Sinks and shower handles are swapped, meaning when you turn the handle to Hot, we got cold eater and vice versa. Internet did not work for the FireTV that was placed in our room, and room service showed up the last day we were leaving. we needed our garbage take out days ago which i did myself

The property has seen much better days, the resort is an absolute joke. A 10x15 swimming pool is Not a resort, the clientele and area looks straight out of Skid row.

The shower had holes in the floor and with a crap fix job. The door didnt latch unless u lift the door. The ceiling is popcorn and some of it fell on my head and they didnt want to do really anything for that happening to me and the ac leaks into the room and causes a huge puddle of water. And yhe floor was so dirty me and my wife walked around for like 10 min and our feet were black with dirty ao we went and bought a mop to clean it and after mopping 3 times the floor was still dirty. And the pool seemed ok until you really look in the pool and it definitely need to be cleaned.

Amazing staff , pool was great . The facilities were clean but could use some maintenance .

The place isn’t the best, but they need to me more clean when it comes to the rooms. I guess you get what you pay for. Pool chairs were super rusty time to get some new ones, pool was ok. Rooms are spacious, but like I mentioned perhaps try repainting the bathroom and cleaning and dusting things off.

Our room was right next to a bar that played music loudly all night. It wasn't too much of a bother for us, but be prepared for that if it's something you might find impossible to sleep through. The bathroom in our hotel unit was a bit shabby with an awkward patch in the bottom of the shower that felt thin and ready to crack. We were only there to sleep and shower, though, so our room did what it needed to do, and the price we got was really good so the convenient cost trumps the minor awkwardness and condition of the room. I'd suggest earplugs, for certain. Not a terrible stay, but temper your expectations to the cost.

Not bad for the price. Need best cleaning. Our bathroom had roaches and the bathtub had hairs left on the walls and curtain.

When I got there it was 10:00 at night dirty towels when I walked in on the floor still Dried urine on the toilet. My one year old was running around the room for about 30 min and his feet were black by the floors. The lady in the front with red hair was rude.

I should’ve known that it would be an issue when there were flies at the front desk check in. The room was filthy and outdated, of course nothing like any of the photographs you see on the website. The room smelled of chlorine and a combination of cigarette smoke/marijuana. The sheets and towels were stained. The ceiling was falling apart, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was no way we were going to shower let alone stay there. We checked in, put our stuff in our room and went to dinner when we got back is when we noticed that the room also had flies. The curtains didn’t cover the windows fully and they were shredded as well as falling down off of the tracks. We immediately went to the front desk to say we would not be staying there and spent more money to stay at a different hotel. The front desk gave me attitude and was rude. She didn’t apologize for any of the inconveniences and wasn’t surprised at anything I mentioned. We also now have to fight the chargers because we were only there for two hours and they are charging us for an entire night.

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. When we got inside our room it appeared fine a bit outdated but fine. We turned off the lights to put the kids to sleep and once they fell asleep we turned on one of the lights. There were roaches EVERYWHERE! In the bathroom, the tub, the fridge, the table, all around the beds. We were disgusted. I was so scared that they would be crawling over us during the night but it was so late at night to leave. Never again!!

Really dirty rooms. Towels were stained everywhere, so were some of the bed sheets. Toilet and sink were clocked and we found a roach. I complained to the person at the front desk and they didn’t do anything. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Hotel was not at all as advertised. Was very run down and sketchy. Bathroom door was broke and didn’t shut. Had attic access hole above the toilet. Was infested with roaches.

Found roaches running around and the bathroom had no light working. The tub itself is peeling all around and the bath mat felt like it was covering a hole in the middle.

The room was not clean .The beds were clean and comfortable however dirty floor and bathroom. The shower floor was sinking as we stepped in shower. Freezer was caked with ice and microwave didn't work either Complained about A/C and someone came and checked it then said it was working however it stopped and never went back on. Would not recommend this place and glad we only stayed one night.

I'll keep this as brief as possible - do NOT stay here. Unless you are very desperate. The receptionist was unfriendly (to put it mildly). Even though we arrived after the 4pm check-in time, one of the rooms was not ready. When we got in, both rooms had unpleasant smells - smoke in one room and the other just had an odd chemical smell. The beds had metal springs that were noisy when even my 90 pound son sat on one. The bathroom light had to be turned off and on a few times before it would stay on. The floor in the shower had been busted apparently and was "repaired" by taping a thin piece of foam over the damaged area. The shower curtain didn't reach the bottom of the area, causing water to go all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator barely chilled sodas placed in there overnight - cool, not cold after 8 hours. We would've complained immediately, but the unfriendly receptionist had already told us that they were sold out for the night upon check-in, so we just had to suck it up and be glad we were only there 1 night. We will NOT be going back...I think sleeping in my car would've been better.

The property suprisingly had no bugs in my room. It was a decent room for what i paid that night but outside its very sketchy. Lots of ghetto looking activity. People wandering around the parking lot late at night. Watch your back here. Shower smelled like rotten eggs. Desk lady was kinda nice i guess.

