Second year that we've stayed. Nice rooms. Nice property. Friendly staff. Wish the pool was heated.

Great stay, nice location. Short walk to the beach and food options. Beautiful pool overlooking the Bay Area. Parking available.

We have been there a couple of times. Staff so friendly and helpful. Getting chairs on beach and the new umbrellas a really nice plus.

I have never been to this area of Florida and was nervous about this rental. It met and exceeded all expectations! It is a. cute little property with all you need. We were very happy with our space that included a kitchen, king bed and pull out couch. It is hard to find dining without long waits in the area so better to prep from Publix and make the meals you can on site. There is a pool nd pier as well as lovely beach access. It wasn't perfect but it was just right for us and we would definitely go back!

Super cute and convenient little resort! We will definitely stay again. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided were a major perk! Easy walk to and from the beach and trolly stop. The bed and sheets weren’t the most luxurious feeling, but for the price I’m not complaining. Everyone that we encountered at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, quiet and clean. Pool is nice and beach access is right across the street and loungers for free. Staff is nice. Check in and check out was super easy. Nice to have 2 parking spots right in front of our own cottage for a car and golf cart. Trolley stop right there, lots of places to walk to or take the trolley or drive to. Price is high but seems like that for the all of the island, even in off season. Great stay.

The resort was very nice, easy check-in process. Location was pretty good, there is a trolley stop right across the street. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. You can walk out onto the east facing deck to watch the sunrise and walk across the street to the beach to watch the sunset! Our only concern was the parking lot. There was heavy rain overnight and some spots were flooded. If you parked in a low spot, you would have to walk through water to get to your car. Bottom line, we would stay here again.

This was a wonderfully maintained property. Great location. Private beach just across the street. Clean and inviting pool. We felt very relaxed and safe there and the other people that stayed were kind. Nice family culture. Loved the fishing pier and view of the water. Staff were very helpful and welcoming! I Would definitely return with my family again.

We stayed in early December and it was only about half occupied. We were in a middle unit and sound traveled easily through the walls so not sure how quiet it would be if all units were occupied. However, the cottages were charming, very clean and well stocked. The pool area was nice and there is a pier to walk out on. Easy walk to several restaurants and the Bridge area.

They are still cleaning up after hurricanes, our cottage was clean and taken care of. A little more expensive to stay, but is Anna Marie island. Will probably try to stay there again. Looking for better deal

The location is perfect right next to the beach but the shower head had orange and black mold on it and there was a very heavy door that was broken and almost fell on us. Besides that it was a ln enjoyable stay.

If you like to be close to the beach and have a pool that’s open late, this is the perfect place to stay. There’s a stunning sunrise over the lake in the morning and a beautiful beach at the other side of the road. It won’t take you more than a couple of minutes to walk over. If you’re into excellent food, you have to go to town or further south, and the road gets pretty busy in the weekends. So it took us an hour to go to town on a Friday because of traffic. But if being close to the beach is your priority, this is a perfect place. The hotel is so nice and quiet, and especially with kids it’s so practical to have a kitchen with everything you need. We also took the shuttle up North to go on a Dolphin trip and the shuttle is great. It’s free and the kids loved it. Very easy. Only disappointment was the bed it was so worn, that I woke up with a sore back and neck every morning. The mattress is terrible, it really needs a change. The room was nice and clean, did have a damp smell to it, like a cottage in the woods can smell when left alone for a while - might be the air conditioning, it was on when we arrived, but I didn’t use during our stay, and it did get better. Super nice and quiet in the evening and friendly and helpful staff. But that mattress really needs a change - I regret not saying anything while staying there. Number 12. If you really want a good sunrise spot, choose the rooms right by the sea. I would do so next time.

The cottages were adorable, and the location for us was great. A short walk to the beach (right across the street) and the bay right in the back yard of the property. Pool was nice, wish they would trim back some of the bushes (not mangroves of course) so that you could view the bay from the pool. The cottage has everything you need but they should upgrade the pillows, our necks were cramped from the ones they have. The couch is also not very comfortable to sit on and that’s the only area with a TV so you have to sit there for that. Property was clean, quiet and pretty. Beach is stunning. Location is close to bridge st with shopping and live music, bars etc. We rented bikes to travel the island because traffic is an issue but riding bikes was convenient and fun. I would stay here again (I’ll just bring my own pillow).

The overall experience was very nice. Our room was towards the back of the property right by the bay and pool. It felt very private. My only complaint was the obnoxious upstairs guest that felt the need to move furniture, run, and walk with lead feet til 1:30 every morning and repeat the routine at 7 AM. It made sleeping not so great. I wished there was a washer/dryer in room. Overall though, it was great. Room was clean and management was super nice.

Upkeep of maintenance poor in our room which led to unclean conditions. We live in Florida so we are aware of the bugs but mitigation steps need to be taken in order to keep them out of the house/room. Dead roach under the bureau and bunch of the little bugs in kitchen and bathroom due do not properly sealed. Had to keep the food off the counter. There are so many places to rent on this island that this would never be a consideration again. Dante at the front desk was very pleasant but the younger girl very angry and unpleasant.

Tradewinds check in was easy and we were able to get into our cottage earlier than guaranteed check in. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We had everything that you could possibly need from towels, to kitchen supplies. We didn't have to buy anything. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities, easy walk to the beach, nice pool choices, complementarity coffee packets and coffee, tea and hot chocolate by the cup next door. Our cottage was recently renovated and was beautiful. This was my second stay at Tradewinds and will stay there again!

Very nice location to stay. Staff were friendly and our unit had a full kitchen which we really appreciated. Walkable to a couple cute restaurants and bars. Would stay there again.

Family in room above us was very noisy due to building construction.

I liked the communication on Christmas morning when we checked in. The place was clean besides the dreaded sand I wish I knew how small it was. I hated the smoking allowed. One lady smoked non stop and at the pool and infront of her cottage. her and the grounds keeper. smoking allowed is fine but it should be told. no one around the pool to ask if she could go smoke somewhere else.

Perfect little cottages. Enough for you to relax in after a long day and close to a lot of things on the island

Only good things to say about the Tradewinds. We have stayed at the Tortuga twice and loved it. Tradewinds was equally as awesome. Loved the pool location, communication was great by staff.

Great and friendly customer service at the front desk. Amazing view from our balcony and great price for an island that has become extremely over priced thanks to all the developers and investment companies.

The apartment was within walking distance of many restaurants, and the beach crossed the street. We encountered a problem with our power light in the main bedroom, and they resolved it in minutes: excellent service, a great place to stay, and breathtaking beaches and sunsets.

Family and I stayed here for spring break and the facilities were awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The are is still cleaning up after the hurricane, but it definitely did not affect the fun in the area. We will be planning a return trip.
