Ice machine wasn’t working. Found dirty sock in room. No cups. Smelled like old cooking oil. Not enough lights outside. No parking in front of rooms. Total charge was 102. Because I had a pet and room wasn’t a third of that price.

We rented two rooms and in both rooms the floors were filthy. One room was missing a coffee pot and a microwave. The tub were also missing the stopper. One room, the toilet kept running. Would not like stay here again. Very friendly staff though.

Just not what we expect. The only thing that appealed to us was being able to have our 3 dogs. But we couldn’t find a good & convenient area to take them to relieve them selves. Always noisy and scared them. One other thing we did like is there was a handicap parking space right in front of our room. This was very convenient for my chair. Didn’t hate but didn’t love.

The room was ok but the beds had spots on the covers and pillows. The bathroom was very small and the fan didn't work so a hot shower really was like a sauna steam room, however we did get to take our pet and was only charged 20 each. The best Beach experience would be in Destin!!! About a 30 minute drive.

It was a laid back friendly hotel. It’s definitely a good deal for the money. They have a pool and coffee in mornings. It’s located on the strip locally to all beaches restaurants and night life. Free parking

Do NOT stay here. Non-smoking rooms smell awful, sheets are dirty and stained. The floor has not been cleaned, the staff is rude, our hot water did not work and our bathroom door did not even shut. Do not waste your money.

The lady at the front desk was very disrespectful the rooms smelled horrible the tubs was dirty we over slept n instead of her talking to us with respect she thought she was talking to her child she was toting around with her so words was exchanged I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay there that’s how bad of experience we had don’t go hear this is not the place atleast u won’t to b talked to like a child in feel like you living n the projects

Absolutely disgusting and horrendous! I wouldn\'t recommend this to an enemy. Yes, it was THAT bad. There was a leak coming out of the room. The mini-fridge was broken, smelled awful, and had black mold. There were stains all over the towels, sheets and comforters. There were dirt and bugs everywhere. The AC smelled. I had a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. It was just plain disgusting. I went back down less than an hour after check in because I couldn\'t do it. The smell. The dirt. The bugs. The stains. The strange leaking fluid. I told them I wanted a refund and I refused to finish my trip there. I did not get my refund and plan to fight that. I went to the Comfort Inn next door for a 10/10 experience. Even if you\'re like "I can handle it." DON\'T!!! It is just plain AWFUL!!!

The room was extremely outdated. The floor looked dirty, parts of the baseboards were coming off the wall in the bathroom. Very outdated furniture, and the dressers had a very musty smell to them. The front desk staff barely spoke to you and acted as if you were bothering them simply by being there

We were not excited when we arrived, just on looks. Good news, the beds were comfortable and the air worked really well. Even better there is a Slim Chickens next door. They have the best chicken and shakes. The staff was great! The hotel works great if you are busy.

Room was worn Out! Sink Cracked dirty! TV no remote! had to go down and get one..Folks yelling at 4:30am about no power. WIFI strong but could not get on it, used restaurant next door from the room. Won't be back..

The floors in the room were dirty and uneven. I felt like i was in a sad funhouse looking /walking on the floor. The bathtub leaked, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotted. The bedding looked clean, I'll give them that. The freezer part of the mini fridge was almost completely iced over. It was doable because we were extremely tired, but I do not recommend for an extended stay.

Terrible. Blankets had cogarrete burns. The room smelled like they've been using it exlusively for smoking. People arguing outside. Do NOT recommend. Had to leave 40 minutes after checking in because there was no way i was sleeping there.

I’m very upset about my stay with this hotel. I manage my own hotel and I would never treat my guest the way we were treated I traveled here all the way from Michigan. Not to mention I asked the front desk agent to please check my water as the hot water did not work we all went to the beach and gave front desk permission to go in and fix it while I was out I came back and we still had to take freezing cold showers not to mention the phone did not work in the room so I had to call front desk with my phone and no luck with anyone answering. A front desk agent told me she would make a call to get my room water checked out and I am very upset about stay I would never stay here again

