Still remodeling - just not up to our standards

The room smelled clean and great! However, there were roaches. At first I thought they were bugs from the outside but nope. I bought Raid and sprayed the entire room. A bunch came out from the corner wall and slowly died. Aside from that it was a comfortable stay. The pool was clean and refreshing!

Our room was NOTHING like the pictures online. The floor was filthy. The bed was extremely hard and there was only a thin blanket covered by a sheet to hide the stains. One positive was the pillows were nice. The headboard had many stains on it. There was ONE plug in on the wall but not near the bed so you couldn't charge any devices next to you. The couch looked like it was picked up from the side of the road and was covered in stains. The pool outside was not able to be used. The front desk said that it needed to be drained because of inspection. They picked a Friday to do that so we couldn't use the pool either. I decided to check out two days early and they said they would reimburse me for the "inconvenience".

The property was extremely reasonably priced. Armain was great check-in was super easy at 2 AM. Pool was super clean. Rooms were super clean as well. Everything is blocks away and downtown. Disney is 5 to 10 minutes. This is an extended stay so they do have long-term residence about the property. I had no issues during my stay. My only suggestion would be to have a 24 hour towel exchange through the office. The kids were swimming repeatedly and housekeeping only exchanges towels at 7 AM which let me say that housekeeping does their job. This was a tiny fix saying that Ross and a variety of stores are blocks away so I just purchased two towels and my issue was resolved. This is a small hotel but do not judge a book by its cover. I enjoyed my stay in my family did as well. We had three families to come and join us as they had issues with their location. Overall, a positive experience.

My experience was 8/10 , Armain was excellent @ check in. We arrived @ 2am. Hotel was extremely reasonable considering the area being 5-10 from everything offered in Disney Experience . Pool was super clean & water was kept up. Room was comfortable & super clean as well. Only suggestion would be for a 24hr towel exchange due to kids repeatedly swimming. House cleaning does their job well, just would not prefer to wait till 7am for clean towels, but no huge issue, we went to Ross & bought 2 towels, which is 1 traffic light away just like all other stores are blocks away as well.

Hotels.com should be ashamed to offer this as a hotel option. We checked into the room and left immediately. Dropped off the key in the holder and left. There were people outside their rooms, a woman feeding cats and door open with other cats inside. Elevator did not work. Woman in wheelchair could not get up the stairs. Kiosk is a front to avoid facing people in this horrible property. Did not see a single person working in the property. Seemed like 'guests' were managing themsleves. Shame on me for trusting hotels.com

I checked in on a Friday around 9pm. I didn’t get greeted by a human. I had to check in via a kiosk. When I was waiting for another guest to finish his check in I noticed a sign on the window stating there is NO hot water until Monday. Well my stay was Friday till Sunday. That means I didn’t have hot water to shower for myself or my husband. I had guests in 3 other rooms that didn’t have hot water as well. This had put a huge damper on our weekend and to say the least. 4 rooms booked to stay the weekend and we didn’t get the decency to get a phone call regarding the hot water issue. Also the residents that live at the hotel smoke Marajuana consistently in there rooms with travel through the vents into other rooms. Absolutely disgusting. The guest above our room constantly banging on their floor which left ceiling residue all over my belongings and all over the counter with the sink/ microwave. I am absolutely disgusted with the amount of money I wasted on this hotel this past weekend. I would like a call back from corporate level manager.

Upon arrival we saw a notice stating that there was no hot water available till Monday. All transactions are done via a kiosk. We saw people cutting in line and going into closed areas repeatedly as the keys being given were not working this. Occurred about three times to the two people that had previously been taken care off. Not a good hot.

Staff was courteous and friendly. They are remodeling but it did not affect our coming and going. Absolutely no bugs! It was a pleasant experience.

Room was infested with roaches

My stay was horrible outside was cold and the heat was not working my room had roaches mold etc I was very uncomfortable

The check in process was quick and Liz was friendly at the front desk. The issue was when we finally got to our room, it was dirty there was clothes from the previous people that had stayed in the room on the floor by the bed. The room was dirty, house keeping never stopped by once during my 4 day stay. I had stopped by the housekeepers on day 3 of my stay to ask to swap out my towels and they were rude and seemed angry that I asked to swap out towels, they had told me I was unable to get them swapped out until 3pm once laundry was done. I also had to ask the front desk for extra toilet paper since they had only one roll in the bathroom as well. There was roaches in the room as well.

The room was not clean, there were hairs in the sink and dirt on the floor. There are no amenities, there is a microwave and fridge but no cutlery, dishes etc. The cupboards are bare in other words. The bed is uncomfortable. There was a piece cut out of the venetian blinds on the window that I covered with a plastic bag for privacy. I had a disability room, the only concessions to this were hand rails and a raised toilet. The room had shower over the bath which is entirely unsuitable. On a good note, the front desk person on the night I checked in was very pleasant and her husband helped me move my things into the room. If your looking to stay though I have one word for you, don't.

