Liked that the pool was open until 11 pm I asked for more pool towels because there was only 2 and we had 3 people and the guy at the counter gave me an attitude. When they cleaned our room they did not restock the coffee or cups

Nice and clean property on the interior. The entire parking area is covered in low hanging trees so it makes impossible to drive without hitting into tree branches. The ac in my unit was loud but didn’t impact my sleep. Overall, clean and friendly staff. Location is close to many shops and restaurants.

Quiet and clean hotel in good shape. Checked in and out quickly and very easily. No extra hidden charges. Staff was always around and pleasant. Plenty of parking that was not an additional cost. Our room was comfortable with a large king bed that was in great shape. The room included a small microwave and fridge which was very handy. It would have been a perfect stay if there was a complimentary breakfast but alas there was not. The only fresh food option was a small bistro/bar setup that we tried the second day and the food was tasty but very tiny portions and overpriced. For three breakfast plates with 2 juices it was 80 dollars.. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Would definetly return.

Our stay was great! We were able to still check in pass the alloted time but we called ahead first. The facilities were great. Room was clean and tidy, everything worked well and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the iron amd ironing board, closet with hangers etc.

When we reached to the hotel a lady was complaining about her muffler being sawed off and her car being vandalized. We persisted and checked in. The staff is limited and unresponsive. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned although we persistently asked. First they said they clean every two days.. but they never showed up. We begged for extra towels and condiments. I wouls never stay at this location again. Mariott needs to take their name off it. Because it is not up to standard.

The location is great and super close the highway, there are many dining options very close and the hotel is quite and clean. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room offers a remote workplace and a mini fridge, plenty of pillows and cozy mattress. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

My room needed repairs and upkeep in the bathroom. Had to unplugged the mini fridge it was so noisy. The air-conditioner fluctuated in the nights and the TV in the room was so awkwardly placed behind a partition wall that I could hardly watch it in bed. All in all, not the best property, but the staff was nice and accommodating where they could help.

Was quiet and clean, didn't like that there was not a phone in the room ...only phone was by the elevators, so to call front desk had to lookup number and call front desk from cellphone. I know a lot of hotels are doing this now but just does not feel safe or convenient. The receptionists were very nice and let us check out at 1. Very accommodating staff and super easy fast check in.

I was traveling solo and the room had all I needed - a clean room, comfortable King bed, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. Plus there was a bistro, a fitness center (which I used), and a swimming pool. The neighborhood was super clean, and had a shopping center with plenty of dining options.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Jade was awesome in taking care of my concerns right away and so was the rep that check me in

The hotel was nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. I wish it wasn’t cold so we could’ve got in the nice looking pool and jacuzzi. I just wouldn’t book this hotel again. My family and I were talking and enjoying ourselves and I guess grumpy people in the rooms next to us called front desk and complained because they were trying to sleep. The hotel walls aren’t sound proof so any noise you’ll be able to hear everything. When front desk called we turned down the tv and started speaking lower. The front desk woman came to our door to repeat herself. I told her we apologize and will keep it down. She still added at the end if she has to come again she will call the police . We felt that was so extreme and uncalled for. It’s not like we were fighting and causing a scene. Then I went downstairs to get a parking pass and soon as I gave the front desk man my room number he said “Oh the loud room” that was so unnecessary and wasn’t funny at all. Spent all that money for the weekend just for us to have to whisper and can’t let the kids enjoy and be themselves because we were afraid to be kicked out and police get called on us. Never experienced nothing like this at a hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. I wish it wasn’t cold so we could’ve got in the nice looking pool and jacuzzi. I just wouldn’t book this hotel again. My family and I were talking and enjoying ourselves and I guess grumpy people in the rooms next to us called front desk and complained because they were trying to sleep. The hotel walls aren’t sound proof so any noise you’ll be able to hear everything. When front desk called we turned down the tv and started speaking lower. The front desk woman came to our door to repeat herself. I told her we apologize and will keep it down. She still added at the end if she has to come again she will call the police . We felt that was so extreme and uncalled for. It’s not like we were fighting and causing a scene. Then I went downstairs to get a parking pass and soon as I gave the front desk man my room number he said “Oh the loud room” that was so unnecessary and wasn’t funny at all. Spent all that money for the weekend just for us to have to whisper and can’t let the kids enjoy and be themselves because we were afraid to be kicked out and police get called on us. Never experienced nothing like this at a hotel.

1.5 mile walk to great outdoors mall with lots of shopping/dining/breakfast options, all sidewalk one street crossing. Less than 1/2 mile to anything you need. Lobby & common areas clean & hotel staff friendly. Grounds kept up and well lit. Room was perfectly arranged for rest and occasional work. Thanks!

The location is great and super close the highway, there are many dining options very close and the hotel is quite and clean. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room offers a remote workplace and a mini fridge, plenty of pillows and cozy mattress. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Together with its quiet neiborhood, I especially like its location with ease to access I-75 and Florida's turnpike,for north and south bound destinations also it's near to Pines blvd where I usually find all my eatings and shoppings. Thank you for friendly staff.

It said free continental breakfast , false advertising on web sight. Breakfast was very expensive but staff was very nice and accommodating .. rugs in room needs to be shampooed on regular base my feet got dirty almost right away .. Beds where very clean .

Quiet and clean hotel in good shape. Checked in and out quickly and very easily. No extra hidden charges. Staff was always around and pleasant. Plenty of parking that was not an additional cost. Our room was comfortable with a large king bed that was in great shape. The room included a small microwave and fridge which was very handy. It would have been a perfect stay if there was a complimentary breakfast but alas there was not. The only fresh food option was a small bistro/bar setup that we tried the second day and the food was tasty but very tiny portions and overpriced. For three breakfast plates with 2 juices it was 80 dollars.. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Would definetly return.

The property is quite nice. Rooms are comfortable. There is no breakfast option for $5 as advertised and the in-house coffee provider serves old/stale coffee in the morning. Speaking English was a struggle for the server also. Better to drive to the Starbucks 2 minutes away and get better options. I also suggest all the staff be able to speak English

I was disappointed with my stay, particularly given the standards I normally expect from a Marriott property. The check-in experience was poor. The front desk staff said very little beyond pointing me towards the room. There was no mention of whether breakfast was included, no explanation of the hotel facilities, and no information about the check-out time. It felt impersonal and lacked the basic welcome and service I’d expect. Unfortunately, the room itself was also disappointing. It had a strange, unpleasant smell, and there were used coffee bags left in the coffee machine from a previous guest, which suggested the room hadn’t been thoroughly checked before my arrival. Overall, the stay just wasn’t enjoyable and fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Marriott.
