Mehrere Restaurants mit exzellenten Speisen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Großartiges Sport- und Freizeitangebot, riesiges Fitnesscenter mit modernsten Geräten. In allen Bereichen super freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter/innen! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

we stayed last year for 3 weeks and chose to take 3 weeks again this year. this hotel has to be one of the best hotels in this price range in the whole world. everything is sublime. the whole area is fantastically well-maintained. the staff is extremely friendly. the restaurants are international world class. tennis, squash, fitness, kids room, the beach, their farm, cycle track, the fantastically beautiful pool, the many pool areas, magnificent breakfast buffet, show in the evening. I could go on. coming again!

Alt skilte sig faktisk ud, men mest den sindssyge riverpool. Det var vidunderligt, og så det smilende personale. Maden på hotellet var ret pricy, men også virkelig god. Ville man spare lidt, var de nærliggende strandrestauranter gode og billige.

Sehr schöne, ständig gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Umlaufpool. Essen war großartig, auch außerhalb der Hotelanlage (rechts vom Meer aus gesehen). Sehr breiter und sauberer Strand. Genügend Liegen vorhanden, kleine WaSpo Station (SUP, BodyBoard, Kajak, kostenlos).

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Einrichtungen wie beispielsweise riesiger Outdoorpool, Fitnesscenter, Spielzimmer mit Billiard, Tischtennis u.v.m, Squashcourt, Tennisplätze und einer Jogging und Fahrradstrecke. Es gibt ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, viele Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und Serviceorientiert.

Far from anything but an excellent beach and the most amazing pool I have ever seen. A huge collection of lagoons canals and big pools plus kiddie pools. Our room had direct access to a chest high canal type pool which connected to the huge central pool. Lots of eating choices including inexpensive non-hotel Thai eateries adjacent to the beach. Very good breakfast buffet. A lot of walking because this is a huge property. Uncrowded and clean beach. The room was large attractive and clean though a bit dated. All in all the best Marriott I have ever stayed in and one of the best hotels.

I’d like to thank the entire JW Marriott team for an outstanding and memorable stay. The check-in was smooth and efficient, the room was spacious, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, and every member of staff we encountered — from the concierge to housekeeping and the breakfast team — was warm, professional and eager to help. A special mention goes to Water, whose kindness and attentive service truly elevated our experience. Thank you for the flawless service and attention to detail — we’ll be back for future celebrations and will continue to recommend JW Marriott to friends and family.

Lovely resort with spacious rooms and large balconies. Plenty of pool options for swimming in this very large resort. Grounds were very well kept. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. A very relaxing and comfortable stay with the option of dining at local restaurants on either side of the resort boundaries.

정말 좋았습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 침대도 베개도 쿠션도 편해요 객실 정비를 두번이나 해주었고 중간에 물이나 다른것이 더 필요하지는 않는지 확인방문까지 해줬습니다. 모든 시설이 다 이용가능했으며 관리가 잘 이뤄지고 있어 불편한 것을 하나도 찾을 수 없었습니다. 특히 일식당이 높은 수준으로 맛이 훌륭했고 최고 좋은 서비스를 받았습니다. 태국에서 다양한 호텔에 머물렀지만 조식당에서 망고 과일을 먹을 수 있는 곳은 JW가 유일했습니다. 프라이빗 비치에 선베드가 넉넉했고 타올도 무제한으로 쓸 수 있음. 각종 해양레저 장비를 대여해 파도타기를 할 수 있고 밤에는 불쇼도 함. 준비 잘 되어 있는 시설과 꽉 찬 액티비티가 다 매일 진행되고 있어서 좀 더 있고 싶었음. 강력하게 추천함. 가족, 연인, 친구 누가 가도 만족할만한 곳임.

