It's an older hotel that needs updating. I didn't realize it was a street door entrance. Will not stay there again. Service was very nice.

The room looked clean, but reeked of chlorine- we kept the door open for over an hour to air it out. One of the feral cats from the parking lot decided to visit our room with the door open, so we shooed it out. When we walked across the floor in socks, the socks were dirty on the bottom. Breakfast was good, and the manager was busy cleaning as well as tending to the desk. It was the best available option for this exit off I-10 instead of traveling an additional 90 miles.

We stayed here while visiting family in Live Oak. Our room was older but clean and the staff were all very nice. I also felt safe in this area. It was convenient to all things Live Oak. We did splash around in the pool one afternoon and had it to ourselves so that was also nice. The hotel parking is next to a pasture so it was neat to get up early and watch the longhorns. If you are looking for a Hilton experience this is not it but it is a solid mid hotel.

I was a little disappointed in the building. The picture showed lobby entrance to rooms, it was drive up. The hasp on the door security had screws missing. The lady at the desk when i checked in spoke from behind a wall asking me if i had a reservation or not before she came out.

The Expedia app directions are wrong. Google maps also didn't bring us there directly. Thi is a motel, not an inn.

Overall clean property. Shower head was disgusting …looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Too many cats for my comfort running in my direction as I returned to the hotel with food. Spots on bedspread. Bed mattresses and pillows provided comfort.

Seemed ok but there were men sitting in their trucks for hours in the back and it was uncomfortable to go outside the room without feeling they were casing your vehicle and watching us.

A lot of mold in bathroom. Rack to hang clothes and hangers were very rusty. Bath towels ad holes in them. Sheets were stained. Bugs on floor.

Telephone was broken, the TV remote batteries were dead, the coffee maker was filthy, and water poured out of the iron. I spoke with the front desk and was told that the phone system was down, but they would fix everything else. They did nothing.

The room smelled STRONGLY of mold, cat urine and chemicals. Mold on walls and ceiling. If it hadn’t been 1 am and our only option we wouldn’t have stayed and probably should’ve slept in the truck. The shower either burned you, froze you or didn’t work. AC\\Heat did not work. Family left with sinus congestion and headaches. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

I stayed in 3 different rooms, Bathroom is awful!! , they were dirty, exhaust fan not working or really really loud, stained sheets, bad lights, stay away from this hotel!!

I was exceptionally satisfied - right on time for a last minute stay. The front desk Staff was super helpful, accommodating and our room was Super clean and peaceful too. We'll be back - zero complaints.

This place was horrible! It was so bad , we left and went 30 minutes down the road to another hotel at 11at night. Dirty sheets, dirty rooms, the doors did not close completely. The only good thing about this hotel was the lady at the desk.

Clean comfortable bed. Included micro wave and refrigerator so nice perks. Room smelled like a cat was living there but definitely not. Partially updated, but definitely not new.

It was a convenient location for the Music Festival we were attending. It is obviously very outdated, but it totally served it's purpose! Nice shower, beds were comfy!

The property itself was ok. The check-in staff acted as he didn't know where my room was. The directions he gave me to my room was not correct. As such, I had to drive around the entire hotel to find my room. Something happened to cause the water to go off around 2 a.m. It was not on by the time I checked out around 6:30 a.m. I informed the staff and asked if I would receive a discount. The check-out staff was so nonchalant about the problem and didn't apologize or even offer a bottle of water so I could wash my face or brush my teeth!

Check in was super easy. The clerk was very nice. Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast in the morning was pretty basic but sufficient. We'd stay here again.

Absolutely horrible service and management. They came in my door while I was sleeping and demanded me to get out immediately. I overslept and was only a few min past checkout and was treated very rudely. I wanted time to shower quick and pack my stuff properly but was forced out of the room, they would not give me any extra time. I've never had such a horrible checkout experience in my life!!

Checked in very late and the front desk was very helpful and very quick. For a place just to lay head to catch some sleep after a long, late night drive, it’s fine.

The check in policy states you have to check in by 7 am. The reservation was released at 6 am just before the party arrived.

The staff was lovely. The breakfast was fine. The rooms have poor circulation. No fan in the bathroom. Only a ac under the window. The rooms needed updating five years ago.
