The room had a full size refrigerator, while most other hotels have a mini-fridge. Also a kitchenette. Balcony is ALWAYS a plus! Comfortable beds, beautiful beach decor, both in room and lobby areas.Spa and pool clean and in good working order. Will definitely stay here again.

Paid for a HOT TUB chose this hotel because it has a hot tub called before hand and asked was it working was assured it was. Temp was colder than the pool false adverstising hot tub jets worked great but this is nowhere close to hot! Will NEVER stay here again very disappointed!

Bed was comfy, room was homey, front desk workers were polite and friendly. Our favorite part was the tiki bar and our fav bartender was KELLY! The pool was nice and the beach is right there and easy to get to. they also had karaoke and live music on the tiki deck! Definitely will be back.

Rooms were pretty nice and included a little kitchenette which was appreciated. The pool and outdoor restaurant/bar area was very nice and had a lot of tables for sitting and eating/drinking. The bar overlooking the beach was very nice and we sat there each time. Proximity to the beach and the beach itself was great! My daughter and I were on a short trip to Rockville but could still enjoy the beach, being practically right on top of it. Front desk associates were friendly and helpful. The only negative was a couple of large cockroaches we had to avoid in the hall when returning very late at night. Nothing was in our room though (I triple checked).

Starting with the check-in, we knew it was going to be an enjoyable stay. They were very welcoming and informative. The pool was clean and inviting and the Oasis Tiki Bar had amazing food and drinks. There was ample parking and everything we wanted was within walking distance, including the beach!

Parking is always tough here. Cigarette smoking around the pool tends to get trapped insude the pool area because the walls keep it in, so if youre allergic to smoke know there isnt any way to get away from it. They shut the water off for half and hour while i was in the shower completely lathered head to toe. Now that i got the bad stuff out of the way, the good stuff is the staff is always super great. I needed things printed from work and they had a computer i could use and let me print off 60 sheets for the convention i was in town for, then stapled 10 packets together. The lady that checked us in was super great, the gentleman that let me use the computer and printer also checked us out this morning, fantastic! We will be back, i just wish the pool area was completely smoke free. Our room was clean, and it had a nice side view of the ocean. No frills, but everything was clean and thats all we cared about. We will see you all soon!

Pool was very , very loud with the music from the bar. Pool is not a place for children. Bar food was expensive and not even close to edible. Staff inside awesome. I believe during my stay my bank card was compromised. Not saying it was the hotel... But this has never happened to me before . Ocean view was mainly parking lot. Room was close to a loud major road so that wasn't a good time .

Loved the area! Great venue, food and tiki bar. Nice pool! Great restaurants within walking distance. So much to do! An elevator went down so leaving was an issue, my room floor stayed wet with standing water on the tile flooring so moisture was an issue. My clothes were all damp. Due the other amazing reasons to stay those things were tolerable.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by one of the nicest and friendliness people I have ever met. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and welcoming. They asked every time we walked by them if we needed anything for our room and inquired as to how our stay was going. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and overall the room was a lot nicer in person than the pictures that we previously saw online. We went for a last minute trip to visit family that was staying in Daytona and this was one of the few hotels that had vacancy. I am so happy that we stayed at Fountain. We are already planning a longer stay over the Summer.

Room needs updating. Had to ask cleaning staff for something to clean chairs off on balcony- they were filthy. Tub had sand in it but we hadn't gone to the beach. Room was not very clean, used flip flops entire time. Breakfast only bagels/toast/pastry/muffins. It's in great location with self parking.

The room was very damp feeling, the sheets felt wet, our clothes felt damp(we even left our clothes in the suitcase never fully unpacked) , the ceiling in the room above the ac unit has water damage and mold. The door leading out to the balcony was very difficult to open and close

Stayed there for a race weekend. Kind of small room, but had everything you needed. Balcony was nice. Hotel overall was pretty nice. Looks like it had been updated. Continental breakfast was cereal and english muffins. Guy at the front desk always said hi and was always there to help.

First time here…. Customer Service (at Front Desk) was Awesome…. manager and his helper were extremely kind and willing to help us get a room Not near the elevator! Our room was very nice, cute Beachy decorations.. CS lady described it as “GORGEOUS”.. and it was!!! Enjoyed our stay! Only an 8 minute walk to MAIN STREET (Bike week!). Will stay hear again!!!!

