pool or hot tub not working. Guest elevator not working. Tried to call the hotel repeatedly and sent messages none were answered. It was clean but run down. Disappointed about the hot tub as that was a big booking point and was not told it wasnt working.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The patio was just OK. Lots of overhang makes room very dark. Pool was broken. If you stay on the first floor in the main building, you’ll hear karaoke until midnight. Great location and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed while we were there but it was a decent olace, room was clean and had a privacy balcony. Room was fairly priced so that was good

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! First they require a $100 incidentals deposit. What incidentals??? The room was garbage. Paint peeling from the walls, doorframes, etc. Mold in the bathroom, Tub was disgusting. Kitchen had stains on the counter and there were stains all over the floors. The curtain rod was bent and broken. TV wasn't working properly and neither was the A/C. The back of the property looked like a slum. The fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm for 10 minutes. I had to run the hot water in the tub for 10 minutes+ to get at least WARM WATER to shower with. I would compare the owners of this property to SLUM LORDS! They obviously don't care at all about their guest experience. This is the worst hotal experience I have ever had.
