Room was great. Loved the 24/7 coffee, hot cocoa & tea. Wish there was a pool or being able to access to another hotel's pool.

We were in our room basically to sleep and get ready. The night before we left, I went to back up our belongings. When I picked up my backpack, it was drenched! Because it was empty, this didn’t make sense. Upon investigation, I noticed that the walls were damp, and water was seeping through the tiled floor. There is obviously a bad leak somewhere. I contacted the front desk. While they freed us a different room, this really wasn’t an option as we were leaving the following day & needed to finish packing. I did place a dry towel on the ground, and the following morning, it was wet. I did take pictures. When I checked out, the receptionist wasn’t incredibly helpful other than having me email the pictures to their reservation desk. She said someone would contact me, which they haven’t. Due to the issues of mold, and my backpack getting soaking wet, I would like some sort of compensation. We will see what happens. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and I really like its location- but when something major like this happens, more attentiveness needs to occur.

Hello, I adore this hotel and this was my 4th stay here and I will stay here again. I say this first because this stay definitely had its struggles. The cold water faucet had hot water coming out of it for the first minute & a half to 2 min or more until it cooled down enough to luke warm for use. This happened every time I went to use the sink or the shower...and was very inconvenient to wait each time. And no, the hot water was also hot....there was something going on throughout the building with the water line and the poor maintenance person was working on it the whole time. The shampoo was also out but quickly replaced. We were right next to the housekeeping room, so lot of noise throughout the day with that...which is good that the staff is consistently cleaning throughout the day, but its loud. If the doors were not see through at the bottom and met the floor (there is an inch and a half of space from bottom of doors to the floor) , it would help with reducing the noise. The beds were super comfy, the location is great, the room was clean, and all else was good. The water was really a huge pain and I so hope its fixed for my next Stay. Thank you :)
