Foi feita um depósito de segurança de 100 dólares que deveria ser estornado após o checkout. Até hoje, 2 semanas após o checkout, não obtive o estorno. Já entrei em contato com o hotel, mas nao obtive retorno

The Beds & pillows were great! The room was clean. My biggest negative was the security. The Staff at the desk, all 3 times I walked back into the hotel in the evenings, never lifted their heads to say 'hello', 'welcome back' or more importantly, never acknowledged my presence!! I am a Realtor who travels. This can be rectified by the proper guidance of the proper manager.

The whole property is very maintained. Dinner and drinks in the bar area and the indoor pool were nice perks. We had a suite on the 8th floor and were surprised by the size, comfort and furnishings. From the friendly check in to our departure...very satisfied !
