We arrived on a pouring rainy day. Staff was great, got into our room and right away I noticed it needed some updating. No coffee maker in the room, had to ask for extra towels and wash clothes even though it was booked for 3 people. Room was clean and beds had clean sheets. Pool and gym signs were on the wall showing direction, but was told pool was no longer in operation. Hallway carpets should be replaced, and walls need a fresh coat of paint. If you need to iron clothing you need to ask front desk for an iron. There is no iron or ironing board in the room. Was woken up on Sunday morning at 6 am to fire alarm with smoke coming out of an area on our floor. My friend woke up at 3 am and discovered we had no water. There were 2 water tanks at the end of our hallway that needed to be installed. This is what they were working on and that's what set off the fire alarms. Breakfast is coffee - 2 large pump pots but nothing else. A/C was adequate. Plenty of parking, located close to highway and eateries. Close to Bradley Airport.

The hotel is an apartment building basically drug deals in the parking lot police literally patrol the area constantly. The font desk is a joke. People are hanging around the lobby and outside. My impression is that this hotel is a half way house. I was talking to a person and he said he h1s been staying there for a year and a half. The police responded to a call early Sunday with an ambulance. The man I was speaking to told me people od there all the time. We arrived and had to wait half an hour for someone to ck us in. The cleaning staff is non existent. I spilled something on the bed and we were unable to get a blanket. Definitely Not worth the money we spent.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here from the lobby to the room and especially when you turn the heat on it reeks of smoke the lobby reeked of weed and there’s no smoking signs everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. oh and to top it off check-in’s at three. The clerk told me I had to come back at 3:30. My room might be ready then no if you’re charging me for 3 o’clock, I wanna come in at 3 o’clock very unprofessional.

The room that we were given was very dirty. Such as the walls had visible dirt and unrecognizable dried fluids (especially in the bathroom). The bathroom door had a lot of water damage and was separating and cracking at the bottom. The ceiling had a lot of water damage as well. The extra locks that you would normally lock when sleeping were broken and shoddily screwed back in. There were no real blankets o. The beds. There was a covering on the bed with one sheet. Normally, that doesn’t get washed and they definitely had a strange smell. The air conditioner struggled throughout the evening. But the worst was the fire alarm at 6AM. It went off for at least 30-40 minutes. We had to go outside and wait for the fire department. We learned that the water heaters are a problem and that was not the first time the fire department showed up in the last 24 hours. Then we had no hot water. It didn’t get fixed until 30 minutes before checkout time and most of our party couldn’t take a shower. The ones that did finally get a shower had barely hot water. Overall this stay was abysmal.

Very easy to get to from the highway. Staff was friendly, property looked taken care of. Furniture in the room was new, room wasn't all the way clean and the bathroom was extremely worn. The kind of hotel you expect to pay 50-75 a night for, not the 130 I paid.