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any rental hands down. Walked in the lobby and the front desk lady stared me up and down and said nothing. I stood in silence with her and eventually handed her my ID. She did not like that, and had me tell her my first and last name before finally taking my ID. Staff was sighing deliberately loud at every single thing she had to do for the check in process. Stared me down and laughed at me while I was trying to sign my documents, and I told her it was making me uncomfortable she yelled at me “WHY? Why does it make you uncomfortable?” She was also on the phone speaking Patois (I am of Jamaican descent and understood) about me directly in front of me. I told her I could understand her and she said “duh it’s not like I’m speaking Spanish!”. I left the lobby basically in tears. I had to come back for coins for the coin laundry on-site and she sighed and huffed and puffed about this as well, but her child came around the corner and looked at me and said “b*tch b*tch b*tch” and laughed. The staff member looked alarmed because the child had picked up on what their mother said about a guest. They put me in a smoking room when I booked nonsmoking, then moved me to another room that smelled only slightly less like smoke. On-site manager Shauna couldn’t care less when I let her know what happened the night prior. This was an overall horrific experience and ruined my trip to town.

Well we stayed for 3 night. the housekeepers Never came to the room to do a single cleaner no bed , no bathroom nathing !! The only thing they did was bring clean tower to the room!! The little lobby smell terrible when I ask the front desk why they didn’t clean the room she answed that they’re too busy for that!!!

The room was NOT as advertised, the head lady at the front desk was rude and arrogant, they didn't clean the room daily or bring clean towels!!! What kind of hotel does that!!! It was overpriced for services received or rendered!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! If i could give 0 stars, i would!!!😡

The room was NOT as advertised, the head lady at the front desk was rude and arrogant, they didn't clean the room daily or bring clean towels!!! What kind of hotel does that!!! It was overpriced for services received or rendered!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! If i could give 0 stars, i would!!!😡

Housekeeping knocked hard and fast on door and opened it before I could get to the door, they did this twice. They t was prior to 11am checkout. They were even told after asking us if we were leaving and we said not yet. They even knocked a third time. We even had opened the curtain so they could see our bags on bed to make it obvious. Men walking in on a woman alone is unacceptable anywhere at anytime.

The ladies at the front desk were professional and accommodating to our needs. Hotel is in a fantastic place in the middle of FWB….it was roomy, clean and located within walking distance to restaurants. Can’t go wrong staying here.

We booked 3 nights and it was made impossible to cancel the 3rd night. We switched rooms bc our original was so dirty. Refrigerator leaked. They wouldn't take our dirty towels at the front desk when we needed more. We were told to keep them in the room.

Upon arrival, the front desk attendee was curt and difficult to engage. The staff was distracted by their cell phone until prompted and responded with short comments. The hotel was far more unclean than presented by the photos and reviews. Ultimately we left the property and stayed elsewhere. Highly discourage making a reservation due to unprofessional staff and general misrepresentation of the hotel .

Staffs are not always at the front counter, cheap as it is they are understaffed. The sheets do not look like they’re washed at all, got dirty marks, hair, yellow & red & brown stains on the sheets and pillows. Had to dip after the first night there because of this, but they wouldn’t refund for the rest of the nights I booked even though I checked out early due to their lack of cleaniness. There’s also nearly any sound absorption on the walls and doors. If you could afford other places, DO NOT COME HERE!

We were not excited when we arrived, just on looks. Good news, the beds were comfortable and the air worked really well. Even better there is a Slim Chickens next door. They have the best chicken and shakes. The staff was great! The hotel works great if you are busy.

The TV turned off when I plugged up the lamp. I called the front desk and the guy said he wasn't an electrician so it should be fine. The lamp on the other side of the room turned off on its own. The bed felt like a sheet on boards and they squeaked every time we moved. I could not use my cpap it kept turning off. There was a roach. No hot water after our 1st showers. There is possibly a weak spot in the floor. The lady when I checked out was on her phone and did not even look at me. I will never stay there again.

You get what you pay for. The front desk staff was very rude towards us when we were trying to check out. I had an elderly handicap person with me and they were rushing us out of the room and it was only 11:05 AM staff kept knocking on the door before it was time for us to check out! They text our phones! One person would have walked in the room had we not have the lock on the door! The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty! We had to request clean linens. I think I’d rather sleep in my car than stay at that hotel again! But the pool looks nice.
