The room was clean and cold when we got there. Everything was availabile and was enough to last for our 2 day stay. There was a picnic table area and the pool was crystal clear but i wasn't there to swim. The staff was friendly and available.

Stayed one night for the Gatornationals. You could tell it had a little age on the place but seemed to be updated and well kept. Had a Security guard at night watching vehicles. Id stay there again.

We required a prompt accommodation option, and the property was available. While the rooms showed signs of needing some updates, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The bed was somewhat firm, and the pillows were rather unyielding and could benefit from replacement. The staff, however, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is worth noting that breakfast was not included in our stay, and the room rate was slightly higher than our preference. Nevertheless, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Walkways worn and need upgrading. Bathroom was upgraded and if bathroom door was replaced it would have been better. Man at desk at checkin could have been more friendly. iHOP very close across the street!

The refrigerator was awesome, for an in-room frig. There actually was a separate freezer compartment and freezer door above the frig, and the freezer actually kept our freezer blocks frozen. The room had a funny smell when we first arrived, but we just dropped our bags, when returning that night about 11 PM and finding dead cockroaches in the room I realize the smell was from bug spray. My son refused to stay there. He ended up going back to my daughter’s apartment and sleeping on the floor because of being creeped out by roaches in the room. Upon telling the hotel they told me sorry hopefully it would be better next time. Next time? You kidding

I booked this very budget hotel as a stopover on a longer road trip knowing I didnt want to spend a lot of money. The main issue I had with the property was that the room was not kept air conditioned until I checked in, so that upon entering it was very hot and musty smelling. I asked to change rooms, but got the idea that this was just standard practice. Luckily, by the time I got back from grabbing something to eat, the room was cooled down and the desk clerk had sprayed some kind of freshener. Other than this, the room was clean, the linens a bit sparse, but serviceable.

If you are someone who needs Coffee in the morning the Keurig in Room was perfect, the coffee Pods were actually pretty good coffee.. Would stay again..

When I checked into the hotel it was slow and once I tried my key it did not work. My room had a foul smell to it. And every day I had to get my key re aligned. I would never recommend or stay in this again.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Walkways worn and need upgrading. Bathroom was upgraded and if bathroom door was replaced it would have been better. Man at desk at checkin could have been more friendly. iHOP very close across the street!

The property is clean inside and around the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re headed to UF, it’s 5 minutes away, really convenient. If you’re looking for a good dinner spot - Seoul Pocha is great right next door. So, overall a great experience.

Room was very clean and updated, very quiet evening no issues. Bed was Comfortable. They do not offer Breakfast however there is an IHOP across the street. If you are someone who needs Coffee in the morning the Keurig in Room was perfect, the coffee Pods were actually pretty good coffee.. Would stay again..

We required a prompt accommodation option, and the property was available. While the rooms showed signs of needing some updates, the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The bed was somewhat firm, and the pillows were rather unyielding and could benefit from replacement. The staff, however, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is worth noting that breakfast was not included in our stay, and the room rate was slightly higher than our preference. Nevertheless, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Clean, and quiet. Great affordable spot to sleep for attending a competition at the Alchua Sports Complex (10 min drive away). Handful of fast food restaurants and IHOP nearby. This is not a “high-dollar hotel” but is a good, no frills, place to lay your head. The staff was professional/friendly, room was clean and not in disrepair though it is an older facility. Gator in is a reasonable hotel, loved the bars and rails in the shower area, bed was comfortable. It would be good if the curtains could totally cover the window so there was less light coming in at night. It also would be beneficial if there could be a bathtub that was less slipery. We put a towel on the bottom of the bathtub so we would not slip. Over all it was a very good stay!

As stated previously stated the only issue is the water pressure but it's adequate. All the staff was very pleasant from the start of the stay to the end of the stay.
