The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. We were disappointed that there was no happy hour at the resort. Also, since this is a beach resort and does charge a significant resort fee, the beach chairs and umbrellas should be included for guests.

Wonderful Oceanfront location. Room was as described. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access to beach. Pool area was relaxing. Breakfast options were perfect so we didn't have to leave the property. Plan to stay the next time I'm in Jensen Beach.

This is a great property! Well maintained, pool area was amazing and the rooms were great! We had an enjoyable time wading in the pool and jumping waves in the ocean. Ocean is accessible through the property.

We recently had a staycation at The Lucie. Steve helped us to feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door. Our room was spacious and we had a great view of the beach. The pool area was well maintained. Being able to walk to several restaurants was so convenient. We ate at Kyle G’s and Nonna’s and both were nice spots. Food on property was also good. The only thing hotel was lacking for us was umbrellas by the pool, but it seems like maybe they are being replaced soon? Hopefully because there aren’t many areas of shade by the pool. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if the pool was open, but it wasn’t due to construction, but that won’t stop me from going back!! The place is paradise!!

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights especially the views from the oceanfront balcony. The room was very clean and on the smaller side but perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the pool and easy beach access as well as the friendly staff. My only complaint was the resort fee being a daily charge - I understood there was a fee but not a daily fee until after I checked in. I appreciate the amenities it is said to cover but feel it was excessive for this small property.

I really enjoyed my stay at the lucie, we booked the king ocean balcony view. We stayed on the 7th floor the room was very clean and bright. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Our balcony was very sturdy and clean I loved the see through glass. The beach was super clean. Only thing was I wish they provided beach chairs that you didn’t have to pay for. Parking was easy and very cheap. Great restaurants I. The area. Hotel staff was very friendly and outgoing would definitely return

This used to be a Hilton I think. We stayed in a room with balcony over looking the parking lot with a view of the ICW. Room is comfortable, quiet and clean. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom could be better. As far as the hotel itself, the only bar is out by the pool… rather uncomfortable in the cold. Also advertise a restaurant but it’s more of a breakfast snack bar. There are other resorts near that offer a real bar and restaurant. Given this is the off season I felt the pricing ($180/nt) is a bit high for this offering. Other bonus is the fitness room is all Peloton. The pool is heated. No indoor pool or spa. Staff has stated that there are changes in the works.

The umbrella stand is NOT run by the hotel, and at 4 PM they shut and you are done for the day-even if you want to stay. Forget about beach drinks or lunch- NO SERVICE on the beach. After staying in Lido Beach at another Opal, this was a big disappointment.

The hotel and view of the ocean was beautiful! The maid service sub par. Was there for 5 nights. Brought us towels 1x and changed bed 1x. Had to go in search of toilet paper when we ran out.

The resort is pet friendly which is great but it's filthy, lobby couches have fleas, and beds have bed bugs. Not sure it is worth the money you will spend. In all fairness, the staff is friendly and polite and the property itself is convenient. You will love the access to the beach. And if you are seeking a quiet safe area Jenson beach/Hutchinson Island is where you will want to visit.

I was able to check in at 11am instead of 4pm which was really nice. Only complaint is Room service didn’t knock and just walked in my room as I was getting dressed, there was also a bunch of hair in our shower. Other than that, the rooms are very nice as well as the lobby.

This is a wonderful property. It is evident that they owners care about maintaining the grounds and property. During our stay, the staff members were constantly straightening pool chairs, cleaning off tables, and assisting patrons. The hotel desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and housekeeping was exceptional. Highly recommend.

The personal at the front desk are very nice. They offer a paper with several restaurants in the area. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the pillows were terrible. They had very little support to the. The bathroom was nice. It could use more than one hook to hang towels. It also could use a little more deep cleaning in the corners of the flooring. They have a very nice Pool and Groto (hot tub). Lots of seating around the pool with towels right there to use. Just steps away, is the walkway to the beach. There is a foot sprayer there, as well as near the pool, to rid of sandy feet. The beach is dog friendly (on leash!). We found some nice shells there in May. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has an excellent location, the room was nicely decorated and clean but having a pedestal sink meant there wasn’t any counter space. The common areas looked tired though. We were just there for a night and the bed was comfortable as well.

Nice place to stay very clean and it has plenty of parking. My complaint was the refrigerator wasn’t working we had it at the highest setting and everything was still warm . Didn’t say anything to staff being we were staying for two days. The other thing was the air conditioner it so loud especially when you are trying to sleep the unit is in the room so could imagine. It would bang every time it went off🙄😠

The stay was nice except out mattress was worn out. We spoke with staff after first night about the mattress and she just said they were all fairly new and the same. On check out, we mentioned again and this person was helpful and said she would get someone up there to check it out. The view was wonderful over water.

I was a little disappointed that my sunset view room didn't have a view at all. The peak of the roof was blocking my view. That was the only issue I experienced. Everything else about my stay was great!

