Our family of four stayed at The Fold for 3 days/2 nights. Our stay was lovely, the ladies in the office were attentive and helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The apartment was clean and fully stocked, and check-in/check-out were both easy peasy. The reviews about proximity to the beach are very accurate...beach access is literally across the road from the property. I was most impressed by the level of detail in insuring we had a great time. We were able to rent beach gear (a wagon, cooler, chairs, and umbrella) for a small fee and they prepared a sheet of things to do nearby from restaurants to places to see. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the dock on the inter coastal. We saw lots of birds and dolphins each day. It was great having staff assist with the grill.

Property very clean, employees are very professional, plenty of space in my room. You can hang by pool or just chill out on back deck. Firepit at nite was nice also. One thing they need to add is a shower bar(something to hold on while showering)…other then that i would book at legacy again.

Had a 2 night stay (wished we had booked for longer). Very clean rooms. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Location of property was ideal. A short walk to the beautiful beach . Swimming pool and hot tub located at the front of the property. Dock area was also nice with bbq available for use. Would love to return.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Free covered parking. Quiet and very good location. Beach is across the street. Can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on site. Back of resort faces Bay Area where there is a nice quiet area to sit,barbecue or sit by fire pit. Rooms are very clean and adequately stocked. Would have liked to have had more coffee filters to make coffee but not a big deal. Staff does not come into room to clean or change sheets etc. . Perfect place for a nice quiet vacation. Lots of local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Very clean. Felt like we were the first ones staying in our room. Basically a fully furnished kitchen with all of the essentials if you’re in the mood to eat in. Pool area super clean. BBQ area kept very tidy as well. Will be back!

The rooms are very modern, comfortable, and clean. The pool and spa are nice. The pool was very enjoyable, it felt like bath water. The staff is friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach, walkable area to several restaurants.

Hotel was amazing. The only complaint is the pool water was always very hot. Like bathwater hot. Otherwise our stay was perfect! Comfy beds, ice cold ac, spacious! Loved the location as well.

This was a nice place, our room was clean and roomy. The hotel has a dock out back where we relaxed after dinner and watched the boats. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Floor was wet last 2 days of 6 day stay. No solution found so we wore sandals in room. No rate reduction for Christmas. Will not return.

Stayed at Legacy for 6 nights 10th >16th Sept 23. This place is fantastic, the late check in welcome and all the staff were very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Free parking underneath with plenty of spaces, lift up to the two accommodation floors. We had a 1 bed apartment, huge and very clean, the bed was the most comfortable ever. All the convenience needed in the kitchen, and bathroom was spot on with lots of towels. Huge TV with lots of channels. The deck at the back was brilliant. BBQ, easy seating area. Out to the boat dock on the inland waterway, caught site of the dolphins early mornings. Bought a small dock rod and spent a few afternoon hours catching and feeding the big blue bird. (and throwing most of them back in) Watching the sun come up was amazing in the morning. Pool area clean, lots of sunbeds. The area is really safe and spotlessly clean everywhere. Out front 2 mins left is a small shop with all the essentials you need, open till 10pm, 2 more mins across the road to the beach, don't miss this, clean and the sea was so warm. We watched the sun go down a few evenings, mesmerising. Right out front 2 mins was the Dog & Parrott Pub, cold draft beers, hot food and the staff were great. Drive up/down the coastal road and its full of restaurants, shops and beaches. Don't miss Johns Pass. Legacy is a great place to stay and we will hopefully be back again one day (for lots of days). Highly recommended to anyone. Well done Legacy and all its staff.

Love the location and look of the place. Walls are thin, hear a lot of furniture moving and ppl talking. Our feet and baby's socks from crawling were black. Floor not as clean as it looked. Everything else was good.

We LOVED our stay at Legacy Vacation Resorts. The attention to detail from staff made our stay a wonderful place to rest. We were greeted by friendly, professional staff and felt welcomed and valued guests. It's a comfortable apartment-hotel near the beach, with access to free parking and an elevator to access your room. Our room was huge! We were in a 2-bedrooms condo with both rooms having a private balcony. Living room is spacious, with a smart TV (also available in each bedrooms) a full kitchen with a dining area with all the amenities you need to prepare meals. Both bedrooms have connecting bathroom and everything is provided: shower soap/shampoo/conditioner/towels/etc. and the beds was amazingly comfortable. Bottom line, this place is immaculately on point from location, to the reception desk to the rooms! We would definitely stay there again and recommended it to all our friends and family. There is no reason to look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Size of the room was great. Wish there had been beach chairs for all rather than finding out we had go somewhere to rent. The trolley was convenient for additional restaurants. If you don't have a vehicle, grocery and liquor is limited.

We will be staying again. Many positives. But a couple negatives. The pillows are paper thin. I stacked 4 to have a volume of a single pillow at home. Second is my room smelt like syrup. Took some getting used to.

We did not receive a VIP upgrade. Manager called to say they were sold out. We asked for a quiet room but ended up on the first floor with noisy people overhead and had to listen to an industrial clothes dryer while on our balcony.

We loved our stay at Legacy Vacation Resorts! Clean rooms, friendly staff and easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were never crowded! Love that they give you beach towels to use. They started and cleaned the grill for us. Beautiful and clean property. We will be back!

Wonderful customer service! I’ve never stayed in a place with such great customer service. The dishwasher in my room broke, as a single mother of a 8 month old I didn’t want to wash bottles, the staff washed bottles my son bottles for me! They helped me up and down the stairs with my luggage and made sure my son and I were safe and comfortable! My room was beautiful, super clean and fully stocked! It’s a bit pricey, also I’m a cheap person but id definitely pay for this again! I believe the ladies that helped me was Donna and McKenzie.

