This place was pretty bad. The floor had obviously not been cleaned. It was full of dirt and dust. I ended up keeping my sandals on as I walked around the room. I scooted a towel around on the floor and it was black because of all the dirt. The walls and doors were all dirty. The bathtub would not drain. The air conditioning was off and took about an hour for the room to cool down so it took me a while to fall asleep. The lady at the front desk was very sweet though. I didn’t bother with the breakfast.

This hotel has been in a steady state of disrepair for several years. I visit Miami once a year and always stayed here because it is close to where I visit. This year my room's lights would flicker and dim everytime I plugged anything into the wall, the room reaked of cigarette smoke (supposed to be non-smoking), and I left covered in bed bug bites.

The entire hotel must have been covered in mold because i could not stop sneezing and itching. I was there for a medical procedure and i was not allowed to take any over-the-counter medicines. So i suffered throughout my stay. I thought i might have a cold.The sneezing stopped the minute i got into my car, so itvwas definitely an allergy situation at the hotel.

Everything was very good except the water temperature in the shower fluctuated greatly during a shower. It would go from a normal temperature to ice cold or too hot several times in one showering. Do not know if it was just the room i was in (104) or if the problem was in every room.

While the front desk staff was lovely, the rooms themselves need work. The room and bed are comfortable but I kept finding hair everywhere: shower walls, on the duvet and bed linens and on the floor. The walls are thin, to the point I kept on hearing when people were using their bathroom, warming up their food in the microwave or even when their phones would go off. Kept on being woken up every hour by somebody walking past my room or just doing something in their rooms. Eventually, I gave up on sleeping around 7:30 am. Right now, as I’m writing this, the guest next door turned on their tv and I had to raise the volume on mine as I could barely hear it.

We pulled up to the hotel and it was a lot more run down than we expected for the price that we paid. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was meh, very outdated. We were excited to see a Peruvian restaurant attached to the hotel and wanted to eat there for dinner; however, the prices drove us to Panera. The breakfast was decent and held where the Peruvian restaurant is at night. The best thing about this hotel was the pool area, and it was so cold when we stayed we didn't even get to enjoy it. We did not like the fact that people were loitering outside our room just about all night; did not make us feel safe. Highly double we will stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Customer service was exceptional! The bed was clean and comfortable. The peruvian restaurant located adjacent to hotel registration was amazing!!!! The cons are the noise from main road was horrible, the noise of our AC unit was unbearable, and the noise of people walking by our room was ridiculous. The building and rooms are outdated and need a thorough deep cleaning in the corners.

Was a good stay at motel. All was good except we had a problem with the shower faucet at first and thought it was broken. It was very stiff and unusually hard to pull on. Once we figured this out it was ok. Also, typical motel, some people with loud car engines or motorcycles started very early in the morning. Room and bed were good. Location was great for out purposes. We will stay there again when visiting family.

I would call this property a motel, not a hotel. Room had a horrible moldy smell. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not comfortable. On a busy street so a lot of traffic noise. Housekeeping knocked on door way too early (several hours) before checkout time. Staff were friendly.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable but the facilities are not worth the nearly $200 a night that I paid. The room was very small and the hotel is setup like a road motel with each room having access directly from the parking lot. For the money I was expecting a lot more comfort and class.

The staff was awesome and very nice. Two days my TV was not working, one night my door key did not work, so the front desk had to go and get the master key and lastly the room was not clean. Really needed a good cleaning.

The room I initially had was a room with a connecting door. The people in the other room were smoking etc which came through the connecting doors. I went to the front desk to ask about another room and they found one and did not charge me extra for the room. Very efficient and understanding

The customer service at the desk was amazing. Only issue was that I had to go back two different times to reactivate my room key. Not sure if there was something on my person that caused the key to get demagnetized. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Bathroom door was broken. It took 1 day to get an extra blanket. Front desk was rude with me and threatening after they screwed up the reservation when I added an extra day at check in. They told me I had not paid even though I paid for the extra day. I would not stay here again.

Bathroom door was broken. It took 1 day to get an extra blanket. Front desk was rude with me and threatening after they screwed up the reservation when I added an extra day at check in. They told me I had not paid even though I paid for the extra day. I would not stay here again.

This is a good place to stay as long as you don't want a view. It's next to a Publix and other stores so there is traffic noise, sirens, etc. The wi-fi worked fine and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, yogurt and if you're early enough a bagel. The only negative was that the mini frig did not have a freezer section so I could not refreeze my ice pouches.

Excellent place to stay. Staff is awesome. I had to drive to the court house in downtown Miami. The across the street is a busway that takes you directly to the metro rail which stops directly at the courthouse. The staff knew which bus was a non stop and the times of pick up. Made my day as driving and parking on downtown Miami is not pleasurable. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast waffles are the best in Miami

It was good. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was convenient to have, not having to go out early. It was the basics but we were grateful to have it. We didn’t use the housekeeping because of our dogs but were provided with what was needed. The bed was comfortable. The water in the shower did change temperature several times.

I stayed there 3 nights and I would rate the property. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not good at all. I went down there 2 of the 3 mornings, early in the morning, then again around 10 am, and there was nothing hot to eat, other than etes. There was no meat or potatoes, or any thing else. The waffle maker seem to be a hu, but I dont like waffles.
