We would definitely stay here again. Nice pool area with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Lots of seating. Good and convenient restaurant and bar at the hotel and free shuttle to the Disney Parks.

No exhaust fan in bathroom and curtains do not close. TV loses connection. Only one elevator in service. Long walk to main/commercial building. No parking remotely close to room but still paid $24 a day. People hang out smoking outside exit door.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had by far. Stayed on the sixth floor, when we arrived 1 of the 2 elevators was working, then the other one breaks leaving my family to have to carry baggage up stairs. Half of the power outlets don’t work in the room. The toilet backed up and overflowed immediately.

The unthinkable happen to us on our last day; we got stuck in the elevator in the Tower building which for me is not a good experience as someone with extreme claustrophobia. My daughter and I got stuck Monday morning around probably 6am which you should have logs for due to the phone call which kicked off a message. We have stayed there before and then stayed at Melaia and liked your property better until this which was horrifying to say the least.....

Be prepared for the not anywhere advertised fee of $25.00 a night fee to park your car and god for bid you have more than one . Location is convenient and close to Disney , rooms are spacious. This is an older property and unfortunately shows its age. Would I go back ? Yes Check in was efficient and friendly. They have a Starbucks in the lobby …. Huge win !

1 elevator that took too long. Room wasn’t very clean. Bath tub was dirty. Ice maker wasn’t working. Not enough clean pool towels in the evening. AC wasn’t working and smelled very musty..locks on the room door were broken.

Nice lobby and the room was clean, updated, and had convenient USB-C plugs in the lamps. The hallway to the room did have a musky smell, but the pool area and poolside bar were fantastic. Overall a great stay — we’d come back.

DO NOT BOOK IT! Very deceiving pictures !!! We got our room, and you can tell some flooding happened. Room smelled of pee, and musty! Everything is outdated. Hated everything about this place. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in my entire life. PLUS- they also charge you a fee every night. So it’s not included when you book the place. They definitely upgraded their pool areas, but who wants to come back to a nasty room! Carpeted and molded bathroom. The BATHTUB, was caved in!!!!! You had to use your feet to push the water down the drain. How disgusting. We had to force our kids to shower versus taking a bath! Everything felt so damp and smelled of dirty wet clothes. Again, do not book this place !!! The room was also sooooooo dark! This is not motel 6, they had one small ass lamp, and a smaller light that lit up. Felt super depressing. We stayed on the first floor, not sure if the other rooms are better. But how disappointing. With all the fees, I rather find a better hotel!

Facility is outdated. Lobby and common areas have been updated and are appealing; rooms not as much. The hotel room was dusty and aggravated my allergies. Restroom is very small.

The lobby is stunning, smells lovely and is quite beautiful. The rooms are not even close, the halls smell of car urine, strongly especially when raining outside. The smell also comes into the room, and the carpet. To shower, the shower head was gross, horrible water pressure and the rub did not drain. I was standing in a good 1 inch of water during a shower. The toilet was scary to flush no matter what was happening inside the bowl. Over priced salad at the market place, that had rubbery chicken. Staff was nice

This was a horrible experience. The room was dirty and dusty. Housekeeping employees couldn’t understand the problem, when pointing to the “stains” on the headboard, they said no no no and wouldn’t clean it. They were constantly out of things like towels and hand towels. The employees stunk of marijuana. The elevators were the employees hid to smoke had a heavy smell of marijuana. Employees were rude. The coffee/ice cream shop employees were so rude and made fun of us in another language that I just so happen to understand. There were exposed pipes and wires by the jacuzzi. Then I was over charged for parking and resort fees. The employees are clueless and could care less

Rooms smelled awful, or mold or mildew. Vomit in the bathroom. Room was changed, next room didn’t smell as bad but still of mildew. My daughter called down for extra blankets 2 nights in a row they never came up then called again that they didt have any.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was spotless, and we were pleased with the ample parking available. One of the highlights was having access to a washer and dryer on the second floor, which made things so convenient. The hotel boasts a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Plus, the free shuttles to the parks were a fantastic perk! If you’re driving, you’re just a quick five-minute trip to Disney. Overall, it's a great hotel experience!

