this place has the worst staff they were very rude after we made our reservation paid our deposit they had us leave did not give us a reason The night before they had taken my bank card for the deposit and then that day they did not want to take the same card because it was in a different name Even though my name is on the account.

We checked in on Thursday night and the night staff was awesome. Very courteous an accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another night however. The day team was not as accommodating. I booked my reservation online and went to front desk to pay the deposit hey wouldn’t take my card. I asked if I could use my husbands and they said no’ my husband talked to them and they said no’ Wjwn I came back Chelsey told me we could change our he reservation to my husband. He had already left for a job an wouldn’t be back for two hours. She called me an hour later and asked about the deposit and said we would have to leave. I reminded her that I had told her he would be two hours and that omly an hour had gone by but that o would Call him and get hier an update.. o Calle dyer back and said he was on his way and would be about 30 more minutes. I then received a call from another woman screaming and yelling at me and said I needed to leave the room. My belongings could stay but I had to leave the room. It didn’t make sense.i then asked if I could speak to the manager she told me she didn’t have her number.i said ok so when a customer has a problem you want them to call corporate? She said yes, so i did. My husband came thru took his deposit and then checked us in and then called our room and told us to leave.

Everything was great—the room was clean, and the pillows and bedding had a pleasant scent. An excellent hotel.
