Location proximity to the attractions of interest to us was excellent. Picture of pool was misleading as to size, which was smaller than my home pool. Room was clean. Small piece of property crammed into a very touristy area. Coffee service does not qualify as "breakfast".

As others have mentioned, the parking situation isn’t very good. Just make sure you only park where they tell you. The pics of the pool are deceiving; it’s very small, in the middle of a parking lot overlooking Denny’s. I still went for a swim and enjoyed it. The room had quite a few areas that looked as though they hadn’t been dusted in quite some time. However, for the price, I didn’t expect anything grand. It’s about a 5 min drive to Disney and in walking distance to plenty of food options. Those are the most redeeming things about the hotel. They falsely advertise free breakfast, that doesn’t exist.

Small pool. No jacuzzi. No bathtubs. Carbs for breakfast. Have to exchange old towels to receive new towels. Check in was quick and easy. Average accommodating rooms. Not good for children as far as kid friendly activities but good location to them.

They gave me a parking permit paper which I displayed but got towed regardless which cost hundreds of dollars Had no sleep due to noisy a/c unit and kids screaming. The “pool” was tiny in the middle of the parking lot and guests looked like homeless people.

Parking was not very convenient as one whole side of the hotel is blocked off and you have to walk around the building if you are staying in a room on the side with no parking. And if you park there anyway, you WILL get towed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and there’s lots to do in the area.

Good value for the money. The room was good, but services limited. Beware the aggressive towing company. Make sure to display your parking pass. Cars were getting towed non-stop.

The room smelled like cigarette and the bathroom smelled like pee. They tried to cover it with a strong cleaning scent that made it worst actually. The fire alarm was beeping constantly because the battery was dead and when we asked the staff to replace it they just took it off. It was replaced the following day. Our car was covered with ash and cigarette buds.

My family and I stayed for one night. I have a 8 month old and a 4 year old. When we walked into our room it had an extremely strong bleach smell. It was so strong my kids were coughing. We had to open the windows and turn up the AC. My 8 month old was crawling around on the floor and his legs and feet were black from the carpet. Will not being staying here in the future.

When I arrived I was told I owed an extra $10 for the motel fee. I thought I paid this through Orbitz and was set. The room looks renovated and nice at first glance. BUT: I don’t think our room was cleaned prior to our arrival. Found: used dental floss on the sink counter Filthy sheets with body marks, dirt, and hair on them (feet, legs, and head). NO soap whatsoever in the bathroom so beware if you want to wash your hands or even clean your body while showering unless you brought your own. Speaking of the shower, it appears to not have been cleaned in quite sometime. Soap scum around the shower, hairs on the wall and bottom of the drain, pubic hairs on the men’s part of the toilet with urine, GROSS. On the bright side, it is close to old town and easy to park and walk. It is also relatively inexpensive which does not excuse the lack of cleanliness or even a bar of soap in our room.

Pay the extra money for a better hotel. Noisy, dirty, generally in a bad state all around. Breakfast is non-existent. Centrally located, but this does not outweigh the fact that the hotel is baaaaad.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in we asked about the complimentary breakfast. We were told it was a mistake on their web site and breakfast is a protein bar and coffee. We said we would not have booked this hotel if we had known about this. We found a live cockroach in the fridge in our room and leftover contents in the microwave. When we complained about this the manager gave us a can of roach repellant and told us to deal with it ourselves. We felt very uneasy staying in a room where cockroaches were present and found the whole experience disgraceful and a totally unacceptable attitude from the management.

I was disappointed in my stay. The floor in the room had globs of human hair. The drain in the shower was clogged with human hair. There was a pair of men's dirty, holey undwear on the back of the bathroom door. When we went down for the promised breakfast, all they offered was coffee and a granola bar. That is not breakfast. I picked this hotel over another because it said it had a breakfast. So disappointed.

The only thing that was odd was there was no outlets just a plug in my phone. I had to have my three-way plug to go into one, but other than that it was a very nice day and very clean.

It was 10 minutes to the parks and plenty to do and eat in the general area. Was a little loud. A sea of taco trucks are across the street playing music till they close at midnight. And an apartment complex that is being built uses the same street to unload havey equipment early in the morning.

The only thing i dont like about this place is the beds are hard and the air conditioners was off when we went into our room. So it took forever for it to cool off. Especially in Florida. There was only 2 small towels to.

We were only there for one night. Beds were hard as rocks. Hotel is old and needs some work. It was very quiet and not a lot of traffic around hotel. World of Food Trucks is right next door so that was convenient.

The room and hotel is bare bones, but that's fine for our purpose this time around. My biggest gripe? I've received more than 16 emails regarding this one night stay. It's excessive and unnecessary. It just crowds my inbox!

They charge $50 for early check in not $20 as advertised. Coffee was out at 8:15am and they would not make any more because breakfast was over at 9am. Breakfast consisted of packed muffins also gone by 8:15 and nothing else was served. Will not return. Only plus was close to Disney Hollywood Studios.

I have stayed here many times and never had an issue until this time. Every thing was good except checking in through the whole stay. They removed my luggage from my room was told the room was not paid for even though I had paid through Expedia in advance and they charged my credit $250 for two nights on top of what I paid through Expedia and was told by Super 8 they could not refund my money for what they charged on my card. Thanks to Expedia for working with me on getting my money reimbursed. I will never stay here again.