This place is wonderful and we will return! They were there whatever we needed. When we came there we were upset over a bad experience at the previous resort that we had to pack up and leave due to broken AC and bugs and were afraid to try another but they were a life saver cause we could enjoy the rest of our vacation and relax! Enjoyed the bike rental,clean place, played pool at the rec room. Beach is across street, all you need in the kitchenette also, nice full size kitchen, i could go on and on, just go there you wont be disappointed at all!
This place is wonderful and we will return! They were there whatever we needed. When we came there we were upset over a bad experience at the previous resort that we had to pack up and leave due to broken AC and bugs and were afraid to try another but they were a life saver cause we could enjoy the rest of our vacation and relax! Enjoyed the bike rental,clean place, played pool at the rec room. Beach is across street, all you need in the kitchenette also, nice full size kitchen, i could go on and on, just go there you wont be disappointed at all!

Our family of four stayed at The Fold for 3 days/2 nights. Our stay was lovely, the ladies in the office were attentive and helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The apartment was clean and fully stocked, and check-in/check-out were both easy peasy. The reviews about proximity to the beach are very accurate...beach access is literally across the road from the property. I was most impressed by the level of detail in insuring we had a great time. We were able to rent beach gear (a wagon, cooler, chairs, and umbrella) for a small fee and they prepared a sheet of things to do nearby from restaurants to places to see. We will definitely stay here again.

This a fabulous stay The property is superbly located on the gulf coast beeches and a 4 min walk to Indian shores beach The accommodation was large and very clean and everything felt new. Kitchen was great and bed very comfy. Everything quiet but the water. A free bbq to use which was spotless. Bikes to hire elec charging Everything you need And the staff were brilliant. Donna and her team were really helpful and friendly and this made everything stress free and pleasurable. Definitely coming back

We loved our stay at this Legacy resort! The property is very well maintained and the staff is well-informed. Due to flight issues we arrived 3 hours and they were ready and waiting and ironed out a late change to our reservation. The location is away from the hubub of Clearwater Beach but you have access to the trolley just steps from the driveway both north and south. There are lots of dining options nearby including the Dog and Parrot & the Salt Rock.

This property was amazing! It was like having your own little apartment next to the water. Beach across the street, local restaurants and shopping within walking distance, all while remaining quiet and safe at night. Very comfortable and clean as well. Will be booking again on my next trip

We loved our stay at Legacy Vacation Resorts! Clean rooms, friendly staff and easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were never crowded! Love that they give you beach towels to use. They started and cleaned the grill for us. Beautiful and clean property. We will be back!

We LOVED our stay at Legacy Vacation Resorts. The attention to detail from staff made our stay a wonderful place to rest. We were greeted by friendly, professional staff and felt welcomed and valued guests. It's a comfortable apartment-hotel near the beach, with access to free parking and an elevator to access your room. Our room was huge! We were in a 2-bedrooms condo with both rooms having a private balcony. Living room is spacious, with a smart TV (also available in each bedrooms) a full kitchen with a dining area with all the amenities you need to prepare meals. Both bedrooms have connecting bathroom and everything is provided: shower soap/shampoo/conditioner/towels/etc. and the beds was amazingly comfortable. Bottom line, this place is immaculately on point from location, to the reception desk to the rooms! We would definitely stay there again and recommended it to all our friends and family. There is no reason to look elsewhere for a place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff really friendly. They bent over backwards when it came to using their grills. The set me up with utensils, started it (gas), shut it down when I was finished, and even cleaned the utensils. The only annoyance was the weak water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink. I’d definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Free covered parking. Quiet and very good location. Beach is across the street. Can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on site. Back of resort faces Bay Area where there is a nice quiet area to sit,barbecue or sit by fire pit. Rooms are very clean and adequately stocked. Would have liked to have had more coffee filters to make coffee but not a big deal. Staff does not come into room to clean or change sheets etc. . Perfect place for a nice quiet vacation. Lots of local restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Very clean. Felt like we were the first ones staying in our room. Basically a fully furnished kitchen with all of the essentials if you’re in the mood to eat in. Pool area super clean. BBQ area kept very tidy as well. Will be back!

Beautiful resort maintained to perfection with a very short walk to the beach, with mple space for a family of four. The staff was super responsive to our needs. The only thing was that there were no spices available to cook. Usually there will be spices that previous tenants have left behind such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc.

Property was clean and spacious for two. Mini refrigerator was too cold and froze my fruits and yogurt. It was set on cold, not even coldest setting. It was a bit disappointing, but did not make or break my visit.

We loved everything about our stay, from the welcome friendly early check in we were offered to the clean and spacious accommodation. It was a the perfect place to stay and wind down after spending a hectic week at the Orlando theme parks. The staff we the perfect hosts, I’ve spent the majority of my career in customer service and appreciate the importance and the difference a friendly team of staff can make to a customer. The only thing that we would like to have seen was a more comfortable mattress, the one we had did have a dip, apart from that we felt lucky to have found a gem of a place to stay on the Gulf and would love to come back again.

Loved the location, right on inter coastal waterway with docks and one short walk to beach. The housekeeping rooms are large with beautiful views of the water. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Plenty to keep you entertained. Many restaurants nearby. Will return

Perfect except after telling them twice I did not want to donate money to offset my "carbon footprint" they added it to my bill anyway. I had to go to great leagths to have it taken off.