Bel hotel, au bord d'une plage magnifique et au calme. La plage fait plusieurs kilomètres et il y a peu d'hotels autour. Superbe piscine. Chambre très confortable et bien aménagée. Personnel d'entretien très compétent pour les chambres. Points négatifs: - Hotel très familial mais pas d'espaces "calme" pour les couples... A déconseiller pour un séjour "romantique". - Plage très mal gérée: beaucoup de client réservent des transats dès le matin qu'ils n'utilisent que beaucoup plus tard, et l'hotel laisse faire... De plus, on peut se faire livrer boissons et nourritures au transat, mais personne ne vient les récupérer avant le soir, donc la nourriture traine sur place... Enfin, la plage elle-même n'est pas nettoyée: nous avons plusieurs fois ramassé des morceaux de verres sur la plage... - Restaurants chers pour le pays avec une qualité variable

Vi bokade 2 rum för 5 personer. Vi firade min mans 50-års dag, så bad hotellet om anslutande rum i önskemål, men det hade de inte. Vi fick 2 stycken väldig mögliga rum i vuxenavdelningen. (Gamla avdelningen) så illa så att vi fick huvudvärk och täppta näsor. Vi fick nya rum efter att vi sa till. De var jättefräscha. Bra att bo i den nya delen vid barnpoolen. Frukosten var fantastisk! Läget var bra och servicen toppen!

Vi bokade 2 rum för 5 personer. Vi firade min mans 50-års dag, så bad hotellet om anslutande rum i önskemål, men det hade de inte. Vi fick 2 stycken väldig mögliga rum i vuxenavdelningen. Highly recommend this resort. Lovely staff, super accommodating. Food was yummy and the resort in general was clean and well maintained. Some of the restaurants were on the more expensive side but that was expected. There’s a free shuttle if you’re also interested in visiting the local markets.

Excellent resort, food was amazing with 8 restaurants and catered well for food allergies (gluten free). Very clean inside and out with friendly service. Pool access room was great for relaxing and there were plenty of activities for rainy days as well. Would definitely stay again.

Tolles Hotel! Wunderbarer Pool (sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt) und schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Restaurants sind absolut spitze! Die Thai Küche und das Sushi waren herausragend. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und machen dieses Hotel zu etwas besonderem. Sie geben dem Hotel einen schönen persönlichen Touch. Man kommt durch das Personal der Thai Kultur näher. Ein ganz besonderes Hotel wo wir immer wieder sehr gerne hinkommen. Einfach fantastisch!

Lovely resort with spacious rooms and large balconies. Plenty of pool options for swimming in this very large resort. Grounds were very well kept. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. A very relaxing and comfortable stay with the option of dining at local restaurants on either side of the resort boundaries.

Das JW im Namen des Resorts steht für die luxuriösere Variante der Hotelkette. Dies haben wir die ganze Zeit während des Aufenthalts auch so empfunden. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet mit eigenem Zugang zum Pool. Der Service für die Zimmer oder auf der gesamten Hotelanlage, im Frühstücksraum, im Restaurant oder an der Lobby ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Frühstücksangebot ist das Beste was wir jemals hatten. Wir haben nur ein Restaurant auf der Anlage probiert. Dort haben wir die beste Pizza und Tiramisu gegessen, die wir jemals hatten. Der Pool ist wirklich unschlagbar riesig und erstreckt sich über 3 KM. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Great property, it has everything you need. The layout makes it easy to get around and cater for both families and adults. Only advice is to ask for a villa with a balcony roof as some don't have one and it means you can't really sit outside in your villa.

Excellent resort, food was amazing with 8 restaurants and catered well for food allergies (gluten free). Very clean inside and out with friendly service. Pool access room was great for relaxing and there were plenty of activities for rainy days as well. Would definitely stay again.

Very good and friendly service, top beach, great food, great pool! Unfortunately there are a few very bad rooms, which you probably get if you don't book through large travel agencies. We had a room by the wave pool. The wave pool makes a very loud and very high pitched whistling sound, so that the balcony of the room was practically unusable. This noise was, in my opinion, a health hazard. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable for the JW Marriott brand.

Far from anything but an excellent beach and the most amazing pool I have ever seen. A huge collection of lagoons canals and big pools plus kiddie pools. Our room had direct access to a chest high canal type pool which connected to the huge central pool. Lots of eating choices including inexpensive non-hotel Thai eateries adjacent to the beach. Very good breakfast buffet. A lot of walking because this is a huge property. Uncrowded and clean beach. The room was large attractive and clean though a bit dated. All in all the best Marriott I have ever stayed in and one of the best hotels.

