Very happy the property…only issue was the elevator was down 2 1/2 days out or our 4 day stay and we were in the top floor. Very inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean and quiet at night. My only complaint would be the elevator was down part of one day. And it was jerky when it stopped at the floor. Complimentary breakfast was good. And staff was friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

The stay was great. The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet, a little limited parking. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and responsive. I'll highly recommend it to anyone who needs to relax after hours of travel. It's also close to other hotels, restaurants and businesses and not too far from Tampa International Airport.

Grate hotel very nice easy to find. The staff was grate. Only issue is that they say they have Eav car chargers and they do but they only work on Tesla. At this point almost every car co make EVs and the rental place are pushing them because I had a ford EV I had to walk a 1/4 mile down the road to the library to car my car

Perfect hotel, super clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The only issue I had is they advertise as having EV chargers but they couldn't find the adapter for non tesla vehicles.

Nice hotel, good clientelle, felt comfortable. Polite, courteous staff (although some housekeeping do not speak any English), good, clean comfortable room and excellent breakfast & 24h access to tea/coffee. A nice place as a base to do lots in the area, conveniently located between TPA airport and Clearwater. However, pool was tiny (not great for kiddos, pictures are very deceiving) and water dirty (bits floating on the water, daily). Additionally, wifi is absolutely awful - we were a long way from home so we drpended on it and it kept throwing us out. We called the tech services but they were powerless. Reception offered to switch rooms for us but all available similar tooms (junior suite) had the same problem. If you're from the US it's ok because you have your own data. But if you're foreign, no chance of good internet....my 12 yr old logged in with the nearby Marriott free wifi!!!!! Go figure!! Also, we booked and paid for a junior suite - according to them it was a junior suite, but we didn't think so, being seasoned travelers. Way too small for a "junior suite". Overall, it's a good place with nice staff but they could make an effort with the above. They didn't really seem to care.

Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The second day of being there I found a roach on my bed in which I informed the front desk and they upgraded immediately which I appreciate because I was with my wife and that could have been a nightmare.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The whole hotel was immaculate. Had a problem with the remote for the TV and the night clerk came to the room right away and resolved. The included breakfast had a wide variety of choices from scrambled eggs to self made pancakes and everything in between. Bottomless coffee, tea and juices rounded out a very filling start to the day. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was modern and functional. Bathroom was spotless and welll stocked with amenities from shampoo to body cream. Towels were crisp and fresh. It is evident the site manager here is very involved as the staff were all polite and professional and the entire facility was maintained and modernized. Highly recommend this location!

The hotel appears to be newly updated. My room was clean, decorated nicely and very spacious. Breakfast was great and they had a variety of offerings. I really enjoyed my 4 night stay and will be returning in the future.

The front desk staff were very kind and listened to my complaints. As for the stay, there were bedbugs in my room. After that I felt the place was dirtier than it looked and I just felt it wasn't worth all the money I spent to stay there, also considering the facility was newly renovated. There are also a few unhoused individuals in the parking lot in the night and early in the morning. It made me feel a little unsafe moving from my car to the hotel at those times.

Overall it was a lovely hotel with incredibly nice staff! There were only 2 negatives: 1) The carpet in the room was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it. 2) The breakfast was really not good. We stayed there for 8 days and we ate cereal or prepackaged muffins for most of those days. We tried different breakfast options every morning, but ended up throwing away the food every time. The bacon was not bad. The pancake machine was such a cool concept, but they tasted like wet cardboard. I know that it is “free breakfast”, but it was one of the reasons that we stayed there, so that we didn’t have to buy all 3 meals per day. They put out delicious cookies in the evening and the coffee bar was an awesome touch! The refrigerator was a little bigger than the normal dorm sized ones that are in most rooms, so that was a big plus. The pool area was nice! Very clean and had some shaded areas and plenty of seating. The area that the hotel is in is perfect if you don’t have a car! There are many restaurants within walking distance. And if you don’t want to walk, there are many delivery options. There is a shuttle available too, but we didn’t utilize it. There are several Targets and Walmarts nearby as well as grocery stores. Overall, it was a great stay! I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are exceptionally clean, with polite housekeeping staff and thoughtful amenities like a microwave, fridge, and a K-Cup coffee machine. The A/C kept the room very cool, and while the TV had a wide range of channels, it would be great to see some streaming options in the future. Noise wasn’t an issue during the week, though you may hear some live music from a nearby bar on weekend nights — nothing too disruptive. Hotel was nice and clean only issues were the a/c is on some eco friendly mode and there’s no option to keep the fan constantly on. For the cooler states that’s not an issue but for florida with the humidity it would get muggy in the room every time the fan shut off. Other than that everything was good.

