There was a large hole in the center of the carpet. Though they advertised free Wi-Fi, I was unable to connect. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The hotel was run down and dirty. There were abandoned cars in the parking lot. The reception area smelled like pot and other not so nice smells. The area behind the reception desk was full of broken cabinets and shelves with boxes and papers and other items scattered about. The receptionist was welcoming…only nice thing I can say about this location. There were people standing and sitting in the hallway where our room was located. Our room smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. The window in our room was open and very difficult to close. The furniture was run down and worn and the surfaces of furniture were not clean. The carpet was old and worn and had holes in it. There were obvious dirty areas on the carpet and areas that were not cleaned by a vacuum. The bathroom was not clean. The other entrance doors other than the lobby entrance were not locked so anyone could enter the building at anytime. After seeing our room, we took our room keys to the reception desk and said we couldn’t stay at this location. When we came out, there were two people checking out our car. We booked another hotel about 15 minutes away. When we were leaving the parking lot, two police cars came into the lot and the officers went inside the building.
