My go to monthly when I arrive for Disney and work with family and our pet. Close to all Disney and Universal parks. Clean location with a pool and they showcase movies at night by the pool. Highly recommend.

Property is full of amenities and centrally located. The old builing doees not have an elevator and have cluttered rooms

Absolutely loved this Ramada'a beautiful courtyard and two separate large pools. Originally only booked for one night, but requested a second night stay to actually enjoy the hotel experience. They were extremely accommodating on adding our 2nd night stay. Didnt even have to change rooms.

It was a great stay! Ramada has come a long way. I was certainly not expecting this! My room was exactly what I wanted. The set up, the view, the bed and bedding! To top it off, it was close to EVERYTHING and easy to get in and out of driving wise. Had no clue all that it had to offer as far as restaurants, bar, gardens, movie screen, 2 pools, volleyball area and basketball area!? Also had the option for the door to open to the outdoors near the pools OR open into an A/C filled indoor hallway if you want a little more privacy. I will definitely be back!

Booked on line & thought it was a hotel but it’s a motel. Had to lug suitcases up a flight of stairs because no elevators. Also every electrical outlet was old & plugs were falling out & no extra outlets in the room & no phone charging ports. Lighting in the room was very dim & full.

Convenient place to stay. Reasonable prices. Breakfast staff very nice. Two pools available.

Nice clean and well located place to stay with great pool and theme park shuttle. Shuttle to the parks is very quick, return can take well over an hour and 20mins, so recommend getting an Uber home. Nice buffet Thanks for a great stay.

Clean & comfortable room. Nice outdoor pools. There was loud music being played on outdoor speakers. I asked to have it turned off. I was immediately. I appreciated that.

This is a solid place to stay at a great price. It has two pools, a game room, pool tables, a gift shop, and a couple of restaurants. It was kept clean and the staff was helpful. The downsides were enough to knock two stars off. The beds were pretty stiff and the $15 breakfast buffet was what I would expect from a complimentary breakfast. We ate at the buffet once and learned our lesson. That restaurant added an automatic gratuity for our party of 3. The other downside was the shuttles for local attractions. They get you there, but are pretty horribly organized and finding the one that takes you back is madness.

Isn’t clean had cracks in the ceiling the sheets weren’t clean.

No soap, toilet was broke and then after "fixed", it kept running continuously, sand in the bathtub, hair in the sheet, electrical outlet sparked, smelled like feet...

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We have stayed there on a prior trip, and will again. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned each day.

The hotel was filthy. The shower had sand and was clearly not cleaned. The guests next door banged on the wall for over 10 minutes (drunk?) and woke me up at midnight. I called the front desk and they sent security, but the guests began yelling after he left. This continued until 1:30am. I would never stay at this hotel again. I was traveling alone and felt terrified.

Very dirty

The rooms are very very outdated!!! And carpet is very nasty, there was stains on the 2 chairs furniture had holes and paint was off, shower had old mold stains in it

Everything was clean and neat. Housekeeping kept the bathroom and room in top shape during our stay. Has 2 pools so it’s not crowded at one. Friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable and most of all..AFFORDABLE!!! This place is my go to hotel for my trips to Disney. I am at the parks from rope drop to close so this is a great place close to Disney and in my budget. Can’t wait to return to my happy place!

The room smelled of moisture and stale air. There was a roach in the dresser, which we didn't use. Water was leaking from the light inside the bathroom, I'm guessing from the AC. The pool was nice. House keeping was OK. They wipe the bathroom and the carpet with the same mop. Beds were comfortable.

Tower rooms are great, motel side is kind of sketchy.

The room was not clean when we arrived. We stayed there for 5 days. We would go out, come back and notice that the towels are replaced but the floor isn't cleaned at all. Also, they rented out some part of the hotel for some party on Christmas Eve, and they were playing loud music until 12:30 AM christmas day. When I asked at the reception how are the giests supposed to sleep with all this loud music, the guy literally said I don't know, you can talk to management and gave me a visiting card. I can honestly say this is by far the worst place I stayed at.

Comfortable beds and courteous staff! Rooms could use an update.

Good room in general, the wiring is old and the sockets did not charge my phone, the lighting is weak leaving the room dark, otherwise everything is very good... very attentive receptionist

Stayed here with my son as it was close To the golf Course where he played a competition and just needed a safe and clean place. That it was, but that’s also where it Kinda ends. I suppose you can’t expect Much more for the $’s we paid. Breakfast was decent - the usual, scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon, pancakes/French toast, read, PB, cream cheese, yogurt and cereal. My biggest complaint would be the noise, especially because I requested a quiet room. We were given a room facing the courtyard in building 2. If you’re sensitive to noise definitely DO NOT choose the courtyard room. The courtyard is enclosed by walls of building so everything echos. They do a movie night so you bave the sound from That blaring, then there are pool tables out there so you hear the balls clacking and finally it’s where people hang out, smoke, drink, listen To music and chat. It’s loud. Otherwise it’s exactly what you would expect for the money.

It was a bit run down compared to pictures. It's more of a motel vibe. You pull up and park and walk into your door. It's not a hotel! Also they never fixed our bathroom light that was not working, although we did asked for it to be fixed. It did have really nice working cold Ac though.