Check in was easy, and the attendant was very smiley. The room is clean and spacious. Shower could use a little work is when you pull up to pull the shower on half the water still comes out the spout so water pressure wasn't the greatest but temperature was easily controlled. Breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. Beds were comfy

Very Nice hotel, quiet area, good breakfast, very friendly nice staff, Brandy at the front desk was amazing, Only thing I didn't like was the water in the bathroom did not get very hot and the shower pressure was not good. The sink in the kitchenette water was better than both. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if i could have better water in the bathroom.
Very Nice hotel, quiet area, good breakfast, very friendly nice staff, Brandy at the front desk was amazing, Only thing I didn't like was the water in the bathroom did not get very hot and the shower pressure was not good. The sink in the kitchenette water was better than both. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if i could have better water in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, good clientelle, felt comfortable. Polite, courteous staff (although some housekeeping do not speak any English), good, clean comfortable room and excellent breakfast & 24h access to tea/coffee. A nice place as a base to do lots in the area, conveniently located between TPA airport and Clearwater. However, pool was tiny (not great for kiddos, pictures are very deceiving) and water dirty (bits floating on the water, daily). Additionally, wifi is absolutely awful - we were a long way from home so we drpended on it and it kept throwing us out. We called the tech services but they were powerless. Reception offered to switch rooms for us but all available similar tooms (junior suite) had the same problem. If you're from the US it's ok because you have your own data. But if you're foreign, no chance of good internet....my 12 yr old logged in with the nearby Marriott free wifi!!!!! Go figure!! Also, we booked and paid for a junior suite - according to them it was a junior suite, but we didn't think so, being seasoned travelers. Way too small for a "junior suite". Overall, it's a good place with nice staff but they could make an effort with the above. They didn't really seem to care.

From check in to check out all staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and I appreciated it not being right on the street. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast is basic but tasty with several options juice and coffee, pancakes, toast, pastries, yogurt, cereal, eggs,etc… my daughter loved the conveyer belt toaster lol. I’d book here again

Not a bad property but our ac went out in the middle of the night and when I tried to get the staff to help. The guy told me I should’ve told him earlier. I woke up sweating at 5am. Since the maintenance guy wasn’t there he stated that there was nothing he could do. Very bad experience

The stay was great. The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet, a little limited parking. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and responsive. I'll highly recommend it to anyone who needs to relax after hours of travel. It's also close to other hotels, restaurants and businesses and not too far from Tampa International Airport.

The front desk staff were very kind and listened to my complaints. As for the stay, there were bedbugs in my room. After that I felt the place was dirtier than it looked and I just felt it wasn't worth all the money I spent to stay there, also considering the facility was newly renovated. There are also a few unhoused individuals in the parking lot in the night and early in the morning. It made me feel a little unsafe moving from my car to the hotel at those times.

This property felt like a high end hotel. It was modern, very clean and the front desk associates were so kind. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and I loved that coffee was available 24/7. We loved it so much we extended our stay.

Just a very average hotel. Breakfast was just OK and not stocked well or quickly. All of our towels were taken out of our room and not replaced with anything. Had to go down to the desk and get fresh towels.

Overall it was a lovely hotel with incredibly nice staff! There were only 2 negatives: 1) The carpet in the room was so dirty that my feet were black after walking on it. 2) The breakfast was really not good. We stayed there for 8 days and we ate cereal or prepackaged muffins for most of those days. We tried different breakfast options every morning, but ended up throwing away the food every time. The bacon was not bad. The pancake machine was such a cool concept, but they tasted like wet cardboard. I know that it is “free breakfast”, but it was one of the reasons that we stayed there, so that we didn’t have to buy all 3 meals per day. They put out delicious cookies in the evening and the coffee bar was an awesome touch! The refrigerator was a little bigger than the normal dorm sized ones that are in most rooms, so that was a big plus. The pool area was nice! Very clean and had some shaded areas and plenty of seating. The area that the hotel is in is perfect if you don’t have a car! There are many restaurants within walking distance. And if you don’t want to walk, there are many delivery options. There is a shuttle available too, but we didn’t utilize it. There are several Targets and Walmarts nearby as well as grocery stores. Overall, it was a great stay! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn express Northwest Tampa. The room was very nice and clean and the hot breakfast was outstanding! I’ve never seen a pancake machine before. Everyone has waffle makers, but this is the first pancake machine I have come across and it was great! The coffee machines brewed coffee by the cup fresh from beans and was also wonderful. The quality dove products in the shower and at the bathroom sink were a really nice treat. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

There was a distinct smell of urine in the room. They were responsive when I reported it, but it was a lot to clean and pretty deep in the carpet. It was damp and smelled pretty bad due to the heat. Also, the television setup was TRASH. No channels and the ones that did work, were not the ones on the TV menu. There was also NO way to get my firestick to work on them. The TV remote was foreign to the television and due to it being an aftermarket remote, all of the functions were not programmed correctly.

hotel was excellent and staff was very nice and helpful to our needs. Rooms was clean and A/C worked excellent. The only problem that bothered me was people smoking right outside the door non stop. Smoking area should be on the side. Besides that i recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure
