Nice and affordable, family and pet- friendly hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable laundry and dog park available. However parking was tight, mattress had a ‘dip’ and there was not a continental breakfast. Pretty clean, everything was in working order.. Overall a nice and peaceful stay

We made a good choice with this hotel for our 3 night stay. Staff was friendly. Exterior, lobby and rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. In - room jacuzzi tub was great. Parking was sufficient but spaces had to be tight to give everyone a spot. Surrounding area appeared to be safe. There were a half dozen reasonably priced restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The negatives were minimal: showerhead water pressure was pretty bad and ice machines couldn't meet demand.

Alright,... The security aside, The front desk staff is generally cool with me. The rooms are clean. The pool is attended to. You have some expected maintenance upcoming, for the most part in the bathrooms,... Exhaust fans , bathtub drains and shower curtain mounts. Oh and you might want to address updating 3rd lock on the top of the Guests room doors.

The lobby and rooms were very clean. Front desk very friendly and professional. I’ve started here before, this was my second time and I’ll probably stay here again on my next visit. You cannot beat the price. Also the pool was a nice addition to my stay. The pool was small but very clean.

The staff at check were great! Very friendly. The room was super clean. The window did leak a little when there was a heavy down pour. The vending machines were pretty empty. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Overall, one of the nicer red roofs Ive stayed in. Would stay again

Staff was wonderful, helping me Check-in and the location was fine for and one night stay as I was driving up to Georgia.I did notice that the exterior safety door did never seem to properly latch at night for safety. Room was adequate and bed comfortable.

Got there late was tired room was not clean Ask for a new room he said he need to go make sure that the room was really Dirty but they give me a room that was clean Soaps dispensers did not work Fell off the wall i ask for the room to be clean that was done but there Love the bathroom sink dirty and i didn't even Dirty it There was thing suff all over the In the Bathroom sync they did not put the Garbage cans back.Where they were supposed to go.They were left by the front door .

Very nice and clean hotel for the price range we paid. As we walked in into our room, it seemed very nicely cleaned, and fresh. Overall facility condition is good, customer service is great, would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for a budget friendly option.

Our room had a strong smell of mold, hair in the bathtub, stained soap dispensers, and dirty bedding. We were scared to walk from our car because of individuals smoking and exchanging substances in the hotel's parking lot. Stay away from this property!

Traveled from GA to FL once I arrived at the hotel at 2:00am customer service was awful and my room was infected with bugs. I went to go get hotel staff came in to check the room and was basically told that the bugs was dead but if I wanted to change rooms I can… well duhh I want a different room ma’am dahelly!!! I didn’t pay $100+ to sleep uncomfortably with roaches…

The young man working at the front desk was very helpful. I guess this is what you call a great price nowadays. The spring mattress is subpar. The Ac fan is rattling and the highway is noisy. From all I can see, the place is clean.

Clean property, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The only negative about the room was that the beds were a bit springy-could feel the springs in the mattress. However, the bed was still comfortable enough for a good sleep.

Had an unexpected stop in Ocala and just booked something close to interstate and it was a pleasant stay. Comfy beds, AC got room cooold, which was amazing to me. (It's my biggest complaints about most hotels) quick and convenient on and off to I-75 and location is a quiet area. If ever in the area again, this is the hotel I would choose again.

Nice room. It was very clean, but our biggest complaint was the bed, which could've used a new mattress! Not as bad as we thought it was going to be for sleeping, but was definitely pretty well used. A little lumpy - had some "depressions" in it and a few springs here and there that hit you in the wrong places! Took a bit of effort to get comfortable, but once we each found the right spot, we slept pretty well.