Not clean. Nothing like what the pictures showed online. Air conditioning didn’t work. Hard bed. Shower didn’t work. Sink was dirty. Still trash inside refrigerator.

We arrived around 10 pm after a very long drive, we waited in line for around 20 minutes while the gentleman helped one person who got there before us. There was some loud commotion going on in the parking lot and a homeless person taking shelter in the pool area. We entered our room to find it infested with roaches. I spent at least 20 minutes on a killing spree as they were all over the floor and walls. Many went under the bed in hiding. We were so wore out mentally (for other reasons) and physically we went straight to bed instead of looking for another hotel at that hour. In the morning we found food that was left in the refrigerator. I preordered this room because they had a jetted tub. Thankfully I am pretty small because the tub was not intended for a large body. It literally took 15-30 minutes to fill the tub because the water pressure is so low and by the time it was half full the water came out cold. When I went to check out I told the lady running the office she might want to send some pest control, and she says “oh you seen some roaches?” This must be a very common occurrence… I normally would have never slept there but i wasn’t in Orlando for pleasure and had more pressing things going on. It would have been nice to have a hotel room that was calmer.. also a chair in the room would have been nice. There was nowhere to sit other than the bed.. also the roach in the bed was not exactly how I wanted to start my day.

Do not stay here. I am usually good with staying at crappy hotels but this one takes the cake. We found blood on the sheets and in the bathtub. There were many of mysterious stains on the walls and sheets.

Dirtiest facility. Roaches in the room. Room Service wont show up (had to ask 3 time for towels). Few light bulbs wont work. Dirty sink. Broken commode and the list goes on.

The room was large and clean. The driveway is tricky but once you find it once you wont have any issue. Quiet and good area. The bed was hard but wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

Our room did not have a chair or phone, yet had a full sized ironing board and iron! The refrigerator and tv did not work. When you go outside all you can smell is drugs. The front desk lady is very kind, but nothing got taken care of for us.

Window blinds were damaged, floor was dirty, the fridge was leaking water, after I walked few times on it my feet were dirty. Tv was not working. I had to call the front desk to let them know,and they called the technician to fix All in one. I would think twice before booking again.

Check in was easy and staff pleasant. Then we entered room. Tv did not work hair drier had burnt plug and also didn`t work. Stains on bedding and towels. Light bulbs bare in bathroom. Did get tv repaired next day. Blinds were chipped and had many open areas to outside. Family stayed in a room that had blinds with cut ends so that all was in view from outside. There were no curtains to cover blinds and their doorknob fell off. We all only stayed 2 nights thankfully. Do your homework and check reviews as we found many too late. Best part was pleasant staff!

What I liked is the quiet, and clean, what I absolutely did not agree with us not enough window covering, blinds without curtains, you could see directly through the room and a occupants movements from outside. My privacy, safety and quiet is major.

It was a quick 2 night stay but the room was spacious and very clean. It had an almost full size refrigerator, microwave and even a kuerig which was very nice. I would absolutely stay again. Great value and felt very comfortable there.

Property was cool. Near Walmart, Aldi and walking distance to Bravo. WiFi was in and out but other than that it was a solid stay.

I didn’t like the beds, bathroom vent doesn’t work. And they have to change me room tv didn’t work

I only complaint was they have blonds but no curtains ao the light from parrking lot and morning light comes in.

This beds were way too firm for me. The TV did not work. My family and I will not be ataying there again.

Just so you know this wasn’t my first time booking here and I NEVER had a problem with you guys until yesterday. The lady that was working on April 16th around noon time she had on glasses and was at the front desk, she was really nasty with her attitude when I asked to speak to head of house keeping all she told me was to walk around and find her that was soooo unprofessional then when I told her about her attitude she then told me she was calling the cops on me so I waited for the cops … all this because she told me the room smelled like smoke if we’re being honest most of the rooms there stink and smell like cigarettes, remind you I don’t even smoke cigarettes… I always book here and this wasn’t the first time you guys gave me a room that smelled like cigarettes, 2 weeks ago i booked and you guys gave me room 232 that room is just nasty and smell like pure cigarettes but yet again dealt with it and you guys kept my deposit now I booked again you guys put me in 227 another room that smell like cigarettes and I told the lady that but she didn’t care… cops came and spoke to me and her just for her to be wrong the cop said and I got my money back… really unprofessional I will never book here agai.

