It is not a high end hotel but it was very pleasant for what it is. Front desk personnel very pleasant, room was comfortable. Breakfast was meh but again it was not a high end place. The pool was clean. I would stay again if in the area as it’s fine for being a relatively remote area

We booked the hotel because it said to have a heated pool but when we checked in the front desk notified us as we were getting our keys that the pool was unavailable and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Imagine my children’s disappointment. We traveled with an infant and was told the hotel could accommodate with a crib for the baby. They only had 2 pack and plays, both that were stained moldy and smelled and one even had garbage still in it. They then told us, oh sorry we really should get new ones and went about their business. The breakfast attendant was rude and overall just a thoroughly disappointing experience.

Everything about this property was nice. The breakfast was always really nice as well with numerous hot and cold options for my family. However, the lone issue we had was that there weren't towels near the pool. There was a bin for towels, but none were present while we were there. Therefore, once we got out of the pool we had to walk through the hotel while still soaked.

A/C flooded our room in middle of the night, fridge didn't work and they over charged me . Pool wasn't open and breakfast well........ It could have been better. Would not recommend unless you have no other options

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting a local manatee swim spot. The staff was extra helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The pool area was really fun for my family of 4. Best of all it was very quiet!

Where to start? Absolutely horrible place. Imagine a crappy motel in a third world country, and this is it. Even before entering the hotel, debris outside, then entry mats in the foyer filthy and unvacuumed, foyer floor horribly dirty. Young guy at desk, seated behind desk with phone like he was trying to hide, was rude and arrogant, and declared he was the owner. I think he’s the owner’s spoiled kid. The room was filthy, shoes stuck to the floor as you walked, bathroom was disgustingly dirty, the bed was a rock-hard and cheap mattress. Bathroom door was rotten from water, and poorly filled with wood putty. On and on…. There was so much wrong with this place. Expedia should be ashamed their website allowed such heavily doctored hotel and room photos were allowed to be posted.

This property could be very nice but from the mattress being very uncomfortable to the comforter having blood on it that hadnt been washed before our stay. The bathroom was gross to say the least it had blood or vomit on the wall our toilet had urine on the lid of the toilet when we arrived. No maintenance on site to help with a clogged toilet. Back door was always open and never had to use my room key. Also lamp shade is room had dust bunnies on them. This place was not up to par with other Choice hotels I've stayed in.

The room was nasty. There was want appeared to be dried throw-up on the floor. The floor was dirty and sticky. All the surfaces were dirty, dusty and sticky. There was dried substances thrown on the walls. It looked as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

The room and common areas were clean. Linens were provided daily and room was cleaned appropriately each day. The only negative is that we experienced strong cooking smells from nearby room late at night and also could hear nearby guests talking around 2:30 am.

I don't like pet friendly hotels. My room had an awful smell. The cleaning staff do not clean the floors after each guest. Your company should check the bathrooms periodically. My bathroom had some kind of mold in the shower ceiling.

Room was disgustingly dirty. Shower was filthy. Ice and drink machines broken. Could not enter or exit hotel without having to walk through employees cigarette smoke. NOT a satisfied customer!!!

The place is very dirty and not maintained. Our sink was clogged and the worker could not unblock. He said they were sold-out and we could not change rooms. After he could not fix the sink he gave us another room. Both room's floors were so dirty and sticky that my wife had to wear socks. both her socks and my bare feet were then dirty and sticky. On top of that, we paid twice the normal rate because other hotels were booked. I will not recommend this hotel to my enemy. We feel sorry for the worker, who was still working 10 hours later in the morning. This is the worst Quality Inn we have every stayed...and it's all the managers fault. Do not stay here!

Checked in and went to our room and discovered there were people still in the room. The A/C and dehumidifier units in the room we ended up in were extremely noisy. So much so that the only way to get some sleep was to turn off the dehumidifier and turn up the temp on the A/C control so it would shut down. Was able to get some sleep but then woke up to warm and stuffy conditions so turned units back on for awhile to cool room down. The turned off again and fell asleep. Had to clean bathroom wall by the sink as there was a brown substance (feces?)on it. Used a washcloth and some soap.

