Hot tub was not working nor was the Tesla charging station the two reasons we booked staff was friendly

Renovations were going on that made it difficult to find parking

I found the room very comfortable and would stay there again, if my travels took me to the area. I like a lot of light; I would have preferred more lights in the room. I also found some of the electric outlets not working, which, given that I have so many devices to charge, was a little bit of an inconvenience. The pool was out of order during my stay. The laundry facilities were out of order during my stay. The elevator worked, but there were some buttons not working - there were two separate panels, so it wasn't an accessibility issue. None of these things would keep me from staying there in the future. I would definitely stay there again.

Great . But no tv. No Internet. Pool not working. Hot tub out of order.

Metal in the parking lot flaten my tire causing me to get a new tire costing me $180 .

The staff was friendly! Was a little disappointed that the hotel was going thru a renovation so gym was closed and other areas! Our last day the breakfast area was torn apart and plastic up leave very little room! A lot of construction! Our room wasn’t cleaned every other day although we were given clean towels!

It was dirty and the pool was not open and mold in the shower. People that worked on property were not friendly. Guy that got the Breakfast ready would be staring at you when you were getting your food. Very uncomfortable. I will writing the corporate office..

No hot tub. Under repairs

No notice of construction, only elevator not working. Even newly renovated rooms had not been appropriately finished with paint splitters, painters tape, loose wires exposed.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. The whole place was extremely clean.

Room was not clean. The room smelled like tobacco. Someone used the trash can to spit chewing tobacco into. This was not cleaned out when I got to the room. I set it in the hallway and asked the desk clerk to have it removed. I came back 4 hour later and the nasty trash can was still outside my door.

My recent stay at this Hilton Hotel was a profoundly disappointing experience, characterized by significant lapses in basic hygiene and operational efficiency that overshadowed the commendable efforts of a single staff member. While the front desk associate was friendly and genuinely tried to assist, the systemic limitations of Hilton's booking and refund procedures created an unacceptable logistical impasse for an exhausted traveler who had just completed a 10-hour drive from North Carolina. The associate’s proposed solution—requiring me to navigate the notoriously inaccessible customer service channels of Hotels.com to initiate a refund confirmation—placed the burden of the hotel's operational failure squarely on the guest. This policy demonstrates a lack of empowerment for on-site staff to independently resolve critical issues, leaving guests stranded and frustrated when an immediate, direct resolution is necessary. The resulting time constraints involving check-in/check-out times and a 30+ minute drive to an alternative location made finding a viable solution nearly impossible. The room was afflicted with an overpowering odor of dog urine. The carpet was extensively stained with what appeared to be dried pet waste. The sleeper sofa lacked a basic mattress cover and was visibly stained, presenting an unsanitary sleeping surface. The shower ceiling showed potential signs of mold, and the "extra" blankets provided as a potential comfort measure were tattered with large holes

The food was old.in order for us to use the Wi-Fi. We need to fill out a form with all our information. name phone numbers email and home address just to use the Wi-Fi. We Requested for our room to be clean. We were told they only clean the room every other day, but they will provide us with some fresh towels. The towels never arrive.

Unavoidable traffic noise due proximity to I 4 expressway. Right on urban portion of Spring to Spring Trail. Very accommodating to bikers. Good breakfast.

All good, but internet was not working

The room was great. Pillows were terrible with no body. When I checked in I asked for a late departure. I was told 12 noon to 1pm is ok just call and advise the desk. I went to a meeting that lasted longer than expected. Desk told my wife if she did not vacate the room by 11:30am we would be charged for another day. She did call for a late check out. Poor excuse for Hilton Honors guest.

The room was nice and dark. The beds were pretty comfy, but the AC didn’t work the best. Also, there was a mold like smell coming from the bathroom vent and it was kind of unpleasant.

The mattress still sat in an older 4 post metal frame that squeaked but the bed was fairly comfortable. Otherwise everything was fine and clean

The hotel was very nice. I thought the rooms were on the smallish side. Breakfast was buffet style with a large variety and it was plentiful. The staff was accommodating and friendly! We would stay here again if in the area!

