beforehand online. There was a notice on the front door that no smoking - of anything - was allowed. ( fine with me ) If I came this way again I would probably consider staying again . A reasonably priced place
