This is a comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. The outdoor pool was nice. Room was clean, locaiton felt safe, everyone just seemed to be in a nice, chill mood! Breakfast staff was very sweet, though there was a bit of a language barrier when I asked for the water to be refilled on the juice machine. Would recommend!

I made reservations 3 months in advance for 1 week in order to be near my daughter after having her 1st baby. I also made a reservation for another night but things changed & she ended up not needing me to come that day ( I work full time) In any event, I was hoping I could pick another day so I wouldn’t loose the money. I suggested tacking it onto my week long stay coming up but they would NOT accommodate my request in any way. I know for a fact that They have the availability for 1 room in sept on a Sunday.The woman I spoke with was very nice but the manager /owner would not accommodate us at all! Not very good business. I told the rest of my family/friends to pick a different hotel when they come to visit so they don’t have to deal with any issues! There are plenty to pick from in that area.

Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable ( en dehors de canapé lit). Petit déjeuner était de qualité et assez varié, bien au dessus des standards américains, la piscine est grande, propre et agréable.

Dear Hotel Manager/Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had reserved two rooms, numbers 306 and 320, and my experience was far below expectations. Specifically, room 320 was never cleaned during our stay. I was forced to empty my own trash and make my own bed the entire time. Additionally, I had to request clean towels every single day. Furthermore, we never had the opportunity to use the pool because it was consistently "temporarily closed until after 3." This trip was intended to help me decide if Delaware would be a suitable place for me to buy property and retire. Unfortunately, this stay left a very poor first impression. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into these service failures. I look forward to your response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