This is for my current stay. I stay here when I come to town for work. When I came back on my room 12/3, someone had been in it. The room was cleaned. I didn't give anyone permission to be in my room. 200 bucks was taken from my purse. When I went to the front office. The gentleman stated I should have put the DND on the door. I had to explain that there wasnt a sign to put on the door. As told the manager that there is no sign stating that there will be housekeeping coming into my room ever few days. Again they did not ask to come in my room. Then the lady said that I should have used the safe. Yes I would have if I would have known someone was coming into my room. They did not have permission at all. I haven't been loud. I get up at 2am for the work I have to do. It is for sleeping only. This will be the last time I stay here for a long while. It was oh well you should have used the safe. At oher hotels I dont have to tell them not to go in the room.

Located close to old town and plenty of food establishments close by within walking distance. The management was quick and responsive to our room issue that required maintenance. They service rooms upon request but that’s a quick phone call and someone always seemed to pick up the phone within the first few rings. The pool was maintained—that’s a perk! My only wish is that the washers and dryers worked.

The attendant was not in the front office. We rang the bell and called the number and no answer. We waited 30 minutes before he came. After driving, i didn't want to have to be outside waiting that long. Probably around not chose to stay here again.

Very easy check-in with a wonderful clerk, sadly I did not get her name. The room was comfortable and clean, however, it did take a while for the room to cool down. I would definitely stay here again.

Property manager was rude, the bathroom floor was dirty, only one bath mat then she had the nerve to want me charge me $15 for 1 bath towel i used to clean that nasty floor. They count towels for your room before they issue you clean towels. For the continental breakfast they give you a breakfast bar. DONT STAY HERE

Customer Service was Excellent. The room I was given was Perfect. The hotel is in a great location..on the bus line to Disney and MCO..

Check in was sketchy. Took over 45 minutes to complete. No one else was checking in. Had to give credit card multiple times and was charged multiple times on credit card. Waiting for them to correct it.

Not terrible for a cheaper place to stay. Beds were not very comfortable. There was some construction going on but not a bother. Great location with less than 10 minutes to disney! Food trucks right across the street for late night food options.

This hotel is located across from Old Town amusement park and the world of Dood Trucks which blasted music until 330 am the hotel was good the experience was not rented for 2 nights and barley slept due to noise

Right in front of a place called World Food Truck with several food options such as Brazilian, Salvadoran, Mexican, and Honduran. It is very close to the Disney Parks, but it is like 35 minutes away from Universal Studios.

Located close to old town and plenty of food establishments close by within walking distance. The management was quick and responsive to our room issue that required maintenance. They service rooms upon request but that’s a quick phone call and someone always seemed to pick up the phone within the first few rings. The pool was maintained—that’s a perk! My only wish is that the washers and dryers worked.

Stayed 2 nights. Happy with the room. Good night’s sleep, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. No breakfast provided, but I was happy with all the places within walking distance. Next to World Food Truck park, flea market, and Old Town amusement center. Budget-friendly inn for a fun weekend out with friends.

They charge $50 for early check in not $20 as advertised. Coffee was out at 8:15am and they would not make any more because breakfast was over at 9am. Breakfast consisted of packed muffins also gone by 8:15 and nothing else was served. Will not return. Only plus was close to Disney Hollywood Studios.

It was cool little stay everything was clean and always smelled good they only thing is i did see one roach but i did leave him alone he was just a chill guy.oh this isn’t the hotel for breakfast fr unless you like eggo waffles and juice

The staff was polite and the property was clean. It definitely needs updates and new electrical plugs, lights, etc. The pool is very small but was clean and not crowded. Do not expect breakfast. The pictures shown are very incorrect. They now only offer coffee, juice and a small nature valley breakfast bar. Extremely disappointed in that area. And Expedia was no help. They only offer one key cash towards a new trip. We had to buy groceries and eat out because the room only has a mini fridge and small microwave. There were food trucks across the street and they were good. Overall it wasn’t horrible but definitely don’t expect an almost 8 star experience. It’s more like 5 stars.

NO BREAKFAST: I booked this hotel for several nights considering that free breakfast is also included. However, they do serve only limited breakfast, which include apple juice, orange juice and very few granola bars. They suggest having proper breakfast from restaurants like Dennys etc. This is not mentioned anywhere in the website when we book the rooms. I canceled some of my reservations and booked elsewhere in the vicinity which offered very good continental breakfast and that too at cheaper price. I would say don't book this hotel if you are looking to stay somewhere that offer free breakfast.

This is a pretty good place ro stay. You ger what you paid for. The only thig is that in website said that breafast is included but they have a sign saying that they are limited with breafast and that there is restaurants near by. They provide coffee and trial mix bars. They should correct this i formation to coffee only included.

I have to say that for a super eight, it was respectively, clean inside the room, painted without chips and generally well-maintained. The bedspread concept has long since past, and is really something that should be taken out. The only downside to this was although I knew about breakfast in the morning, when we checked and we were never told what time it ended. I went down at 9:30 figuring it would at least be till 10 and everything was completely cleaned out. When I asked about getting a cup of coffee I was parked at with the response over at nine. Not exactly a hospitable way to have gas in a hotel. I get the breakfast is closed but at least leave some coffee out. Even Motel 6 does this. I really question hotel shedding breakfast down so early, since checkout is at 11 AM. The least they could do is leave it out till we’re supposed to be out of the room.
