Pool was dirty, needs to be scrubbed clean. Staff was friendly. Room was average, could use updating. Being on first floor, room above us had children running around all night and all morning and could hear people in the hallway.

The value was really good for the stay. Saving $50 for not having to go out for breakfast is always a plus and their breakfast has items for all. The pool size is good but the water could have been a little warmer for December. One thing that I didn't like was the noise at night from the highway. We had a room on the highway side and the noise from that woke me multiple times throughout the night. I don't know how quiet the other side facing West Street is.

I loved my stay at this hotel. My husband and I needed some quality time together as we have 3 children, grandma offered to babysit for us and all we wanted to do was have a quiet evening, to wake up uninterrupted and to be served breakfast that neither of us had to cook .. .. And what a treat it was ! The hotel was clean staff was friendly and to our surprise our room even had a jacuzzi so we were able to relax our muscles which was such a treat. The breakfast area was bright, extremely clean and well stocked, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning, this time with the kids because we know they would love the amenities like the pool, basketball and ofcourse the breakfast 😊

Hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely go back. The only semi-negatives was the fire pit wasn’t working and there was a restaurant on site (but places close by and had delivery)

The staff was very accommodating, and the property’s was great with large indoor pool, outside basket ball court and bbq area. Breakfast in the morning was great, and staff was super nice and went out of their way to make my son who was celebrating his 8th birthday feel special. Would definitely stay again!!!

Fantastic!! The room was so spacious, with a living area, including a nice kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and everything we could need to cook a simple meal. A full sized fridge, a 2-burner stove, and a dish washer. The bed had its own area and the bathroom was separated as well. The layout was perfect. The service was phenomenal! Every staff member was kind and courteous, and went out of their way to help in any way we needed. The breakfast was truly a full hot breakfast buffet. There were the usual things like cereal, milk, juice, bagels, and fruit, but then there were also 3-4 hot dishes each morning like scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages, bacon, and make-your-own-waffles. And an oatmeal bar with about 12 toppings. The pool was great, although a little cold, but then, we were there in January. We know where we will be staying next time we are in town!

Landscaping terrible overgrown never been cut. The outside building needs to be repainted inside the room that I stayed in room one06 first floor has cracked tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen needs re-renovating the bathroom. The bathroom tub needs to be replaced fungus on the grout. The rugs throughout the whole entire room needs to be replaced. The sofa is ripped the kitchen table and chairs are about 20 years old need to be replaced.

Great morning breakfast. Room was clean and had a nice kitchen. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There were a few funky smells in the room and hotel that I can’t describe that would come and go but that would be my only complaint.

The shower was disgusting- rusted shower head with thick red mold caked on. Built up grey mold on hand railings. Noticed on second morning when we tried to shower and opted not to because of it.

Room was clean and comfortable but smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't notice it checking in but it was strong later on. I reported it to the front desk when checking out (mostly to ensure I wasn't charged a cleaning fee) but they didn't seem to understand it ruined my stay.

We changed our room once because the a/c wasn’t working and it was too hot for comfort but the new room was not clean. Dirty bathroom floor and shower curtain, lipstick stains in the door, goo on the of the nightstand, closet door had grime and thick dust, kitchen refrigerator was dirty. I’ve stayed at many Marriotts and this was disappointing after having driven over 600 miles. The front desk staff was very nice and professional…. The cleaning crew needs to be retrained or fired. I own a retreat facility and after 23 years in operation our place looks new because we keep it clean and repair anything when it needs it.

The pull out was terrible! 3 people in the room with only 2 sets of towels. The microwave light did not work. The door bolt was very difficult to use. For a Marriott - I expected better (the bed was listed as “queen”, but was only a full size).

The best part was the front desk staff, Shelby and Taylor? I had lost power to my house for 3 nights and a day. This hotel was a home away from home. I loved the room I got 009. Its outdated( t.v small and only 720p ) but spacious. The wifi was fast and very helpful. Whoever is in IT WAS AN ANGEL!! Loved the sound of the furnace and refrigerator, meant the power was working. If you need quiet choose a diff side and room.

The property is dated, but acceptable. Our room was adjacent to some mechanical advice that sounded like a cross between a how flying helicopter and a train (seriously, I checked for both) that turned off and on all night.

We were having work done at our home which was an inconvenience for us, so we decided to stay at a hotel overnight. I chose this hotel since it is very close to our home and they accept dogs. Upon check-in the staff was very nice and welcomed us warmly and offered my dog a bone. We were put on the first floor and the highway was right outside our window. The windows were double paned but it did not come close to blocking out the noise from the highway. We heard traffic and the 18 wheelers hitting a bump in the highway all night. We didn’t sleep more than a couple hours. The room category (1 bedroom suite) was listed as a queen but the bed was so small. I think listing it as a queen is not accurate. The AC didn’t work much so it was hot in the room all night, so I ran home to grab a fan. We couldn’t sleep with the windows open of course due to highway noise. The room itself was a fully equipped kitchen. It was clean and spacious. The hotel is dated but it’s still satisfactory. We had takeout at our favorite restaurant next to the hotel…Sweet Mango. If you’re not from town they have awesome food and the Sushi is amazing. We were awake so we indulged in the breakfast; it was good, we had no complaints. We weren’t sure what time we could return to our home and a late checkout was accommodated. We appreciate your flexibility with that. Thank you.