This was a terrible place to stay. We had a room on the third floor, not an issue. We pull up to the rooms, get out to multiple people sitting in chairs, right at the stairs smoking weed. On the second floor, 2 more men standing outsideva room, sharing a blunt. Water marks on the ceiling in the room clearly a leaky roof, blinds were cut by the door, you could see right in, had to hang a sheet over the window. The hair dryer did not come out of holder, the entire thing came out of the wall. Had to have to key card reprogrammed every time. The fire detector was missing but the holder was there. Gave 2 towels, hand towel, 1 wash cloth...for 2 people for 2 nights. Floor was so dirty, definitely was not walking bare footed in the room. Seems like they swept but did not mop. The pictures make this hotel look halfway decent but it looks more like a run down strip club.. i do NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

Upon arrival I checked in and was given the wrong room type. We reserved a king size bed and were given 2 doubles. I went back to reception and was told "it came across as a double and we dont have any king rooms available. I can refund your money or you can keep the double room" The woman was very nice, she was obviously in a bad position It\'s a Friday evening at 8pm. I wont be able to find something affordable and safe at this hour. While i was trying to contact my BF to see what he wanted to do , the receptionist noticed she had another person thzt hadn\'t checked in yet for a King size room. Since i was there and the other person was not, she gave me the room. Other than getting that system issue fixed, everything was good.

Clean, amazing service

Check in was easy, front desk was pleasant, room was nice and clean, love the Full size fridge, rates were good. All around a good experience

Was told my booking was confirmed after explaining I would have a late check in and tried to call the property and nobody answered. The location was closed and now my family and I are stuck at the airport with nowhere to stay.

Staff was very rude and didn’t let us check in. We only had cash for deposit and required my office to send credit card authorization, by the time we received the form it was late and we found another hotel

Everything was so close by. Staff is very friendly. Public transportation is on time

It’s a good location close to everything if you do not have a car. The rooms are clean and your get free WiFi what more can you ask for

Lot of drug use with people hanging all around the outside of the hotel. Fights and arguments and parties in parking lot until wee hours of morning.

You get what you pay for at this place.. the rooms were ok. The office personnel seemed like they didn't want to provide toilet paper to the guest. Is it too much to ask for toilet paper from a motel? We stayed an entire week the police were there everyday. There are a lot of unsavory characters that hang out at this place at night. We witnessed domestic arguments, drug deals, drug users and an attempted police raid. This is no place for children. Most definitely Do not recommend for a Disney stay. I do not recommend this place period.

It's an extended stay so there are a lot of transient types. But other than that for the price I'd definitely stay again. It was very clean and close to everything. Disney was like 15 min away. 2 Walmarts less then 2 miles and plenty of places to eat

Was not like pics. Look a little unsafe, people were hanging out outside the room playing cards looked more like a motel. Also people looked like zombies

This property did not feel safe for a tourist traveling to visit the parks. The property is an extended stay place and people live there. There was a group of people outside the room that was assigned to me and there were gathered there drinking. I felt very unsafe that I cancel my reservation and went to another hotel right away. Also, the room did not look like the pictures. It looked very old and outdated. I will never stay there again. If you are traveling with a family or small children. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff and the lobby very professional and clean. The room was better than expected. Bed very comfy, everything was clean. The pool even tho i didnt get in it look clean. It is located in 192 so theres plenty places to eat, easy access to main roads. And theres a bakery walking distance

It's a budget extended stay hotel. We found the staff , Donnie and Gabby, to be pleasant and professional. The you seemed to care about our experience. The room has a nice fridge and microwave. Beds could use a flipping or rotating but I slept well. Neighbors seemed to be long term and good spirited. Had a few families on site. The pool goes from 3'-6'. It's fenced in with nice loungers. But watch the wee ones. We were near Aldi's and Walmart and Bravo Market is a very short walk. Taino's Bakery is 300' away - great food . We enjoyed breakfast there daily. Like I said it's a budget extended stay . One I would stay in on my next business trip to the area.

Great stay. Friendly staff. I HAD NO ISSUES. Stayed for 2 nights. No roaches, 1 dead beetle. No strange noise or people. Very quiet. Tianos bakery is right next door, great place for breakfast. 15 min away from the parks about 20 bucks in uber. Its no hilton, its not a fancy resort so dont expect much. This place is perfect if your spending 12 hours at the parks amd just want a place you can shower and just sleep. PS the pools clean.

No one there EVER!! Check in was kiosk. No service, no fresh towels at all in 4 days, bathroom since cracked and in need of caulk. Only furniture in the room was a banquet chair. Kitchenette area and refrigerator was very nice but zero amenities. No coffee maker, an old plastic bucket for ice machine on a different floor.

Dirty rooms. Toilet has such weak water pressure it wouldn’t flush right. Renovations happening in the lobby so they completely shut everything down food wise…not even offering coffee. Very poor quality for the price.

Check in iwas easy. The room was clean with a refrigerator microwave and a coffee maker. Everything we needed And wanted.