Tried to save a little money by staying here, bad mistake and never again. The room had an odor, shower had stains, and mattress was a metal coil spring type. Learned a lot about low price hotels.

Clean, simple and a great price!!! I only needed a comfortable place to sleep and this was it. I enjoyed the staff, very friendly.

Excellent Service All Around.

While accommodations were adequate, pricing was deceptive. Paid full nonrefundable price for hotel prior to arrival only to be told that there was an additional $14 fee for administration/Covid-19. This was done to make property appear to charge less than competition--very deceitful!

It was a alright stay for a place to stay while I went to Disney. The breakfast was not very enjoyable with very limited options. Also I was super frustrated because my room key did not work every single night to get into the room. It was super frustrating to be walking a lot at the parks and then having to walk to the front desk and wait quite some time to be helped to get my room key to work. It also took quite a while to check in because there was no one at the desk and I had to wait quite some time for someone to come check me in. However the room was clean and the bed was comfy, I also liked how close it was to get to the parks.

From the jump my stay was not good. While waiting to get my room key the lady in front of me did not have to pay the full deposit because she told the guy she did not have enough and the guy told her no worries. Come my turn I asked the guy would I be able to get the same treatment as the lady before me as you did not charge her the full deposit amount he threaten to cancel my reservation if I did not pay the full deposit. I did let the manager know about this the following day but nothing was done. I also called corporate regarding the situation. From there no room service ever came to our room the full 3 nights 4 day stay I was there. I had to go to the office everyday to get my key fixed and get clean towels and sheets and ask for toilet paper. Our hot water did not work so maintenance was in the room for a while luckily he at least was able to fix that problem which was super important as I also had my one year old with me. From there the last day they came at 11 to the room to say it was time to check out. I informed them I was getting my things together and waiting on my ride that would arrive shortly I just did not want to have my one year waiting outside in the heat. She said that was fine but then when we finally left she informed me that I would be losing my deposit due to not leaving the room at exactly 11am. The overall stay was a terrible experience, the room was dirty and u could tell had not been cleaned. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Checked in until 5 o'clock, even though I had a reservation. Staff doesn't care.

Breakfast was poorly maintained and marginal. Check in required a photo ID for both of us, no other property required that, and she was out in the car, requiring a trip to get that.

Love how it’s close to everything you need staff are nice. Just the area is not the best. The room was clean but not really up to date but I appreciate that it was clean and tidy.

My family and I arrived and there was people yelling outside the property made us feel very unsafe.

Bus stop at the door, good breakfast, pleasant friendly staff. Told housekeeper power had gone out, she called maintenance and they showed up quickly. Road noise a bit loud on rooms facing highway. Helicopter pad a block away can hear takeoff inside room depending on what side of hotel you are on.

Rough area, homeless people in stairwell, outside lobby, hair in the sink, stained showers. Not worth the cheap price

We felt very unsafe at this hotel with multiple noisy people playing loud music, arguing etc on the parking lot all night. We did not see any security staff checking regulary and dared not to complain. Also the room was below acceptable even for a 1 star rated facility. Stained bedsheets, very dirty floor (not cleaned for a while). The ceiling very damaged with pieces falling of.

too much noise from club next door that we were'nt told about. homeless people walking around all nite shady people driving in and out all nite girl getting raped in hotel next door raid on club next door constant police presence making people nervous as to why they were there all the time

The staff is great, very friendly and professional ánd they do a great job on servicing the room and providing towels everyday. And the breakfast is delicious, walffes n cereal and coffee always fresh .. from the front desk to the housekeepers they are all amazing people.

Check in was fine. When we got to the room i moved a chair and a cockroach ran out. The shower was dirty. There was no remote for the TV, when i went to the front desk to tell the attendant she just kept saying she could not get maintenance on a thursday night? Not sure what that would have done. The breakfast was terrible, just white bread and dognuts. Coffee was not good. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The best thing is the bed that is very confortable. The worse one is the continental breakfast: No healthy options at all like juice, piece of fruit or yogurt.

Room was not clean, beds were hard and old. Breakfast was just sweet products, no fresh fruits. When the gallon of milk for cereal and coffee was empty there was no more. The motel charged a"resort fee" this was no resort. The pool was small and old, the parking was in rough shape. Just a way for area hotels to gouge travellers. I only needed to stay for about 7 hours ... wouldn't want to stay any longer.

Walking into the room for the first time, we were hit by a very pungent odor. Could not determine what it was from. During the stay, noticed that the sink had no plug and there was a stale type of smell coming from it when the water was run. Also noted that the shower base had a piece of plastic/runner material glued to it. When stepping in it, it felt like there was a major defect on the shower flooring that was being covered up. One could hear the squelching of water underneath. That may have been the source of the odor in the room. Breakfast was simple but there was no selection of fruit or juice. Overall, it served the purpose but a bit more care of the amenities would go a long way.
