The hotel was very clean. The spa like smell when you enter is very inviting. The hotel is very pet friendly. We were traveling with our 13 pound cavapoo. We had plenty of spaces to go for walks with her. The Westin pillows were wonderful. I slept great. Definitely a great choice!

Hotel was new, modern, and we loved that the in door pools doors opened up to the courtyard. There was tables and game and the bar was on the other side. Not to mention the rooms are amazing with the kitchenette. A must when you have a toddler or kids.

Upon arrival the hotel was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating and immediately provided me with dog treats. The room was immaculate and I would definitely stay again!

The room is very nicely arranged and I really like that the couch is a kind of material that can be wiped off. Very well thought out space. Very short stay. Did not use the desk, dining counter, or kitchen space. The TV in our king room is hung in an awkward position, and is too large in the space it is in. So it doesn't angle correctly for watching in bed. It was also crooked, making it look precarious, but it seemed secure. The bed is very firm. Neither myself, nor my companion, slept well because of the bed. It is such a nice room, that the bed was a disappointment. I would really like to use this hotel again the next time I am in Springfield, but slept poorly. The room was mostly clean. Some debris in the corners, and as is true it seems for all hotels in the $200 price point the grout is already so dirty. Hotels never keep their tile and grout clean, which would go such a long way. I didn't get to use the gym space, but I really like how it was on the main floor right in an open and area of high foot traffic. Made it feel very safe. I don't like gyms that are tucked downstairs in hotels. Very nice seating areas on main floor. Did not eat the complimentary breakfast so cannot comment. Check in was easy. Nice parking lot.

This was our anniversary trip and we could not have been more pleased with this hotel and staff. It was new, clean, spacious, terrific amenities and exceptional staff. My only concern for anyone is to ask for a room away from The street in front of the hotel in summer. Not in their control but the motorcycles racing up and down the street were a bit loud. Again, not an issue the hotel can control. I felt bad for the staff as they had to deal with the technology outage. Again, not their fault and kept apologizing. Did not impact our stay at all! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

This was a great hotel. It was very clean, the shower was great, the room had a full kitchen, and staff were friendly. I would definitely return to this hotel and stay again. The only issue I had was the pillows are either too puffy or too flat, but most hotels’ pillows are like that.

Great hotel. Want $200 deposit for incidentals for a highway hotel. No restaurant, no spa but $200 for incidentals for a one night stays. Seems like a demographic profiling policy. Will not book this chain ever again.

This was our anniversary trip and we could not have been more pleased with this hotel and staff. It was new, clean, spacious, terrific amenities and exceptional staff. My only concern for anyone is to ask for a room away from The street in front of the hotel in summer. Not in their control but the motorcycles racing up and down the street were a bit loud. Again, not an issue the hotel can control. I felt bad for the staff as they had to deal with the technology outage. Again, not their fault and kept apologizing. Did not impact our stay at all! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

It is a beautifully designed hotel with comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities. The area is a little noisy at night but convenient to the hospital where my father is.

First impression was that it was updated, welcoming, and clean. Staff was excellent. Appreciated the Happy Hour! Included breakfast was a bit sparse, but it was tasty.

Customer service was fantastic. Our room was clean, but we had issues with the thermostat, when we went to go to bed it kept coming on and then off we ended up covering it with a sock, the smoke detector was blinking red and green non stop all night, we had to unplug the light on the table under the TV as it automatically has a night light that is fairly bright. Breakfast was not really a breakfast which is ok it just shouldn’t advertised as its fruit and someone making small pancakes.

We couldn’t get the room to cool off unless we dropped the temperature down to 68, and then the direction of the vents made it cold on one side of the bed while the other side remained warm. Luckily we borrowed a fan from those we were visiting and that helped move the air. One more gripe before I get to the good stuff. For being a Marriott - they provide the cheapest toilet paper. I recommend getting your own. Seriously! Other than the above - the hotel is clean and really nice. Breakfast was worth getting up for. The bed itself was comfortable (minus the air circulation). Bathroom was clean and a nice shower. We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues with noise.
