Architect Designed Coastal Retreat with Views

We stayed at this property for 5 nights in Jan 2026. Excellent property with good amenities and good views. Very good host, smooth check-in.Very close to Kingston and Blackman bay beaches. Coles and other grocery stores are close by. There are some very good restaurants close by as well.Good location for accessing key spots like Bruny Island (via Kettering)...... Hobart CBD, Mount Wellington, etcWill be back again.

We had a lovely restful stay. Good location, close to Hobart but still a sense of being in a little seaside town. Lovely home made for a very comfortable time away. Excellent communication from hosts.

It was one of the best stays we ever experienced. Everything was perfect. Very very clean, very modern and spacious, fully equipped. On top of that it was very lovely to deal with the hosts. They were very responsive and informative. Highly recommended. If we are to kindly suggest something to the host to make the stay even better, probably reach out to the neighbour at the back of the property to see if their hedge along their back fence can be trimmed a bit so that the wonderful view of the water from the kitchen/ living area would be uninterrupted.
