The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location! It sits right on the beach, and our room was perfectly positioned in the center of the building, offering beautiful ocean views. Unfortunately, the property itself was quite disappointing. The building is very dated, with noticeable rust and signs of wear throughout. While some deterioration is understandable given its proximity to the ocean, the property clearly needs significant maintenance and updates. One of our biggest frustrations was that the shower never had hot water during our stay. Additionally, on one of the rainy days, water leaked through the window and into our room, which was completely unacceptable. This hotel has so much potential because of its fantastic beachfront location and views, but it desperately needs some TLC to bring it up to acceptable standards. With proper maintenance and renovations, it could be a wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately, in its current condition, the experience falls short of expectations.

Our stay at Perry's was great overall, the room was clean equipped with all the utensils you will need. The amenities were great the view was beautiful. 2 unlikeable things was 1. At time at reservation since it was booked thru a 3rd party there was no clarification on if the room was a cottage or an actual room so I called the resort and they said yes is a cottage and I booked it upon arrival they informed us it was not. 2. The pet fee did not specify that it was daily not for your stay, so make you get clarification before you finalize your booking. Even with these two inconveniences we have a great time in Daytona.

I was given a ground floor room and asked to change it. They were able to do so the next day but it was totally worth it. Oceanfront rooms with a full kitchen in the north tower are amazing!! Big balcony, lots of space in the room. Highly recommend it. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. They have free donut and coffee every morning.
