While I felt the overall stay was excellent there were two areas that seemed to need attention: 1) all the trash containers were full. At both outside entrances and at the pool 2) there were no pool towels available at the pool and when I went to ask at the front desk I was given 3 towels for a party of 5. I would definitely recommend this property. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean. The pool was very nice and the outdoor courtyard was lovely. I would stay here again!

Front Desk, specifically Josh was very helpful. Firstly we arrive shortly after 3p.m. (our check in time) and our room was not ready. We waited for about 30 mins and were informed it was still not ready. We ended up leaving to eat, since we had been traveling most of the day. And we were traveling with two small children. The pool is listed as an amenity, however, upon arrival we were informed there was no pool because of construction. This was not updated on their website. We finally get into our room hoping to shower after a long day, and there was no cold water in the master bathroom or the kitchen. The water was so hot it was painfully uncomfortable to use. The water in the second bedroom would only get lukewarm. The room had a very strong chemical smell. It smelled like glue or adhesive. It was nauseating. The only good thing about our stay was the front desk, and their customer service skills. I would not recommend this place nor would be want to stay here again.

The icemaker did not work, the bed was not very comfortable at all, and it was not as clean as I thought it should’ve been. However, the person working the front desk was very nice and really tried to help with any issues that we had.

The place is rundown. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the hallways. Looks like attempted repair to the tub with Painter. Something similar. The beds suede in the middle. Two of the three dispensers in the shower were empty.

I was quite disappointed in the room. It did not have any streaming services as the website advertised. Had I known this ahead of time, I could’ve packed my fire stick so that I didn’t have to watch everything on my laptop. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work and neither did the stovetop. The sink area in the bathroom smelled heavily of mold. The WiFi kept dropping. There were filthy handprints and smears all over the windows. And when I was returning from lunch one day I find a couple of the maintenance staff sitting outside of the side entrance smoking weed. Not that I’m opposed to that activity, I just find it highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of the people who are paying good money to stay at this establishment.

The smell was so strong and horrible in the bedroom, I called to see about switching rooms but they did not have at available. I had to prop the windows open all night but I got such a headache from the room, I felt awful. The lobby also smelled like sewer. The bathtub was destroyed. The flooring was rough.

We were not able to check-in until 4PM, the room was very nice. The bed felt good at first but was quite FIRM. The rooms are quiet, we had a room in back facing I-4, it was quiet but you could hear the traffic slightly. The breakfast buffet was pretty sad. The waffles were good though. FREE Parking was a plus!!! Was charged $3.50 additional per day when we checked out. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY, didn't notice until after we drove away...

We stayed for a week enjoying the sun, beaches, and other sites near Lake Mary. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast, and the location is great! It's only 10 minutes from SFB. Only two things to note. The garbage truck comes at 5:30 each morning and is very loud, especially if you're on the back side of the building. It was our alarm almost every day. Second, housekeeping didn't come until we asked. Even after we asked, they only came once and we had to ask again. We had to ask the front desk for towels and take out our own trash several times.

This place make look good online, but the maintenance and cleanliness are very poor. Our room smelled of Marijuana nightly (supposed to be non-smoking hotel). Bathroom tub was chipped and stained. Towel holders falling off door. Air condition barely worked. We had a two bedroom suite and the living/kitchen area had no air movement. No one came to clean for 3 days and we stayed 5 nights. Dishwasher wasn't attached to the counter and hard to open. Fridge opening was difficult; it was against the wall. Wall patching and painting was awful, trim and doors hung wrong and difficult to open and shut. Floor in our room was wet from something. Front desk was not helpful, and maintenance was not qualified after seeing terrible craftmanship everywhere. Elevator barely worked, and smelled like it needed work done. I do not recommend staying here until this hotel overhauls it rooms with a remodel. The only good thing was we had plenty of space in our suite for our family of 4 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The cleaning staff only serviced our room once in a 5 day stay, even after questioning the front desk about it. I was told and have been told at all locations that the room is serviced every other day, the front desk tried to tell me it was every third day, however it was even serviced every third day.

Room was ok. Obviously a very old hotel, but they seem to be upgrading a little. Staff at check in was nice. Checking out staff was rude. I left a day early and he basically told me I’d be charged anyways.

Our room was nice. However, upon entering the room we noticed a door handle being broken on the bedroom door and the toilet was running. We called the front desk as to not be blamed for it. He sent mantanence to fix it right away. The room was clean but the pillows were flat. The bed was not as comfortable as in past visits. The quality of the food at breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were crumbly and cold, as well as the cheese omelet the next day. Bread was stale and there was no bakery choices. This hotel is a good value but it's just different from past visits and I hope it's not going down hill like so many others.