The service was 5 star. We loved our pool access room. The kids could happily swim while we could sit and watch. A good range of restaurants with delicious food. Olive restaurant was our favourite. Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

I’d like to thank the entire JW Marriott team for an outstanding and memorable stay. The check-in was smooth and efficient, the room was spacious, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, and every member of staff we encountered — from the concierge to housekeeping and the breakfast team — was warm, professional and eager to help. A special mention goes to Water, whose kindness and attentive service truly elevated our experience. Thank you for the flawless service and attention to detail — we’ll be back for future celebrations and will continue to recommend JW Marriott to friends and family.

We had such an incredible stay at JW Marriott Khao Lak. The staff and service was mostly amazing. We had an odd experience on 13th Oct night at Olive where the staff got our booking and orders wrong. It felt as if they were subpar service staff members compared to all the other experiences we had a JW Marriott. The hotel is mostly pram friendly which was great when walking around with our 1yo daughter. Overall we had such an incredible time and can't wait togo back!

Excellent facilities, friendly staff who provided excellent service, clean, grounds were beautifully kept, food was delicious and having the voucher (full board) worked out good value. We stayed in block 7 with a swim up terrace which was perfect. Would highly recommend this place. We stayed for pur honeymoon and it was perfect for us. Its not walkable to the town (only beach bars allng the beach) so it is remote, but they offer a paid shuttle service to town which we used twice.

Excellent beach, lovely hotel facilities, various dining options. Staff is very friendly, although restaurant staff need some proper training. Overall we had really relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. Would recommend Khao Lak beach and JW Marriott to everyone who is looking for a family friendly holiday destination.

Highly recommend this resort. Lovely staff, super accommodating. Food was yummy and the resort in general was clean and well maintained. Some of the restaurants were on the more expensive side but that was expected. There’s a free shuttle if you’re also interested in visiting the local markets.

They are so extreme understaffed. Waitingtimes in the restaurants are huge. During breakfast we had to order every coffee twice until we got it. The people themselves are so nice but I thing not enough.

Exklusivit boende som man inte hinner utnyttja. För barnfamiljer finns det mesta att aktivera med. Det blir för stort och mycket av allt så mysigheten försvinner och man är ett Får i skocken. Poolen kan man simna någon km utan att vända. Frukost är nog bland det bästa och det finns en vuxen del av den och stranden, kan vara skönt om man inte har barn med sig.

The on-property farm and bike trail was a surprise, and super cool. Great beach. Local bar/restaurant next door was a delight. Property is a very cool deisgn, and will be great when Marriott completes renovation. Very good design. Typical, overpriced, but that is a marriott standard as always, lol... Still a great property, at a great beach, in a cool town, with super nice people.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa in April, 2024. The room and beach were great. The facility itself is enormous, far more so than I had realized when I booked our stay. It's a Marriott, so expect meals to be priced double (or triple) what you might pay at nearby (and far less fancy) restaurants; indeed, meals were priced a good bit higher than what we had paid at similar or nicer hotels in Seam Reap, Bangkok and Hanoi. Perhaps the absence of high end competition is the reason. In any event, the resort is somewhat isolated (1.25 hours from Phuket and 15 mins from the nearby town) and if you don't mind the scale of the property worth considering.

Mehrere Restaurants mit exzellenten Speisen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Großartiges Sport- und Freizeitangebot, riesiges Fitnesscenter mit modernsten Geräten. In allen Bereichen super freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter/innen! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

The hotel was really great, every part of it, especially the restaurants. The only issue we had was that even we booked half board 2 adults 1 child at the checkin there was an issue with the child as the hotel mentioned the dinner was not included. It would be great in the future to avoid such situations

Alt skilte sig faktisk ud, men mest den sindssyge riverpool. Det var vidunderligt, og så det smilende personale. Maden på hotellet var ret pricy, men også virkelig god. Ville man spare lidt, var de nærliggende strandrestauranter gode og billige.

Overall, we had an excellent stay at the hotel. The only drawback was the fact that the air-conditioning in our two rooms could not be adjusted properly. No matter how high we set it, it would be freezing cold when we enter, like hitting a wall of cold. So when coming from 30+ degrees and hitting 20° it is uncomfortably cold. But this is a minor complaint.

Loved every second of our stay. It’s our fourth vacation at JW Khao Lak in three years and we keep coming back. Our room was nice and tidy. The restaurants were excellent (special shoutout to the staff att Sakura). The staff at the kids club were always happy and sweet. Loved the new gym and the yoga classes! Cant wait to come back!
