Hôtel de charme encore en rénovation suite à des dégâts occasionnés par un cyclone. Cottage familiale pour 5 avec un canapé lit assez inconfortable. Petit déjeuner minimaliste dans une pièce sans charme. Réceptionniste assez froid. Première nuit dans une chambre sans climatisation… bref sentiment assez mitigé pour cet hôtel qui a du potentiel mais qui doit se relever.

Personnel non présent planchers sales partout, préposé accueil très froid. Le 3/4 bâtisse ferme L’extérieur grosse fontaine ne fonctionne pas partout végétation morte À 8:00 le matin à la toilette près coin déjeuner poubelles pleines miroir plancher sales. Restaurant bar fermé. L’impression hôtel en faillite ou près de fermeture Partout besoin de rafraîchissement

Rented a Villa for the weekend after getting married, the staff made the experience stress free and the Villa was beautiful. Perfect little weekend getaway spot! Full kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms and showers!

This property is still under construction, renovation from a hurricane. The website doesn’t disclose the property’s actually which is there is only one building open. The restaurant is not open. The pool is open, but not the hot tub and you are surrounded by construction…although the property has potential to be amazing but as of now, in this condition. It is not up to par so to speak. I know they’re trying to recoup some money by booking rooms in the only building that’s open but it created for an awkward stay. And the price is a little expensive for the condition of this resort, if you wanna call it, a resort . Olivia was great at the front desk, but the man that took over the next day wasn’t friendly at all barely even said hello or gave any eye contact at all , the young man that was cleaning the building that was open was friendly and so were the room attendants. He actually stayed there because of the golf course being across the street however the course is not in great shape either because of all the rain, but it was better than not golfing at all.
