I have requested that G6 Hospitalities, the parent company of this specific Motel 6 property have their employees retrained on appropriate customer interactions, and issue a written apology to my family and I, for what I believe to have been very disrespectful terminology used when addressing a customer without going into further detail. The room was filthy, and full of dirty towels upon first entry. The bathroom was nasty, with many cracks. There air conditioning was not working. I was verbally and physically threatened by a Motel 6 employee.

Definitely not the worst hotel ive been too, but with no security or staff to enforce rules there is a lot of trouble and creeps near your door. You hear sirens anytime a emergency vehicles exits the highway on newberry road. The air conditioner in my room didnt work very well it didjt get cold for the first 2 nights. Started cooling down on the 3rd day. If your on the 2nd floor you will probably have a lengthy walk due to the stairs being a good ways from a lot of the 2nd story rooms. The staff was very straight forward no issues with them at all check in was easy and they tried to allow me early check in howverr the room wasnt clean yet.

We booked three rooms for a concert weekend and unfortunately did not end up staying at this property. Upon entering the rooms, we found bugs present, strong smoke odors, stained bedding, and overall unsanitary conditions, including hair left in one of the sinks. We immediately returned to the front desk, returned the room keys, and informed staff that we would not be staying overnight. The most frustrating part of the experience was the difficulty resolving the refund afterward. Expedia ultimately assisted us, but the process was much more stressful than it should have been. I understand this is a budget motel and was not expecting luxury accommodations, but I did expect basic cleanliness and a usable room.
