Sun Viking Lodge - Daytona Beach

On a tout aimé de cet hôtel , la propreté et le personnel WoW!!! Nous reviendrons c’est certain

On pensait d'avoir un balcon face à la mer. La chambre attribuée était malpropre. On a déménagé deux fois, et avons dû payé un surplus de 690 $ Cdn directement à l'hôtel pour une chambre un peu plus propre. Nous sommes très insatisfait du service d'Expédia. Leur offre n'est pas claire et on s'est fait avoir. Nous demandons à Expédia de nous rembourser le 690 $ cdn que nous avons dû déboursé.

The staff is very kind and friendly! Upon check in our room keys did not work and the front desk gal gladly came out to replace the battery compartment. The room was outdated, but beds were comfortable, liked having two bathroom sinks and mirrors for getting multiple people ready at same time. Facility needs updating. The cafe was not open. The outdoor pool which we were looking forward to using and sunbathing by was closed during our stay which was a huge disappointment for Spring Break sunshine. Indoor pool was busy. Property is small but great location on the beach.

We have been goin to the sun Viking for the last 14 years ! And it’s sad to say now that they are now under new ownership/ management we will not be going back ! Room were nasty everything was broken we got locked out of the sleeping area away from our little children called the front deals and was told we would have to wait it out ! Iv never been so disappointed !
