Nice place

We were very happy to see the Hyatt back up and running in full service form. We've stayed pre-, during, and post-COVID and this was just great. I have to give kudos to PAMELA at the front desk who actually recognized me!! She is an incredible and valuable employee. It was so, so nice to see her again--that great smile, professionalism and nice personality.

The space is quite large, and for someone like me, getting around was a little difficult. That said, the staff was excellent and provided the kind of hospitality I really appreciate, which feels increasingly rare these days. A few things went wrong during the stay, but whenever something came up, they did everything they could to make it right. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I do not know if the specific person wishes to be known, but the name is S...e at the front desk who went above and beyond!

For a Hyatt Regency in Greenwich CT. You would expect so much more. It was average at best & the room was just very run down. Not what you would expect at all

If you are looking to get some rest this is not the place. Got a hotel so we I could get some quiet and work, it was the opposite, a loud wedding sounded like banging all night until 1 am. I called front desk starting at 11pm and they never picked up. Finally called the Hyatt main line and they connected me. The front desk agent spent time on the phone looking for another room, after waiting for a response and getting nothing from him I said, just give me a late checkout so I can sleep in. Fast forward 6 hours later and all I hear is ding ding every minute from the elevator which is right next to my room: I went to my job exhausted with a headache and they could not find another room for me. Complete disaster. I never give bad reviews but this was so awful and after working 12 hours on no sleep because of this hotel I am doing you a favor. Book a different hotel.