Front staff upon check in had top notch customer service! I feel awful for not remembering her name, but I would’ve gave her 10 stars if I could’ve. She saw that we had 3 younger children, and automatically moved us to the bottom floor for convenience. Front staff upon check in had top notch customer service! I feel awful for not remembering her name, but I would’ve gave her 10 stars if I could’ve. She saw that we had 3 younger children, and automatically moved us to the bottom floor for convenience. Totally unacceptable! We tried to check in early, but the room was not ready. Understandable, and we were told that of the 2 available room types that we booked (2 bedroom, 2 bath Suite), that ours would be available soon. The young man at the desk (Josh) took my phone # and said he would call me when the Suite was ready. I checked my phone periodically all afternoon, but never received a call. When we returned later that evening, well past check-in time, we were told that our room type was not available. The young woman at the desk (Kristin) was confused why we were told what we were told earlier in the day, stating that Josh should have recognized this? She did everything that she could in terms of making things 'right' with us. She booked us into two rooms, but they were not connecting, which defeats the whole purpose of our booking a Suite. She also went on to explain that often times 3rd Party Sites (such as Hotels.com) do not recognize the TRUE rooms inventory of what is actually available. I do not understand this! When I booked the reservation, the Hotels.com website stated that there were 2 of this specific room type still available. I selected one of those available Suites.

We were not able to check-in until 4PM, the room was very nice. The bed felt good at first but was quite FIRM. The rooms are quiet, we had a room in back facing I-4, it was quiet but you could hear the traffic slightly. The breakfast buffet was pretty sad. The waffles were good though. FREE Parking was a plus!!! Was charged $3.50 additional per day when we checked out. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY, didn't notice until after we drove away...

We checked in the 31st and I mentioned to the front desk if the coffee could be replaced because it was cold, to my knowledge that wasn’t done and then the next morning there was no coffee or breakfast at all, it was a little disappointing because I chose this hotel because of the breakfast instead of staying with the rest of the family I travelled with.

Our room was nice. However, upon entering the room we noticed a door handle being broken on the bedroom door and the toilet was running. We called the front desk as to not be blamed for it. He sent mantanence to fix it right away. The room was clean but the pillows were flat. The bed was not as comfortable as in past visits. The quality of the food at breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were crumbly and cold, as well as the cheese omelet the next day. Bread was stale and there was no bakery choices. This hotel is a good value but it's just different from past visits and I hope it's not going down hill like so many others.

The room was missing a remote control for one of the TVs. They didn't have one. Bought popcorn at the Little market in the hotel and the bag was opened and yet they still were trying to sell it. At breakfast, there was only 1 person who was stocking the food. The hotel was sold out and so one would think more than one staff member would be working the crowded breakfast. Milk was warm, food was not restocked, normal breakfast items like juice was not available, silverware and plates not available. The worker just kept pulling 2-4 plates from the dirty dishes and would only put them back after she cleaned them. Since we had a problem with our room, I asked for documentation of the difficulties and was told I would be reimbursed points for my stay. 8 was rudely told no - we don't do that. As a Hilton Honors member for many many years - poor service. Would look to other places to stay next time.

I really love this hotel. Our room was like a little apartment with a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Everything was clean and smell well. ( I chose a non-smoking room and I always bring scents from hime just in case). I just used a little bit on this hotel. The pool is small but it was clean and they have towels and balls for the kids to play. The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels I have been in ( with hot food). I really lived the experience here... and I would definitely return.

The hotel / room was decent. You can definitely tell it could use some extra cleaning / updating ( some staining on the carpet in the hall, you could tell the bathtub had been painted and the bottom of the shower was starting to peel, the evaluators could probably use a cleaning) but overall this hotel worked great for our family of 3. ( two adults and a 4 year old)The pool was warm, breakfast was decent and had a lot of options and the on site laundry was great to have.

Breakfast was very good - fresh, constantly refilled, the staff who worked it obviously took pride and was very pleasant every single morning. Rooms are clean and inviting, well stocked. Beds and bed pillows were comfortable. Ample outlets and USB charging ports at the bedside were much appreciated. Bathroom has a separate vanity outside of the shower and toilet, which is always nice. There was plenty of counter space around the sink. The vanity was well lit. Two exceptions in the bathroom itself: first is that it lacked towel bars. This may be due to remodeling, and maybe they were missed being reinstalled for the bath towels. Hanging a towel on the hook on the back of the door that is then pushed against the wall does not allow a towel to dry for the next use. The toilet had issues draining for the duration of my stay, and I reported it twice, borrowed a plunger once from housekeeping, they sent someone in to work on it, but it was still slow, so I reported it again at my check out. I suggested that there may be a clog way down in the pipe that needs a good roto rooter attention. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and welcoming. I visit this area often and this hotel moved up on my list of preferred places for my lodging.