Rooms were very dated. Toilet would not flush properly. Multiple outlets in the room did not work (we had to take turns charging our phones!). The TV cut in and out - noticed the cable cord was severely damaged. Luckily we were only booked in for one night!

Had complications with my key working to get into room after check in, and was upgraded to a tower room with a firework view! Room was very comfortable, with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. View of fireworks was great.

Horrible it was absolutely Horrible!!! The manager he was an absolute irate jerk!!! Was supposed to get refund. Got double billed instead then was screamed at by the manager Marlton or something that he was busy and didn't have time for this!!!

Most of the staff were friendly, the place was pretty clean, there were minor inconveniences. The hotel room door rubbed and didn’t want to close, so you had to force it. Same with the bathroom door. The main problem I had was with the housekeeping staff. We stayed here for my son’s 13th birthday. We asked the housekeeper if we paid her extra, if she would throw up a few decorations for us while we were gone for the day. She agreed, took our money and did not hang up the decorations. She even moved them from the bed, moved them over to the dresser. We were extremely disappointed, a no would have been fine with us. When we checked out, I left a message with the front desk for a manager to call me regarding the issue. I have yet to hear from them.

Richie was awesome. He really made our stay a good one. We had a few maintenance issues and he took care of it quick and helped us get a new room.

The person was not very hospitable and didn’t help us with our complaint.

We arrive before the check-in time around 1pm. I wish I remembered the receptionist who helped us. Not only did she checked us in early she also upgraded our room for my family of 4 to a room in the tower side! It was clean quiet and the location was close to dining and to many attractions for ride share. We enjoyed our time and stay at Ramada Kissimmee and the surrounding attractions. Big thanks for making our first visit to Orlando memorable!

The front staff weren't very friendly while checking in and any time I asked a question. Attitude was as if I was "bothering" them. The pools looked dirty so we didn't swim.

We have stayed at this Ramada every time we visit the area- at least 5 or 6 times now. It is a hidden gem. The rooms are very clean. It has a beautiful courtyard and pool area. There is a large projector in the courtyard where movies are played. There are several couches and tables with chairs to sit and enjoy the outside ambiance. Honestly, we can get this at several hotels in the area but the customer service provided by the staff here is top-notch and the price point is very reasonable. Every time we visit, the front desk staff goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of - Cheryl is an asset to this hotel and provides exceptional service. We appreciate her and value her as part of our vacation experience. If you are looking for a great value while not sacrificing convenience, service, and amenities- this is the hotel for you.

This location is top notch… It is right next to Waffle House. You can walk right over. It is safe lit up very brightly, clean, the young man and older gentleman behind the counter were very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. ♥️

Jennifer at check in was amazing and i don't say that very often. We had a broken leg on one bed which they fixed next day. Just before we were going to dinner a huge flood in the bathroom ceiling. Front desk notified offered us a change of rooms. Staff came used towels and shop vac to mop up and fix then notified front desk it was ok to stay we refused front desk did move us. Finally on our last night/morning the fire alarm went off on our floor but it was a false alarm

As always front desk were inviting and professional. Always a great start to a fun weekend..

Pretty good stay. Location is awesome compared to all the things around. Building has 2 sections: a weird motel part with party stuff and a conference center, and another tower building. The tower was a nice place to stay. Sort of hard to get in and out of the hotel, but I figured it out.

Great location for both the city and the parks. Thankfully we had a car for the trip but if we didn’t I think the location would still benefit us as it was very convenient to get to Disney parks from here

Great location, easy to find, everything you needed in your room and on site Great restaurants nearby and overall very good value for money 😄

Close proximity to Walmart and other shopping outlets.

This was a family trip going to Disney the next day. We really enjoyed staying there. The staff are very helpful. The hotel was very convenient for restaurants at shopping close by.

Traffic made it very challenging to get to the hotel. Expect delays.

I thought there should be breakfast served

First time staying at this hotel. It was an older hotel, but well maintained. There were so many amenities and the grounds and pools were beautiful. There is a family owned restaurant on the premises and they were amazing and very friendly. Food was excellent! We will definitely be coming back.

My stay went really well. If you are coming to experience the parks for a week or so, this is a great budget property. There is no closer property without paying Disney an ungodly amount! The staff I encountered at reception were friendly and helpful. The Gateway Cafe/Diner was great, and the service there is amazing. The main restaurant, The Smoke House Grill, was the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life! You're better off walking to RaceTrac across the street and getting a breakfast sandwich.

REGISTRATION STAFF AT HOTEL WERE AWESOME AND VERY WELCOMING. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS WASTING $45 on breafast for 4 and we all had to walk out. Food was cold, gravy was runny like milk and bacon was not cooked all the way. That has nothing to do with our stay. We will be back often

Hotel itself was nice. Couldn’t find any elevators going to the second floor of the outside rooms, so if you are disabled, get a ground floor room. Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Walmart, a steak house, and Starbucks are within walking distance. The food at the deli was subpar at best. Paid $68 for a bacon burger meal, 2 wing meals, mozzarella sticks, and a bottle of soda. The food at the theme park is better than what we got. Also, if you get a room that faces the courtyard, they play a movie on a projector, so be prepared for that.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lack of glassware, only paper cups and the notice to customers who steal linens and other room items sets the tone. The vehicle street noise from the main road on Saturday night went until 3 am. The food was not so good.
