Had a good experience over all . Needed toilet paper one night and was told they didn't have any . Also my baby wears an owlet sock at night and I needed a wifi password to connect to it , was told they don't have a wifi password so that made me pretty uneasy sleeping at night. Bed sheets and cover were stained and all mirrors and the door overlooking the ocean looked as if they haven't been cleaned in months . Had to get help and a new key almost everytime we left the room and returned due to them not working . Very inconvenient holding a baby and all the things . However I did hear them say they were replacing all door locks next week.

The room had hair all over the floor and the bathtub. It smelled of marijuana on the elevator. The indoor poor ladder to get out was broken with the steps dangling,the lights were burnt out in the indoor pool. The 1 and only ice machine in the hotel was empty when we asked the front desk they said people fill up their coolers and use the ice we will have to wait. When we checked out I mentioned the issues with staff. They were very polite however they only return 40 dollars of my 50 dollar security hold! We will never return again

Room furniture was dirty, the property is not kept well. Blinds are super dirty, photos were not updated so led us to believe it was much nicer than is. We chose to leave the property on the 2nd day as soon as we got up. Staff couldn’t have helped it was just bad. Staff seemed to be trying their best and overwhelmed. Please DO NOT book based on the photos they showed. It’s BAD. Dead roaches near the bed, I killed a small one when I turned on the bathroom light. The cleanest part of the bathroom was the shower honestly.

Overall I would say the hotel was ok. But when people started getting locked out of their rooms I was just hoping it wouldn't happen to either of our 2 rooms. Well it did. So we had to move into another room where the sliding door to the balcony would hardly move. I asked the front desk to give us a refund for the inconvenience of moving to another room and they said because I booked through a 3rd party they couldn't. They said all the rooms are getting new locks on the doors but I would say it's too little too late. Not sure if I'll stay here again