Without a doubt the location for this hotel is the norm of location, location, location. However, the hotel is due for a major refreshment. The property is tired. Elevator not working, water leaks, among several other small issues. A great congratulations to the staff from the front desk to the maids, they definitely make up for the rest of the hotel! Great Staff

Our stay was okay. When we arrived to our room the draws/cabinet was broken so reception moved us to a new room. The toilet pressure needs to fixed. The telephone in the room had no visible number so we didn’t know what button to push for reception. And the doors are very heavy so we heard our neighbors going in and out of there room.

Horrible experience. There's like five different buildings so it was hard to figure out where our room was. Breakfast isn't free. Broken TV (nothing worked- not the channels or the streaming services) and toilet that wouldn't flush. No outlets on the bedside table, only one in the room in an inconvenient location.

The location is perfect proximity to the Disney parks. I was back in forth to the parks within 10 minutes every time. I stayed for runDisney weekend, and was thankful for a fridge in the room. A microwave woulda been great. The room and housekeeping was fine, but holy moly the beds are uncomfortable....SUPER HARD. Other than that it was a good stay, and a bonus to have a cafe that serves starbucks in the lobby.

CONS: Although a nice property, I experienced immediate issues after checking in. My room card did not work and I had to wait for a new card. The carpet in room had a few stains and the Wi-Fi was very unstable because the TV kept freezing up during my entire stay. PROS: Daily food credits are good perks and the pool landscaping is very nice.

We loved the hotel as a whole. The amenities were great. Pool area was fantastic. The pillows provided were insanely uncomfortable. I’ve never seen a pillow go and stay as flat as these. The blankets and pillows seemed older and stained. Again overall a great stay though.

Staff was very inattentive and nothing was addressed after I filed numerous complaints. Will avoid this property next time

Staff waws courteous. I was informed of fees which added $50 onto the room!! They were necessary and non-refundable. Also clerk informed me in a derogatory way that when booking thourgh "these third parties" as if that were a bad thing you can expect hidden fees. Totally unethical.

The check in process was smooth. The staff was very unfriendly. I asked the front desk for water bottles since our room didn't have any and the lady at the front desk said she would send some up but never did. The maid banged on the door at 9:50am trying to rush us out for check out but the hotel check out wasn't until 11am.

The facilities were very good, and the staff were kind and helpful. However, I wish the hotel had been more upfront about the fees. I was charged $150 twice—once at check-in and again at check-out.

The service was incredible, from Sam at the front with our luggage, and Nicolas and Laiza at the lobby bar! We will definitely be back and these 3 really topped the trip! The location was great and short Uber to all of the things we wanted to go! The hotel itself was friendly and very family friendly!

I was a little hesitant staying here a few nights before we checked into our Disney resort, but I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Super close to the Disney parks. Excellent service!

My only complaints would be that we had a nice window view, however the windows were filthy on the outside so we couldn’t see well out them. And that the shuttle service is variable. Website and handout are different and then the shuttle service board outside says something way different too. My teenagers almost got stranded at Disney due to this. However the staff was accommodating about it and resolved my issues politely.

From the room they never answered room service or any other extension, was always busy..we tried many times. Also we asked in person to leave 2 blankets at the room and they said ok but never arrived.

Great stay for the price. Somewhat older property but in very good shape. Everything was clean and the pools and outdoor areas were very nice and well kept. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Washer/dryer availability helped us go home with clean clothes. While the room rate is extremely reasonable, the “resort fee” and parking fee (which I find to be outrageously unfair, though most properties charge to park now) will add about $50/day to your bill. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay again.

The property itself is fine, however, the parking is so poorly set up that you have to park extremely far away from your room due to limited spaces. At the end of a long travel day, having to navigate yourself through 2-3 buildings just to find your room is extremely frustrating.

Visited in June. Hotel is in need of an update. They add a $25 fee per day for food. You HAVE to spend this money, it is not refunded. This is ridiculous. Others that visited this hotel had mold issues! This needs to be taken care of. There is an abandoned building right next to this property. There is some drug issues, homeless issues. Please clean up the area

Great location. Older hotel. Pool area wonderful. Plenty of parking. Finding room was difficult due to numerous buildings... Better signage would help to identify buildings. For the price, you can't beat it.