This was absolutely more than I expected. The staff was super nice. The room was beautiful. The whole experience I had at my stay in. Daytona was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was our first time staying here. We booked the double queen suite which had so much room. The Jacuzzi was slow to fill but it was a nice bonus. The beds were showing signs of getting old because the middle was sinking a bit.

Rooms were pretty nice and included a little kitchenette which was appreciated. The pool and outdoor restaurant/bar area was very nice and had a lot of tables for sitting and eating/drinking. The bar overlooking the beach was very nice and we sat there each time. Proximity to the beach and the beach itself was great! My daughter and I were on a short trip to Rockville but could still enjoy the beach, being practically right on top of it. Front desk associates were friendly and helpful. The only negative was a couple of large cockroaches we had to avoid in the hall when returning very late at night. Nothing was in our room though (I triple checked).

Why would you leave the cleaning lady any tip when you are doing her job! I am not a slob and I always leave hotel rooms neat.

First time here…. Customer Service (at Front Desk) was Awesome…. manager and his helper were extremely kind and willing to help us get a room Not near the elevator! Our room was very nice, cute Beachy decorations.. CS lady described it as “GORGEOUS”.. and it was!!! Enjoyed our stay! Only an 8 minute walk to MAIN STREET (Bike week!). Will stay hear again!!!!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by one of the nicest and friendliness people I have ever met. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and welcoming. They asked every time we walked by them if we needed anything for our room and inquired as to how our stay was going. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and overall the room was a lot nicer in person than the pictures that we previously saw online. We went for a last minute trip to visit family that was staying in Daytona and this was one of the few hotels that had vacancy. I am so happy that we stayed at Fountain. We are already planning a longer stay over the Summer.

This is a disgrace of what the property has the nerve to call a \'resort\'. One tiki/bar grill makes not a resort. The room itself had an AC That would periodicaly make this horrendously loud noise. All of the latter pales in comparison to the complete lack of security and response to what was occuring outside our room from 10:05 PM until 4 AM. Please note that the walls in this hotel are THIN! a male and female were screaming, cursing and threatening one another off and on. No hotel security to do anything about it. When we went to check out in the morning and got off the elevator there were big drops of blood leading into the lobby. We told the man in the lobby about the blood on the floor and our experience with the arguing couple and he said someone came down at 4 AM to tell him about it but it was over at that point. He said someone should have called him but I\'m sorry, where was the security? Is there none to be had in a \'resort? Then he made some odd comment about them having make up s*x. How is any of this behavior acceptable? I will certainly NEVER return to this location. What a horrible experience. Oh and as far as the blood was concerned he said "yeah, I know " . So completely could care less about that apparently.

Chose this hotel because it was one of the decently priced ones for a single night and we’d definitely stay here again. Not a bad walk to the boardwalk and it has beach access with a nice tiki bar that also serves food. Room was acceptable no complaints. Check in area was nice and very welcoming.

Stayed there for a race weekend. Kind of small room, but had everything you needed. Balcony was nice. Hotel overall was pretty nice. Looks like it had been updated. Continental breakfast was cereal and english muffins. Guy at the front desk always said hi and was always there to help.

Starting with the check-in, we knew it was going to be an enjoyable stay. They were very welcoming and informative. The pool was clean and inviting and the Oasis Tiki Bar had amazing food and drinks. There was ample parking and everything we wanted was within walking distance, including the beach!

We arrived early to use the pool. Staff was excellent, no issues. Place was not overly crowded. Pool is deep by today’s standard. 5ft to 10ft. Pool deck and Tilki Bar are the outside area with stools along the ocean fence. The area could seem a little cramped. Hotel has some nicer areas than others, pool deck had some green mold around the deep end and needs to be painted to livin up the area. The breakfast was meh. We had a wet floor once we turned down the AC, also had our balcony door open, it stayed wet all night. The place need some upkeep work done to it. The Tiki Bar is open to the public, so be aware. Tiki Bar provides entertainment, DJ/ Karaoke. Food is ok, it is the beach so you will pay more. We picked this place for convenience with food and drinks available. I would go back.

This hotel reminded me of “old Florida”. The decorations were beachy and relaxed. The view of the beach was gorgeous. The staff was super friendly with getting us checked in early so we could make it to Rockville on time. They were very informative on transportation and food recommendations in the area.