I waited 10 minutes just to check in, there was no one else in line and the gentleman behind the desk knew I was there and kept working on his computer. When he did finally come out to check me in he didn't even apologize for making me wait. The carpets in the hall and elevator are very old and looked dirty, I've never stayed at a Marriot where customer service didn't seem to matter nor did cleanliness.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast. Staff was friendly, only issue was that we had no blankets or sheets for the pullout bed. We requested them and were told they would be brought to our room. After waiting for half an hour I called the front desk and was told someone else just got the last set. My son had to sleep with my blanket and I used the sheet.

Reception agent was quite rude when my fiancé called for me advising that I was arriving early AM due to a late flight. My fiancé was very polite asking how are you this evening to the agent receiving no answer at first then asked again and received a very firm non welcoming good!!

I absolutely loved my 6 day stay. The staff was wonderful! I had a maintenence request, and the technician was at my door within minutes. My only recommendation would be to offer flatter pillows. The pillows provided were too thick, and the woman at the front desk said there were no other options.

First thing: I asked to extend my stay for a week and stay in the same room as I had come to town to see a sick relative and she had passed away. I was told there was a price difference, so I agreed. I was also told I would be charged a bereavement rate. I am looking at ny bills, and I have been charged $50 higher than any rate posted on the Marriott.com reservation site for the next 3 months. So not only did I not get the special rate promised, I was charged the highest possible rack rate. I was taken advantage of in a rime of high stress and grief. Now for the property: the landscaping is overgrown and raggedy looking, looks like it has not been attended to all season. The kitchen LED light dims and brightens annoyingly, kitchen has inadequate lighting. Ice maker in the freezer makes a loud rattle constantly whether it is on or off. There is one saute pan and 1 very large pot, nothing smaller. No spatula for flipping anything In the skillet, no strainer. The top dresser drawer opens on its own. The tub has mold and cracked areas in the seal. I am so harsh and picky with the review because they took advantage of my situation and overcharged me by close to $80 per night.

The value was really good for the stay. Saving $50 for not having to go out for breakfast is always a plus and their breakfast has items for all. We had a room on the highway side and the noise from that woke me multiple times throughout the night. I don't know how quiet the other side facing West Street is.

We were having work done at our home which was an inconvenience for us, so we decided to stay at a hotel overnight. I chose this hotel since it is very close to our home and they accept dogs. Upon check-in the staff was very nice and welcomed us warmly and offered my dog a bone. We were put on the first floor and the highway was right outside our window. The windows were double paned but it did not come close to blocking out the noise from the highway. We heard traffic and the 18 wheelers hitting a bump in the highway all night. We didn’t sleep more than a couple hours. The room category (1 bedroom suite) was listed as a queen but the bed was so small. I think listing it as a queen is not accurate. The AC didn’t work much so it was hot in the room all night, so I ran home to grab a fan. We couldn’t sleep with the windows open of course due to highway noise. The room itself was a fully equipped kitchen. It was clean and spacious. The hotel is dated but it’s still satisfactory. We had takeout at our favorite restaurant next to the hotel…Sweet Mango. If you’re not from town they have awesome food and the Sushi is amazing. We were awake so we indulged in the breakfast; it was good, we had no complaints. We weren’t sure what time we could return to our home and a late checkout was accommodated. We appreciate your flexibility with that. Thank you.

The hotel is literally on the highway and there are people smoking weed in parking lot. Not a safe place to stay. Noisy people yelling in the hallway. We would not recommend this hotel.

Room was basic but nice. The room was no frills and yet had all the essentials-soap, plate, cup. Sound proofing could be better but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good; fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, coffee. The 2 women that take care of the buffet were very friendly and kept the kitchen area clean.

Fantastic!! The room was so spacious, with a living area, including a nice kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and everything we could need to cook a simple meal. A full sized fridge, a 2-burner stove, and a dish washer. The bed had its own area and the bathroom was separated as well. The layout was perfect. The service was phenomenal! Every staff member was kind and courteous, and went out of their way to help in any way we needed. The breakfast was truly a full hot breakfast buffet. There were the usual things like cereal, milk, juice, bagels, and fruit, but then there were also 3-4 hot dishes each morning like scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages, bacon, and make-your-own-waffles. And an oatmeal bar with about 12 toppings. The pool was great, although a little cold, but then, we were there in January. We know where we will be staying next time we are in town!

The best aspects were the staff and breakfast. The staff is so warm and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was really tasty. Bed was quite comfortable. On the “meh” side - the room was very dim and don’t expect to cook much. The cooking supplies consist of one sharp knife, a pan and a pot.

I don’t have an experience staying there because as they stated due to unforeseen circumstances, they canceled my reservation without informing me. My reservation was canceled. I didn’t find out until I contacted the property to verify my reservation, and I was without a room until I had to come out of pocket and pay almost double for another room that they were supposed to take care of since they’re the ones that canceled my reservation so I’m left trying to figure out how I will be reimbursed for a room that I never intended on staying in at a different location

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are courteous, helpful, and always have great attitudes no matter the situation. The Hotel is run down, which I would not expect from Marriott. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and I could have caulked the tub better myself. The jet tub did not work, the shower head needs changed, and the the door handle on the bathroom door was broke. The carpet is worn and old. The dishes need updating. This is a very busy hotel. I stayed a week and saw that myself. The little gazebo out back with the grill is very charming and I did spend alot of time there as I am a smoker. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The suite is set up very nice and is comfortable. I adored the little two seat table. The breakfast buffet offered a very nice variety. Over all, I would stay here again because I don't stay anywhere except Marriott hotels, preferably the residence inns. Once again, your staff there, from the maintenance man (I met him on the elevator) all the way to the management, is amazing. Sincerely, S.Willey