Has a resort feel rather then a hotel which is a good thing, only the smaller pool of the two is heated which is a shame because the bigger pool has the water fall and slide it'll be nice if they could invest in heating the bigger pool, big abandoned resort borders this property which if know this area this abandoned property is very well know by many Urban explorers has bum encampment and many stray dogs, there where stray dogs I saw one night in the main parking lot in the back bordering that abandoned resort but the dogs didn't seem to want to bother anyone or were approaching,this isn't a problem Delta hotel has security guards all over the property it feels safe, only thing is if u have a room facing that side of the hotel u can definitely see the abandoned resort from upper floors. Not a big deal in my mind but it may bother others which is why I'm mentioning this. I knew this before I booked Delta hotel celebration. Besides that while u r on Delta property u don't notice the abandoned resort behind and Delta property is very well kept clean and is very beautiful and resort feeling,staff is friendly and accommodating food is good can't beat the price for what is offered and is a stones throw away from Disney parks.

The rooms and hotel were fine but the food quality was not. Actually got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. Also, I left my fit bit near the pool and it was never turned into lost and found.

The inside lobby was nice but the rooms and halls was ok. It had a mildew smell. Parking was too expensive and breakfast was not worth the price.

The diversity needs to be improved. I’m an American and I felt like I was in a foreign country. Though staff was friendly ,the entire facility was heavily Spanish influenced. The buffet breakfast was horrible. The biscuit, fruits, eggs were horrible. The omelette was excellent. You should let customers know about the persistent gratuity that’s already included. When you purchase something the gratuity section is still on the receipt. If you are collecting it with the bill why put it on the receipt. No one has the financial resources to give “extra” tips. That’s deceptive. People are there on vacation and spent a lot for their trip but the focus is too much on gratuity. Over priced . Food not at the best not healthy options. Women at the bar by the pool were the best part of the trip. Drinks were excellent. Tortilla chips were cold. Please make them warm. Chicken wings were the best. DJ was excellent. Starbucks staff were pleasant and excellent. Lobby facilities was beautiful. Security was excellent and pleasant.25.00 daily for parking is unfair. Why not 10.00? Won’t come back for this reason when I could stay at other facilities close by without having to pay this.

The pool area for the kids is better than most any other hotel around unless you need a lazy river and water tube slides. It has a slide and waterfall feature, a second warmer pool for kids and two hot tubs to use. The food and drinks were quite expensive from a few years ago when we were there. We understand a $14 beer when we are at an amusement park, but not in a hotel when you can go buy a case for not much more.

Nice-ish hotel- pool and lounge areas are lovely. However there was a faint mildew odor inside the buildings and our a/c unit leaked. Food is very overpriced, but make sure you use your resort credits or you are technically losing money… not sure if I’d stay here again or not. Not bad enough to insist on somewhere else, but a little overpriced for what it is.

The property was nice and the pools were great, the food was mediocre at most for the price not worth it. Cheaper and better quality food options just minutes away. The Pointe charges $25 a person for Motel 8 style buffet… def overpriced. The bar & grill was ok. Nothing fancy for $15-$20 a plate. The coffee shop was great! Happy to have had that. The pools were really nice but the heated pool wasn’t heated. We had to ask someone to heat it. The teenage boys across the hall that chose to run up down the hall from 10:30pm- 1:30am each night was horrible! They would slam the door over and over around 50x each night and the doors are really loud. I jumped each time while trying to sleep. I had to open my door and ask them to stop 2x and then also had to contact the office 2x. We stayed 6 nights. 1st night, I only heard it for a little bit but was exhausted due to arriving there at 1am that I ignored it. 2nd night, had to ask them to stop. They did not, but tried to ignore. 3rd night, asked office to help, didn’t do much, 4th night, asked them to stop and called the office, 5th/6th night it was quieter. I think if the kids running the halls would have been dealt with better early on… I would have enjoyed the stay more.

Such a beautiful hotel. Loved seeing the turtles under the bridge by the lake every morning as we walked to our car. Minus 1 star for the food. Its horrible. Cheese steak was so dried out but plenty of food nearby

Granted I didnt know that Delta Hotel was part of Marriot or I would have booked directly through them and probably would have gotten a better room. With that being said I expect more from a Marriott property. There were cockroaches on the wall in the hallway, my bathtub did not drain and had to stand an ankle deep water while taking a shower, the cover for the air vent in the bathroom was disgusting and full of dirt and made a very loud noise and when ordering a drink from the bar downstairs in the lobby the bartender did not clean where I was sitting and put the menus right on top a bunch of pieces of salt from a pretzel that was there previously so I had to clean my own spot at the bar! The amenities were great but I was only there for one night. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Property needs a bit of an update Probably would not stay again
