Really clean, helpful staff. Great pool, walking distance to many things. We will probably stay here for our cruise again next year.

The room was wheelchair accessible. Not quite what we’d planned on. The tv was not in a great place-in front of the bed. The blind would not go up or down. So we had 8 inches of light shining in all night. I was not impressed. The air conditioner is very noisy When I checked in. I wasn’t given a wifi pass so had to back down to reception to retrieve it. Your pool was amazing. I loved it. Not enough lounge chairs but I made it work.

WE had stayed at another hotel in Dania Beach once before and we loved all the shops and restaurants and green space, so we came back to the area for 3 days this time. Our suite was large and comfortable. The free breakfast included cage free eggs, and Canadian bacon; I don’t think I’ve seen that on a complementary breakfast before. Our room was quiet. The tub and shower were fine. The lobby area was huge. The pool and pool area were fine, but the hot tub is in need of a DEEP deep clean. There was a brown gunk on the vertical walls/steps of the hot tub. I only went in once, saw the condition, and didn’t go again. But many others, including kids, still went in it.

Hot tub jets did not work. Floor in room was a bit dirty. Overall would stay again. Good location near food snd shopping.

Biggest attraction was breakfast included and shuttle Transportation provided to hotel. However, the wait for a shuttle was one hour.

Great location and stay before our cruise! Would rebook here again in a heartbeat! Pros: - Free airport shuttle* - Walkable (2 blocks) from Dania Point that has restaurants, shops, and movies. Burger King and Panda Express are right in front of the restaurant. - Free breakfast** - see comments below - Refrigerator in room - Outdoor pool and hot tub - Free wifi, HBO Max, and able to login to streaming services on the TVs - Nice lobby area with comfortable seating and tables if you need to hangout - 12:00 noon checkout which is nice when some hotels are 11:00 - Blackout shade in room - slept so well! - Quiet - you can see the highway from the pool yet you can’t hear it! Maybe because it was Sunday evening… - Seating area with a couch helps break up the room for a family of 4 Cons: - Bathrooms are older and worn - Weak water pressure in the shower Very much appreciated the pre-arrival email about airport transportation and breakfast. *Note the Terminal # when you call the hotel for the shuttle. Plan on 25 min wait for airport traffic and if raining. Rideshare likely the same. **The breakfast notice shows the earlier you come, the fewer lines and the hour before breakfast ends to expect lines. Weekdays breakfast ends at 9:00. Weekends at 9:30. Last food went out around Monday at 8:45. When it’s gone it’s gone. There weren’t any lines just before 9:00 but mostly everything was gone. Took 20-40 min for the coffee to be refilled. Wish they didn’t refill the decaf first 😆

Had a hard time getting through to front desk for a shuttle . When I finally did it took way too long for the shuttle to get to the airport well over 30 Mon probably close to 45 which if I knew would have considered a Uber.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and willing to help (be patient with them and they will be patient with you!) Enjoyed breakfast, pool area, and cucumber lemon water that was always available in the lobby (helped with the heat). Only downside was people got stuck in the elevator one day of my four day stay, but the staff did the best to get it back in service (it’s kind of out of their hands on getting a service call dispatched). Also, the couch was filthy where you pull out the sofa bed. Good area for food, shopping, and hopping on the highway for travel (close to a casino). Overall I would stay again and I feel like I got my money’s worth.

Very dirty bathroom, yellow water and dirty shower. Urine on bathroom floor. Overall do not recommend and we won't stay here again.

The room was not clean properly and the hotel need to remodel room. Very outdated. The water from shower looked brown. So glad I showered before I made it and my flight departed at 6.

The short of it, i would never stay at this particular location again. Details After a long day of traveling i wanted to get into bed and rest, pulled back the covers and their was a sirty towel lodged in-between the sheets. Went to front desk showed them a picture. I was promised Marriot point that would equal a free night stay. Night time housekeeping came to the room to change out all the bedding. Whilst he was cleaning he say another stained piece of bedding. He rook a picture ro show feomt desk. Front desk assured that they would speak to the housekeeping supervisor in the morning to see who was responsjble for the cleaning of the room prior to check in. Next day, after much needed rest my husband insoects the room further and realized the door hinge was falling off, bathroom sink is rusted ...amongst other things. I go to front desk, explain the previous night situation and this... a room change is given. In the new room AC barely workers, wifi was spotty, and the ironing board collaped multiple times while using it The manager of this property needs to take a look at their cleanliness protocols. In our three night stay the garabge was never taken out. Other guests resorted to placing their garabage outside their doors to get the attention of staff to take it out. I was quite confused as to why a room with a kitchentte would not have basic cutlery, dish soap and paper towel. I never experienced this before and was quite surprised.

The staff was nice but the room was not properly clean. Hair in the shower and floors were dirty sheets had hair as well

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Would definitely recommend and love that you can leave your car for only $5 while youre away. The only thing i was disappointed in was that i booked this room for the bathtub, but the water was orangish brown that came out so was definitely a no!! That was disappointing, but the staff was very nice and friendly.

The window shad is electric and wouldn’t function to raise the shade to let light in the room. After a couple requests to fix the fellow at the desk wanted to move me to another room. In checking that shade only would go up 6 inches. We stayed in the original room

This hotel is so noisy, totally unacceptable. My room was close to elevator, the big noises came from elevator and highway. Asking staff to change room for me, but was told hotel was totally full, not sure if that is true. Don't stay in this hotel, it is suffering.