Stay was okay. Got in very late 2 am due to delayed flights into FLL. Ended up with a so-so room with a view of the parking lot. Was expecting ocean view but was told none were available at that time. Was too tired to argue about it. The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy and rattled every time it kicked on and off. Not great when trying to sleep. Bed was okay and room was clean. Easy access to the beach, but chairs and umbrellas have steep rental costs. Not included in the resort fee. Cheaper to go buy one and just give it to a local when done. The tiki bar was fun, drinks are okay but pricey for the amount you get. Coffee shop was terrible. We got breakfast on day one and it took about 40 minutes for a breakfast sandwich for some reason. The coffees are made with a Nespresso machine so don't expect coffee shop quality. Only coffee shop prices. Coffee shop didn't seem to be very busy the entire stay so I'm guessing it wasn't a one off experience. The resort fee of > $35 seemed high and covers nothing most regular vacationing guests would use aside from parking. Maybe towels I suppose. However, the beech access is nice and easy to get to so there is that. It's a relatively short drive to Stuart for fun times and great food. I'd probably look for other options before staying here again though. Just my opinions.

However, the beech access is nice and easy to get to so there is that. It's a relatively short drive to Stuart for fun times and great food. I'd probably look for other options before staying here again though. Just my opinions.

Everything about our stay was flawless from reservation to checkout. Hotel was clean, nicely updated, good location. Prior reviews noted ability to open slider door for ocean breeze but door was secured closed/unmovable. Otherwise room was comfortable, clean, well-stocked (coffee, tea, etc; microwave, refrigerator), nice amenities; bathroom little on small side but no problem. The property was very nice and clean. The beach access was great and the room looks just like the pictures. However, the staff were rude and spoke in a way that if you asked anything or weren’t paying fast enough, it was a hindrance to them. Or brining an issue to their attention that there’s 20 or so kids running around the hotel and riding the elevators so that you can’t get from floor to floor, we were told “I’m not a babysitter” kind of ruins the experience.

The hotel was beautiful, on the ocean, very nice room, pool and hottub were clean and enjoyable. I would recommend the service to be improved. We arrived after a very long drive and no one offered to help me with the luggage cart. There was little to no service for that specifically. Overall I loved the area and would return for sure.

Steve checked us in and it was amazing! He started the trip off perfectly! I’ve never felt so welcomed at a resort in my entire life! The rest of the staff was also wonderful. They did seem a little understaffed, which after talking to them they were. They all did their best and very accommodating to all of our needs. This area of Florida was the best area I have been in. The restaurants were very close and the variety was amazing. Steve recommended a lot of restaurants and gave his personal view of each. He wasn’t wrong. I had some of the best dishes I’ve ever been had At every restaurant we went to. A must stop is Jan’s bakery In Jensen Beach.

Joey at the front desk was amazing! He was very welcoming and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was clean and comfortable. (Tiki bar could use an extra server. ) I was disappointed that we had to rent lounge chairs to sit on the beach.

It's hard to beat falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves, but the best part of The Lucie was the customer service! The staff went out of their way to make our stay effortless, even when I had an unusual issue - they dealt with it like pros! can't wait to go back.

We absolutely loved The Lucie! It is a small boutique-style hotel on the beach with a lovely pool and tiki bar for lunch. Steve greeted us warmly at check in and treated us to glasses of champagne and fresh baked cookies! Wish we could have stayed longer!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at the Lucie! All the staff, especially Steve at the front desk, was SO friendly and nice! The check in process was smooth and quick, and Steve gave a complimentary glass of champagne. The room was gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we've slept on at a hotel! The pool area was very relaxing, and they have a nice poolside bar with food, and the use of towels for the beach and pool. I will say, the only negative I have is that they charge for beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, despite paying a daily resort fee. We brought our own from home, but it would of been nice to not have to pack all that. Other than that small thing, we will absolutely be back! Just love Jensen Beach, it's such a quiet and relaxing beach town!

We loved our stay at The Lucie. It was located right on the ocean with many amenities! The cafe had great lattes and breakfast food. I loved the breakfast burrito. The tiki bar was staffed by amazing bartenders who were very friendly! The pool was often shaded by the building but having the option to walk to the ocean was just what I needed. Our room was clean and the staff always had it tidy by noon. We never heard noise from other rooms aside from when people were opening and closing their balcony doors. We walked to The Magic Oyster across the street for dinner. The crosswalk made it safe to do so across the 4 lane road. This is a fantastic location and I look forward to another stay.

Everything you’d want for a chill beachfront vacation. A beautiful long beach, a couple local walking distance restaurants, and a pool. An ocean view room for listening to the ocean waves or seeing the sunrise is a treat.

We recently had a staycation at The Lucie. Steve helped us to feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door. Our room was spacious and we had a great view of the beach. The pool area was well maintained. Being able to walk to several restaurants was so convenient. We ate at Kyle G’s and Nonna’s and both were nice spots. Food on property was also good. The only thing hotel was lacking for us was umbrellas by the pool, but it seems like maybe they are being replaced soon? Hopefully because there aren’t many areas of shade by the pool. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

The bartender was very rude, she said she was “overwhelmed” and just seemed legitimately annoyed we were there ordering drinks. That was the most frustrating part of the trip. The pool was warm, hot tub was beautiful except you can’t use it after dark which was a bummer as well. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants which was great.

Our room was very nice except the fact that they were sugar ants everywhere. Also, the lock on the balcony door did not close properly. And the morning we arrived and went to the beach there was weed whacking and leaf blowers going for at least two hours, which was very annoying and LOUD. I ALSO THINK AN OPAL COLLECTION HOTEL SHOULD PROVIDE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS. ON THE BEACH FOR FREE.
