Quarto bom com defeito grave:quando abre a porta da sacada o barulho das maquinas de ar condicionado e o cheiro de gordura da cozinha impedem o uso da sacada. Infelizmente a praia partucular nao tem mais… disseram que o furacao destruiu. O cafe da manha e otimo e a cama muito boa.

We had an excellent Mother’s Day weekend getaway at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs. The entire experience exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The highlight of the resort was definitely the water amenities. The lazy river was incredibly fun and relaxing, especially for families, and the water slides were a huge hit for both kids and adults. The pool areas were spacious, well maintained, and never felt overcrowded despite the busy holiday weekend. There were plenty of chairs, beautiful landscaping, and a great tropical atmosphere throughout the property. The food was also surprisingly good across the resort. Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The restaurants and poolside service made it easy to enjoy the weekend without ever needing to leave the property. One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, pools, common areas, and restrooms were consistently spotless and well cared for. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the resort. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to dining service to pool attendants, the customer service made the stay feel special and stress-free. Overall, this was a perfect Mother’s Day getaway destination. Great pools, fun water slides, relaxing lazy river, excellent food, clean facilities, and amazing staff. We would absolutely return again.

Great pools. Very family friendly. Clean. My wife and kids liked it a lot. Drawbacks are it is expensive and the elevator can take a while sometimes. I would definitely stay here again.
