Overall the stay was nice. I was disappointed that my room couldn't be changed as we were in a handicapped room. I didn't realize it when I booked it; I just saw it was a room with a king bed. When my husband asked about changing rooms, we were told the staff is not allowed to move people of an accessible room. I thought that was odd as we don't have any disability that required the room. I hope you will consider changing that if it is a policy. I left with a terrible backache that I believe could have been avoided.

We love this hotel. We use this as a safe stop on our long summer vacation every year. The area is safe and quiet. The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean and perfect for our family of 6. The tv is mounted and makes it easy to see from every sleeping location in the room. It’s also a huge plus that we can log into Netflix. You’d be surprised how many nicer hotels don’t even offer Netflix which can be hard to find something on the tv for children. The breakfast is one of the main reasons we use this as an overnight stop. They have so many healthy clean options (also hard to find in continental breakfasts). We will definitely be back.

Great hotel! Felt like it was a brand new built. The breakfast was excellent. We loved the waffle maker. The outdoor pool was nice and clean. I think it was a salt water pool instead of chlorine and the water felt great. The room was spacious. It was great to have a couch as an excellent bed option for one of our children. Highly recommend this hotel for families with children.
