I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was never informed that guests had to be 21+ to book or check into the hotel. If that is such an important requirement, it should have been clearly stated before I made the reservation and showed up. I wasted my time and money making arrangements for a room that I ultimately couldn’t use because of a policy I was never made aware of. It’s incredibly frustrating to find this out after the fact, rather than being told upfront during the booking process. If there is an age requirement, it needs to be clearly communicated to customers before they book. I would not have made the reservation if I had known. Very frustrating experience, and I feel like this could have easily been avoided with better communication.

Loved our stay family of 5..very clean and an amazing staff. It had a full breakfast with fresh fruit oatmeal eggs anything you could want for breakfast and they continuously replenished it with fresh food delicious coffee I give it a excellent rating. We will definitely stay again in this place if we are ever in the area again in the Fort Myers area and it was just a wonderful stay and the staff was excellent in The breakfast staff was amazing..the head kitchen staff Hannah was delightful

Wonderful hotel and my kids loved the fish tank in the lobby. We only stayed two nights but we will definitely be staying here for future trips.
