I was very disappointed in the staff in general. at the hotel the front desk check-in. She was rude. No welcome, greeting or other kindness. Our interaction with staff at breakfast was also rude. There’s no sign to explain self seating or self service. Both questions were asked of staff and their response was very rude. I’m sorry but if nothing is explained and the client is not informed, we assume certain services. When we checked out, there was no one at the desk. 9am on a Saturday. We waited. Finally after making eye contact multiple times with what seemed to be a manager wandering around the bar, he came over. Asked what we needed. Then he went into the staff office then said someone else would be with us a some point. No apology, no explanation, no service. We left the card keys and left. This all seems unacceptable at a high end Hyatt property.