The location was conveniently close to I75 and SR 40. The bed was comfortable. The room was noisy. We could hear the TV from the room next door and there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

The staff was very kind and friendly at check-in and we had requested a first floor room near the hotel entrance which they happily accommodated. The manager Bridget was especially welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

The staff was great. I cannot blame them at all. They were very helpful. However, fire alarms went off at around midnight, it was the third time that day. I'm traveling with small children, I take no chances. Spent about an hour outside waiting for them to go off along with a bunch of other Hotel guests who ended up leaving at that time. I expected to be compensated with some kind of discount for my stay. I have been in a hotel before where fire alarms went off through the night and I did not even have to ask, they just refunded my night. I understand that the staff cannot control the alarms, but the hotel needs to be responsible for making sure guests have a pleasant experience during their stay... its basic customer service, Especially when the alarms were triggered by people smoking inside their room... At least that's what we were told us upon checking out. I spoke to the lady at the counter who took my info so the manager could give me a call. The lady was very pleasant and very professional. It has been over a week and I'm still waiting for the manager to call me. They told me they could not refund my money because I had booked through orbitz. I understand the while 3rd party booking thing. Again, it's been over a week and I'm still waiting for the manager to call me.

We had originally booked a room on the second floor by mistake, and the check-in clerk was nice enough to change all the paperwork and put us on the ground floor despite a large line checking in behind me she was really sweet

Staff at the front desk not friendly at check in. Gave us a room that was in the process of being cleaned. Had to go back to the front desk and let them know the room was not ready. The room that they gave us, while clean, half of the light bulbs were burnt out, toilet seat was only secured by one bolt, security chain on the door was not secure, Bath tub was nasty. All outside trash cans were over flowing with trash. The experience was very disappointing. However, i stayed at this same hotel only a week before and would have repeated a previous 5 star rating. Someone, was having a bad day. There seems to be a lack of security there at night also room maintenance seems to be lacking. Someone need to turn this place around.

This was perfect for a quick one night stop over after a late night flight arrival and an early morning departure. It was super convenient and Lisa at the front desk was very nice and parking was easy as well. I felt safe which is important for a solo woman traveler. I also like that they have hardwood floors in the rooms, feels a lot cleaner.

It was super convenient and Lisa at the front desk was very nice and parking was easy as well. I felt safe which is important for a solo woman traveler. I also like that they have hardwood floors in the rooms, feels a lot cleaner.

I stayed here for one night and unfortunately I forgot my gold earrings in the restroom. I called the receptionist and asked her several times to check because I left them just one day prior there and were a memory from my mother. She told me she would check and call back never called me and told me they weren’t there. They stole my earrings and were totally unresponsive and rude! Never will stay there anymore I am so disappointed!

The person checking me in didn’t speak very good English. Made it hard to communicate. Hotel is not located near anything convenient like shopping or dining. Spend a little more money and go a couple exits further for a nicer hotel and better shopping and dining.

The hotel is quite nice for the price and proximity to I75. Very clean and mostly well maintained. My only complaint would be how heavy the traffic is on both the main road out front and even the side road at times. This however is obviously out of their control.

Location is very good. Close to I-75. Convenient for a few hours of sleep and rest. The hotel is old and needs TLC. It had mold or smoke on the ceiling and some holes in the walls. The paint needs to be refreshed in some areas. The towels and bedding sheets were clean and there was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Overall It served the purpose for resting a few hours in order to continue hour road trip. That’s what we needed.

The location was conveniently close to I75 and SR 40. The bed was comfortable. The room was noisy. We could hear the TV from the room next door and there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. It's a great room for the price. I only gave it four stars because even though it's not right next to I-75, there still is quite a bit of noise from the street outside. And there's no breakfast offered, just coffee.

This Red Roof isn’t bad for the money. The room and hallways were clean. A decent breakfast would go along way here.. very limited dining in the area. I would stay again.

Stayed 3 nights and are satisfied. The only thing missing was breakfast. Close to the hotel was Dennys so we solved the breakfast well.

I like the area. It's close to restaurants and shopping. I felt safe leaving my fully packed car in the parking lot. It was a last minute stop after a very long drive. The check in was smooth and fast. The little guy working the front desk was very friendly and respectful. He was the best part of the trip. We had trouble opening the door because the light was green but the door handle was messed up. The hotel looked clean other than the carpet, it could be replaced. When I opened the door to the room it smelled like Chloraseptic which smelled strange but I thought at least it's clean. I turned on the lights and went to put my bags down and was greeted by 3 big roaches and several baby ones. I wanted to walk out right then but the room was nonrefundable and my car was too packed to sleep in. We kept only what we absolutely needed and tried to sleep but several more roaches appeared throughout the night so sleep really didn't happen. I assume the strange smell was bug spray. They really need to get their pest problem under control.
