Stay was comfortable and great. Pooll was amazing. Hottub was out of service. The dry sauna was nice the wet sauna was moldy. Front desk staff was amazingly poliet and helpful

I stayed there in the past when it was the Crown Plaza. The new owners seem over their heads. The parking lot was not clean and charged for parking. The doors to get into the hotel did not work. Staffing was low. I think they may be remodeling. Hardly anyone in this huge hotel yet the rooms were as far away as possible. The hot tub was broken and no signs it would be repaired anytime soon. The bathroom was ridiculously small and difficult to navigate. The TV did not work-staff said it was a cable provider issue. The hot water was slow to come on. They used to have a nice breakfast buffet, now they have some crummy restaurant that did not seem open or no one was even bothering with it. I wouldn't go back again. They have a lot of work to do to get it back to what It once was...

1st room was a single bed even though i reserved a double bed room. Had to go all the way back to desk. Employee didnt even apologize or seem to care. Left at 7, no coffee. Hot tub was closed and pool area was under construction.

The place has alot of potential but restaurant not open is a huge factor especially for the price i paid for a suite did not even include complimentary water some of the facilities like the steam room was dirty and the hot tube was broken no towels at the pool also a huge turn off until they improve some things i will not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone

The Armon Stamford hotel had a very large/interesting lobby as well as a fitness center, indoor heated pool and jacuzzi (although the jacuzzi was out of order during our stay.) Our room was clean and comfortable. Self parking was $10 a night. We did hear other guests in the hallway at night and noticed areas of the hotel could use a refresh. Overall, this was an affordable, clean option for the area.

Hot tub, sauna, and steam room were all out of order and the pool was cloudy during my stay. That was the entire reason I decided upon your property. The room was clean on the surface but it felt like a level of grime had taken hold of fabrics and carpets. I hope you do better for your future guests. I probably won’t be one of them, unfortunately.

I found it starnge that in a hotel that size there was no food and beverage service... non whatsoever. ..no bar , no cafe, no coffee.....Thats weak. Also, I stayed on the 5th floor ... my room was clean and comfrtable , no pronblem there . However the walk to the elevators and the elevators themselves present a different picture .... when last did someone mop , sweep or vacuum?

I was getting my house painted and decided to take there Friday and Saturday while the paint dried. The room I was given on Friday didn’t have any hot water so I requested to move in the morning. I had a 8,6, and 1 year old who had to wash up in cold water. On Saturday I was given a new room, we spent the day out and went to the pool later that day. The pool starts at 4 ft so only my oldest can really swim and she complained about the amount of chlorine in the pool. By the time we got back to the room to shower, there was hair (not our) in the shower. Got in the the beds and they were horrible. We literally were sinking into the springs. And the visible box springs were filthy! When we went to call the front desk, the phone in the room did not work. Everyone was so tired we just went to bed. One of the worst sleeps I ever had ! Me and my mother woke up with back pain ! They money the owners spent on the lobby should have went to upgrading the room! We will not be returning!!

Overall, a very dissatisfying experience. The room itself was clean, but common areas were extremely dirty and dingy. Our shower had cold to room temperature water with a half door that allowed water to spray all over the bathroom. Hallways had confusing signage. Despite advertising an open restaurant, it was not. There was nowhere to get coffee/breakfast in the hotel. The in-room Keurig was only stocked with decaf. The housekeepers were incredibly loud in general and then knocked on our door in the AM when we hadn’t checked out yet. On check-out, the front desk attendant didn’t even ask how our stay was. The gentleman checking us in was pleasant and the lobby was very nice if you could overlook the dirty floors.

We had a great time here and it was the perfect place to rest. Our only complaint was that the hallways smelled a little weird and icky but the room was clean. We will definitely return here - the price is right!

Everything was great but the floors in the room were not cleaned. The carpet had some fingernails on it showing it was not vacuumed and floors were a bit sticky in back room. Really liked the hotel and staff and everything else was clean.

Absolutely nothing to write home about. It was clean and we spent one night as we were passing through the area, but I would not recommend this hotel if I was planning any extended amount of time in the area or I was trying to really enjoy a facility for amenities. The TV didn’t work and the beds were pretty stiff.

The Armon Hotel is really quite nice for what it is and where it is. It's no five star gem but it is really quite nice. We were in one of the older rooms, which was still quite nice, and the TV did not work. We were moved to a newer room which was really nice, and the TV worked fine. Some breakfast or at least some coffee would have been nice

The hotel was very nice, with clean huge rooms. The hotel design is a hollow cube, so all the rooms look out over an indoor area. This area would be nice for a conference or maybe a wedding. The hotel has all the expected amenities (gym, etc). It is a reasonably priced and well situated hotel. I would go there again.

This hotel is big and flat, only 4 floors. The longest walk I have ever exerienced after a long driving, from the elevator hall. Dirty is not the definition of my room. a few small peices of trash were found on the floor here and there. throughly cleaned enough. The televison has been changed to "mute" completely. I would like to hear, or listen to a news show or programs. No sound, and dead silent.

Liked my stay as room was nice and staff friendly. Room price was very affordable. Room very nice, great shower. Disappointed that free breakfast was not available and the TV did not work. Thank goodness for iPad as internet was real fast.

Repairs and updates need to be made. Shuttle should be made available for Capitol Theatre and other local events & disinfecting of several common areas needed. Parking garage needed repairs and better signage. No coffee pods available due to back-order. Staff was wonderful though! Very helpful!