Spring Hill was above and beyond hotels I have been used to. First the room was spacious with a living room and sofa. I like that the sink is outside the washroom. Breakfast was excellent and filling. I loved the heated swimming pool. And the fact we were provided with a towel. I enjoyed the gym facilities. The best part was the free shuttle to the airport. I appreciated that a relative who did not stay at the hotel was able to use the free shuttle.

No places to unpack. No dressers, a 5 hanger closet, very small vanity to put things on, zero towel hangers. This is my very first hotel I’ve stayed at where they have no towel racks anywhere or a shelf near vanity to put any belongings on. I don’t recommend for a family. Room was very outdated and bathroom had rust in the tub and floor was not clean. Location was good and the pool is heated

The room was spacious & clean, beds were comfy, water pressure & temperature great & the breakfast was a little above average with a good selection of foods. However, the location near the highway makes for a lot of traffic noise & the rooms dont seem well insulated for sound; we heard the people next door talking, laughing & watching TV until after midnight & we could hear the folks in the room above us walking around (sounded like they were wearing heavy boots)

Everything is good. The hotel still needs some renov. You can hear people walking upstairs very clear.

What happened is me and my family came for one night before a cruise and was double charged. One for a room we stayed in and one for a room we didn’t stay in. Totaling 700.00. I tried talking with the mangers but I ended up speaking with someone who had an attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service. Had to have my credit card company help me with the charges. Will never stay there again.

The airport shuttle was quick. We were able to check in to room at noon. Friendly staff. Large, clean room. Great breakfast. Lots of shops/restaurants in walking distance. Close to cruise port.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. And all the staff was very nice. The surrounding area was a delight to walk around!

The manager, Natalie was rude. There were rooms available and we still waited over 4 hrs, in the lobby to check in. The microwave was broken and almost started a fire. There is also mold. Nobody has asked us if we needed anything or how things are. Terrible place. Plus I had to double check what they charged me because they tried to overcharge me. I am. Lt finished complaining.

Had to call the front desk over 10 times for a shuttle before they answered. Because of that we were stuck at the airport for over an hou. When we arrived, our key would not work. Went downstairs to have them reprogrammed and when they didn’t work again, I tried to call the front desk. Yet again, they did not answer. When I went downstairs there were 2 front desk agents who were not busy. Ultimately had to switch rooms. The maintenance man was amazing and the ladies who set up the breakfast were incredibly sweet.

Staff was super friendly... Especially the front deak manager Warren. Hats off to him

After making a reservation several months in advance, I received notification by email upon arrival at the airport that the reservation was canceled. The phone number to call was not functional and when trying to contact the property I was routed to an oversea agent. When contacting the property directly, I was told there was nothing available and there was nothing they could do. I was told a supervisor would call back and never received a phone call to help find another accommodation in the area.

The hotel sold our room that we had already booked and confirmed. We were already checked in online and our flight was delayed so we didn’t we to the hotel until late. When we arrived they let us know that they over sold and we had to walk to another hotel at 2am. Would not recommend, the whole purpose of booking in advance is to have the comfort of knowing our hotel is confirmed.

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout since our flight was scheduled for later that evening. This gave us the chance to explore the area and make the most of our time. We’ll definitely be returning to Forture Travel in Fort Lauderdale! Thank you.

The Layout of the room is very nice. We left too early to have breakfast. I'm not sure we would stay here again, their check in process leaves a lot to be desired. We requested an early check in and we were put on a waiting list. It was cruise disembarkation day, so I know there were quite a few cruises in port that day. We were told we would get a call, which after 4 hrs never occured. So we went back up to the front desk and found out a room was available. The front desk as to answering calls was totally absent. My husband called 3 times down to the front desk and no one answered and even tried calling the out the outside number and no one answered. So he walked down to the front desk and there were people there and he discussed the issue of the phone with the night manager. He called again, and they realized their phone ringer was off. This is not good. It is in a great location and I would stay in the location again but not at this hotel.

Beware - Our room was on the freeway side and it was extreme noise all night long. Earplugs, pillows did not help. Not much sleep.

A quick one night stay before heading to the Miami cruise port. Called for the shuttle from FLL and it arrived quickly within 5-10 mins. Driver was very friendly and helpful with our (very heavy) luggage. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Just wish it had a safe. Made use of the outdoor pool and patio area. Also very clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious! Was pleasantly surprised to see hot items as well as we were only expecting the usual muffins, pastries, cereals, etc. Loved having an ice/water machine on our floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was good. My only complaint is lack of parking spots for all quests. Not sure if there was an event going on but the breakfast area was completely full every morning so we ended up going out for breakfast.

Great hotel. Only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9 am and the pool closes at 8pm. That’s too early when you’re on vacation .

Very nice breakfast buffet, not as noisy as some have commented on, staff was helpful in obtaining transportation to the cruise port by calling taxi service for us (3). Taxi service is metered, not flat rate, about $20, while shuttle is $20 per person.

There was some issues with our toilet but we were only there 1 night so it was fine. It's just a small issue that was in our room. We informed them to have maintenance come take a look. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was modern clean, spacious, and the breakfast was decent. Good price. Would come back if in the area. Btw the area has shops and restaurants near by.