I tried to check in at 1:28 p.m. the day of my arrival and I asked the front desk guy if I could check in early and he said oh no it would be another hour before the room was ready. So I asked him to please give me a call to let me know when the room is ready as I would go try to get something to eat. After an hour and 45 minutes I had heard nothing so went back to the hotel and they said oh yeah your room is ready and I'll said nobody called me and what happened to the guy who was here and they said he's in a meeting. It was just very poor customer service very rude and all I asked for was a phone call when my room was ready and I didn't check back until 3:15 because I waited expecting the guy to do what he promised and he never bothered calling me.

My suggestion is to pick any other hotel than this one. We have used this hotel along with a dozens of other Hamptons throughout the state of Florida for employees for work. The manager Cory M is rude and disrespectful. He had an issue with one of our employees and instead of handling it professionally he was nasty and lied directly to me about a conversation he had with one of my managers on the phone. If you hate your life and your job that much, you shouldn’t be working in hospitality. We have the recorded conversation of how rude he was with the manager over the phone and quickly hung up on him. That will be shared with the corporate office.

I need you guys to read this and take immediate action. Saturday, 12/9, you will be able to look-up the employee working the breakfast area. I went down with my 5 year old daughter to eat breakfast. He immediately brought my daughter a toy and stood over us. It was intimidating and inappropriate. As she would start eating, he would say, “you can’t have those fruit loops they are mine.” I tried ignoring him, the red flags continued. I called my mother to come down. He continued to only speak to my daughter and my mom immediately noticed his inappropriate behavior with her. I called my husband downstairs. The employee was trying to talk and “flirt” with my daughter from behind my husband. We got up to leave and he followed us to the coffee area still attempting to engage my daughter. These are serious allegations that we stand behind. This employee could cause harm to a child and cause you publicity you don’t want. For the safety of children going there in the future, please review this employee: check his background, watch his behaviors with children. As for the hotel, it was fine- under construction but the fire pit was lovely.

Nice hitel right of I-4 close to shopping and dining. Great frint desk receptionist who made our stay more enjoyable. Good hot breakfast. Only minor issue was the pool looked dirty and cloudy.

Super clean room, great breakfast, more than your standard chain hotel fare. Nice location, ez off and on I4 and several food options walking distance plus plenty more 5/10 min drive. Didnt use the pool, it looked clean though. Would definitely stay again.

Great place as far as cleanliness and location and price. Loved the firepit at night. Nice and quiet area, close to lots of things to do and shopping.

The place is very nice. The Breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent. It was quiet and I liked the window shade system. A vent fan would be a big help in the bath.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. The breakfast was always fresh and the menu changed daily.

My husband and I were there for 3 nights for visiting family. The first night the maid never came in the room.We were out all day came back to a not clean room. I called the front desk for clean towels they told me to come down and get them. So the 3 night stay they never came to clean our room. Also the shower was terrible. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast area was hot, like no air conditioning. I don’t think I will be going back to that hotel.

The hotel was very quiet and everyone was friendly, unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t very appealing, there was a good job there was an ihop close by.

i found this hampton to be sub par in comparison to a few other Hampton Inns i have visited. The quality of the bed and pillows was not good. The breakfast is too institutionalized - all pre packaged or generic food.. the coffee was not hot in the decanters....

Great breakfast!

Breakfast: The breakfast was ok but very limited. I did like that they had cold bottled milk. I didn’t eat breakfast but they had cereal, yogurt, eggs, biscuits, milk, oranges. Room: I’m short and weigh 120lbs and to me the towels were so small. I asked the housekeeper who had her cart with towels for one extra towel because it was three and she said to go to the front desk. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just hand me a towel. The shower curtain had a weird smell to it. The room smelled weird when we walked in It’s definitely and older hotel and the owners should look into upgrading some minor things Overall I slept ok but wouldn’t stay there again
