Where to begin... Pickup/dropoff was difficult because only short spans of street parking are available for unloading. Narrow elevators and corridors. The worst part was that I was told to park in a spot in the back of a parking garage a half block away (the bellhop guided me into that spot) only to find out two days later at check-out that I could not leave because the car was buried behind many other stacked cars. Eventually got it out. The hotel tried to blame me saying that they had left a note informing me that I could move my car, but I was out with family and did not see the note until the next day. The many stairs make wheelchair access a formidable challenge. They didn't even have ice machines on our floor. The rooms felt of Soviet-era Volgograd. It's really two buildings so to get things or go to spaces like the gym or restaurant you have to keep crossing back to the other. Elevators are slow and only on one end of the building. Many of the employees tried to be helpful, but this trip seemed doomed from the start. Far from the upscale experience it had been billed to be.