The accomodations served our needs for the one night, although the shower door configuration splashed water all over the floor, using up all our towels to clean it up. After 10 days in europe we were excited about laundry opportunity, but the ease of actually using it was challenging. Additionally we asked for late check out, and staff at the front "forgot to tell us" that we needed new keys. Overall an "average" experience.

First room they gave us had unmade beds enpty food containers etc. 2nd room had mud in sink like something was dumped in it. er go into 3rd room and the TV is on. How does all this happen. I told them to comp my room. offered 10% ask for GM front desk said he would call me. Still Waiting!

Such a great place, the main floor had a beautiful large space with different sitting options. Plenty of parking . Everyone was kind and pleasant. Pablo at front desk was very helpful and very nice among others . We stayed for 4 nights and will definitely do it again

Overall, a very dissatisfying experience. The room itself was clean, but common areas were extremely dirty and dingy. Our shower had cold to room temperature water with a half door that allowed water to spray all over the bathroom. Hallways had confusing signage. Despite advertising an open restaurant, it was not. There was nowhere to get coffee/breakfast in the hotel. The in-room Keurig was only stocked with decaf. The housekeepers were incredibly loud in general and then knocked on our door in the AM when we hadn’t checked out yet. On check-out, the front desk attendant didn’t even ask how our stay was. The gentleman checking us in was pleasant and the lobby was very nice if you could overlook the dirty floors.

We were really disappointed with this hotel the staff did not acknowledge us when we checked in they were on their phones. There was a conference that we were not told about and we couldnt use the front lobby had to use a back door with a broom propping in open. We coukdnt access the main lobby to be picked up. The only thing good it was a 20 minute to walk into to the main shopping area.

I randomly chose this property b/c it was in close proximity of a sporting event I was attending. To my surprise, I entered the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect. You did not have to drive far from the major exit. It is nestled in a quiet location but within 2 blocks of food, shopping, and walking trail. I will return

Quiet hotel in a good location. Parking was easy. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there next time I’m in Stamford.

This was a beautiful, clean. and HUGE hotel. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to some stores, grocery store, Starbuck’s, and restaurants.l which was very convenient.

The booking included Breakfast and on check in we were told that they stopped serving breakfast from a week before. It was disappointing since that was one of the main criteria for selecting this hotel. I had to spend $35 for two people for breakfast outside

Parking is very convenient and only $10 for in and out. Room was clean and spacious. Shower head is eco friendly. Translation, pressure not great and no massage features. Kcup pods were not as high quality as they were in my last stay. Green mountain is not great. Great kosher dairy restaurant downstairs. Pool is kind of small. Exercise room has cardio and weight machines. Great shopping a short walk away, including Marshalls, Staples, Five Below, Stop and Shop and LA Fitness.

I found it starnge that in a hotel that size there was no food and beverage service... non whatsoever. ..no bar , no cafe, no coffee.....Thats weak. Also, I stayed on the 5th floor ... my room was clean and comfrtable , no pronblem there . However the walk to the elevators and the elevators themselves present a different picture .... when last did someone mop , sweep or vacuum?

The restaurant attached was pricey and the food was awful. Absolutely no meat or alcohol offerings and service was so bad. They add tip automatically clearly because they know service is awful. Unit door locks are outdated and my keys didn’t work. Property has potential but needs new ownership or management to make necessary improvements

Hotel has potential to be much better. Had to switch rooms because tv did not work. They should not say they have a restaurant and breakfast. Restaurant was a small kosher restaurant with limited unusual dishes. It didn’t open for breakfast until 8 am and I had to leave before then. Room itself was good, comfortable and clean. Overall okay for the money, but doubt I would stay here again

Traveling with a family of 5, it's the second time we've stayed here. This hotel probably had the largest room you could ever hope for. We had a two bedroom suite and just the main bedroom section was larger than many suites I've been to in other hotels. It's a huge facility with seemingly no one staying there! However, that's where it ended. The staff seemed mostly uninterested, the pool was 'closed until further notice', and apparently they no longer serve breakfast (since July 2026), despite having booked it before they lost their contact with the kitchen and despite still having posters all around the hotel saying it's served from 7-10am!!! Again, staff seemed uninterested in that misunderstanding. Thank goodness for the donut store across the road. Look, it has parking and a good price for a large room. You get what you pay for. Probably won't stay again.

Parking garage directions were confusing, and as it is under construction (the garage) the instructions needed to be more clear. Or at least the signage to get in to the garage. That being said, they waived the fee which is normally $10 overnight parking, so that was kind. And I did not even ask them to.Everything else was good and I am glad I was able to stay here.

Would give 0.5. DON'T STAY HERE. There is no where to purchase any food or drinks. They advertise continental breakfast and even still have this flyer posted near the elevators inside the hotel. The restaurant is no longer affiliated with the hotel and doesn't even open until 10am. They don't serve breakfast nor have any alcohol. THERE IS ALSO NO POOL as advertised. It's "under construction", however I feel it's not a huge ask to receive an email about these changes prior to my trip. We book hotels for the amenities and when all of the amenities are no longer available like at all!!!, I expect some sort of refund. Room was clean and lots of hot water … quiet even with a major conference going on… was relaxing. However no hot tub or steam room was disappointing… seems like that’s always the case at every hotel but at least there was the swimming pool and sauna. Overall would gladly stay again!
