SpringHill Suites St Petersburg Clearwater

Very clean and beds were comfortable

Our stay at Springhill Suites was good. The hotel is a bit outdated but everything was in working order and we had no issues with our room. The breakfast included several hot options. If we are traveling through the area again I would stay here.

Girl at the front desk is very nice.

The hot tube was not working along with the fitness center. I was very disappointment in this Marriott!!

Their phones don’t work. We checked in and went straight to the hot tub. The hot tub didn’t work so I went to the front desk and told her that was the only reason we chose this hotel. I booked thru Expedia and they told me they would contact the hotel and the front desk person said she would approve the refund. Well that would work if they actually had working phones to answer when Expedia calls them.
