The Watergate Hotel Georgetown

A very average 4* hotel, that's right - 4*!!! Their style of hospitality explains for instance - the two capsules of coffee, lol!!! Share some with them while visiting this spot, please!

It was beautiful, just not quite we were expecting for what we paid. I couldn’t find a shop for amenities. When I’d ask I always got around the corner. We had need up walking to the corner store which was a little shady. The rooftop bar was amazing and walking down to the river and water and then the boardwalk was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet.

Very nice stay with helpful staff! I accidentally double booked but the staff in the reception was helpful and resourceful and everything seems to work out fine. I also hade the possibility to leave my bagage at the hotel while I was sightseeing during the day after Checkout and get it afterwards. Very nice experience

I had an amazing experience during my stay. Mesfin Asfaha and the staff did an incredible job decorating the room—it truly exceeded my expectations and made the occasion feel special. The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The valet parking staff were also outstanding—quick, courteous, and efficient. On top of that, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything from the service to the accommodations was top-notch. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.
