The first thing I noticed when walking into the room was the smell and dampness in the air. The room smelled musty. The AC struggled to keep the room comfortable even set at 68 degrees. The refrigerator was propped up underneath the TV cabinet by a couple of wood blocks so when you open the door, it would tip forward and anything you had in the refrigerator would fall out. The faucet for the bathroom sink was loose and when you used it the faucet would move around the counter. Upon returning to the room, after leaving for a couple of hours, I noticed live roaches crawling around the room. Because it was only a two night stay and it was late when I arrived I sucked it up and stayed the night. The bed and pillows were horrible. The bed was extremely hard and sunken in on one side. The pillows were hard as a rock. Worst night sleep I have had at a hotel At that point I counted my loses and went elsewhere. Do not stay here. Pay extra for a higher quality hotel. Will not stay again or recommend to others.

This is the second time we have stayed at Super 8, and both times our experience has been absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this hotel 100%! Everything is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are always very clean, neat, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job making sure everything is taken care of. The breakfast area is also very clean and organized. There is always an employee there making sure the area stays clean, fully stocked, and that guests have everything they need. The front desk staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We have received excellent service during both of our stays. Overall, we have had a wonderful experience here and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the entire staff for the excellent service and for making our stays so pleasant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was clean and looked to have recently had minor renovations. New paint, fixtures, etc. The bedding and linens were all very clean and no odors other than faint bleach smell. There were no hidden "SURPRISE!" fees when checking in unlike when we were in Orlando. The air conditioning worked well, but the partial divider wall between the pull-out couch and bed hindered airflow. So it would be comfortable in the bed area and freezing in the couch area. A small fan would have corrected this but we didn't have one as we were traveling from out of state. We would stay there again without issue.

Everything was very very clean and we enjoyed our stay completely! Everything was very professional and clean the only thing that caught our eye were some cigarettes in our trash but other than that it was amazing!