First impression was not good. Stood at the desk for almost 5 minutes before we we're noticed by someone mopping the lounge floor. He called someone from the back that came out. No greetings other than what is your name. That evening we went to take a shower and had no hot water. My husband went down to the desk and was told to run the water for 3 or 4 minutes than we should have hot water. The bed was hard and worn. Breakfast was terrible. We we're there for a funeral and was too worn down to check out and find another hotel so toughed it out for two nights. I don't believe we would go back.

Toilet ran all night. Air conditioning leaked a foot ft the wall. Bathroom door doesn’t shut. Musty smell. Told front desk of issues and didn’t get the feeling anything would be corrected. Our friends also got a room and air conditioner leaking must be a standard to walk in puddles. Breakfast there was a variety. Hard boiled eggs rubbery, coffee creamer old. Had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels for a variety. Lots of towels was nice. Bed was comfy.

We stayed here in-between moving and the stay was nice. The man at the front desk was nice and accommodating. room was big. Surrounding area seemed nice. Had no issues with accommodating a dog

From the time my wife amd I arrived to our departure ALL, ALL, ALL staff were gracious, helpful, caring, and dedicated to their tasks. We will definitely be returning again as well as recommending others. It was a prior customer that recommended this wonderful place, and we are most thankful for that recommendation and being guests.

The location of this property was very convenient to businesses and shopping in this area. It was very clean and it appeared to have been recently renovated. We had a great experience overall. The only negative was the internet service was spotty at best.

The location of this property was very convenient to businesses and shopping in this area. It was very clean and it appeared to have been recently renovated. We had a great experience overall. The only negative was the internet service was spotty at best.

The location was easy to get to and conveniently near where I had to visit while in Florida. I would say the only negative item I would point out is that I did drive by it my first night in and almost drove by it the second day returning to the hotel.

The place is a bit worn out but fine for the time being. Pool area was nice. Place was okay clean but not more than that. Very friendly staff. Great location if you're going to crystal river.

The bed was very hard, people in the next room had kids raising cane, up and down the hall. Slamming doors, until 2:00 am. Breakfast Bar was not good to say the least. I dont drink coffee, but my wife does, and is not picky, but she said it was not fresh or good. will not stay there again.

We have stayed there before, the hotel is a vastly improved. Staff was nice and attractive. Not much in the area, but very safe. The breakfast was horrible. Tasted like low quality prepackaged food.

Toilet ran all night. Air conditioning leaked a foot ft the wall. Bathroom door doesn’t shut. Musty smell. Told front desk of issues and didn’t get the feeling anything would be corrected. Our friends also got a room and air conditioner leaking must be a standard to walk in puddles. Breakfast there was a variety. Hard boiled eggs rubbery, coffee creamer old. Had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels for a variety. Lots of towels was nice. Bed was comfy.

As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit in the face by the stench of cigarette smoke. Then we found black mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the handicap bar in the shower. The vent fan didn't work and water barely came out of the shower head. We told the owner and his response was that's due to the humidity.

We have stayed here numerous times. This was by far the worst. The room needs a lot of work. The tub was nasty and it was covered up by a no slip mat. Absolutely NO WATER PRESSURE in the shower head. It needs cleaned or replaced. There was no soap for the shower. We had to empty a room dehumidifier 3 times a day. However the staff was courteous and friendly.

Pool had bugs in it and the shower was broken and leaked all over the floor. Not only did the shower spray everywhere the room held so much moisture. There was a dehumidifier in the room but it would fill up within a hour, we shouldn’t be paying to stay somewhere we have to do work

My stay was overall fine. I stayed for one night while helping my father get settled at home after a very long hospital stay. I had a room under my reservation, while my sister and her two young children had a separate reservation. At check-in, we specifically asked if our rooms could be close to one another or next to each other. There was a man standing directly behind us in line when we checked in. The staff member assisting us loudly stated the two closest available room numbers to us. I immediately indicated that this was fine, but throughout the remainder of the check-in process, the room numbers were stated loudly and repeated multiple times within earshot of the other guest. Although nothing ultimately happened, I found this very concerning from a safety and privacy standpoint. I was staying alone in my room, while my sister was staying with two young children. Publicly announcing our room numbers multiple times in a crowded lobby meant that anyone standing nearby could easily hear where we would be staying. I understand that this may not have been intentional, and fortunately there was no incident. However, hotel staff should be mindful of protecting guests’ privacy and safety by avoiding loudly stating room numbers in front of other guests. A simple gesture, written information, or quietly communicating the room numbers would have avoided the concern entirely.
